⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience at the office, and I have to give a special shoutout to Kassandra at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. She answered all my questions with patience and made the entire check-in process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the patients and takes pride in her work. You can tell she’s the kind of person who keeps everything running seamlessly behind the scenes. Thank you, Kassandra, for making my visit such a pleasant one!

The front office girls are soooo kind and helpful! Dr. Swift was very knowledgeable! He put my mind at ease about a lot of things and took the time to explain everything to me. Overall it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at an Eye Doctor in a long time!!!

Dr Wendorff is amazing! He has such a calm demeanor, he’s very thorough, and I really appreciate him squeezing me in for a gash to my pupil by my infant. Staff are also great. Highly recommend this office!

Horrible Customer Service!!!! I had booked appts online. They cancelled the appts with NO notification. They claimed they tried to call, a phone number I didn't enter when scheduling the appt, but they could have looked at my acct to get a correct phone number given that we've been a customer for ~5 years. I called to see if they could get us worked in, given that they cancelled standing appts (that were confirmed via email). Cassandra was rude and not helpful. Lenscrafters should partner with a better physician.

The office was freezing cold for an elderly person that is painfully uncomfortable. The facility is difficult to get into with a person on a walker or rolator it is a long distance from the ramp to the door. The ramp is conveniently located in front of the smoothie king. I would think smoothie king also has a drive through. We waited at least 30 min and the staff couldn’t find the insurance on your computer. I easliy called the insurance to verify the insurance. I will now file my own claim

I felt rushed..I was on time and my paperwork was complete..but I just felt dr wendorff was overbooked or something..Hopefully my prescription is correct..
