Great bikes. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. BGI is so easy to work with. I live an hour away, so I was able to buy my bike over the phone during their tent sale. They held it over the weekend until I could drive down to pick it up. I test rode it, got all my questions answered, and I was on my way. Great experience all around!

I’m a beginner in road biking and bought my first used bike in March 2025. At the time, I had no idea what to choose, but the staff were incredibly helpful and guided me through the process. I quickly fell in love with endurance sports, and just five months later, I traded in that first bike for a better one. They’ve treated me really well throughout, and I’m very happy with my second bike too.

Excellent local bike shop. First they have tons of bikes on hand for sale that lets you try them out before purchasing. That, and everything on hand for bike maintenance. Second, they have every accessory you’ll need for your cycling adventures. But mostly, they have an excellent shop that is fast and friendly.

Auston is the best! I first met him at a different store, and ever since then he has consistently gone above and beyond to help. He’s made getting into this hobby so much easier by taking the time to answer my questions, guide me through different options, and even help fine-tune my setup. His knowledge, patience, and genuine willingness to help make all the difference. Couldn’t be happier with the experience!

Had such a great experience at BGI buying our first road bike. Clay helped us out and guided us through every step in the process – showing us how to use the bike, things to consider and ensuring we were knowledgeable and happy with our purchase. Felt very lucky to have him assist us and will definitely return as our bike journey continues. Would absolutely recommend BGI for bikers at all levels.

BGI North is a great place to find the perfect bike for your needs. The only thing better than their immense inventory is the sales staff! Todd went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with my bike purchase. I was also assisted by Patrick who was very knowledgeable and upfront about the models we looked at. Overall I am extremely pleased with my experience at BGI North, I will be returning for all future bike purchases!

I’ve been looking at getting a nice full suspension mountain bike for a while. My local bike store did not have much inventory at all, and nothing close to what I was looking for. So went to check this bike store out. They had a very large store with a lot of inventory to choose from. I found several mountain bikes that were nice. They let me take one out for a quick test ride, and absolutely fell in love with this electric full suspension mountain bike. I definitely plan on going back to find a bike for my little girl, as soon as she outgrows the one she’s on. I would recommend anyone in central indiana stop in at this bike store before making a purchase somewhere else.

Kaleb Davis was the representative assigned to me. Kaleb was absolutely spectacular. He was incredibly kind, he was incredibly knowledgeable, and he was an awesome listener. I really appreciated the extra help he provided as well as the awesome communication via text, phone, and email. I would recommend Kaleb Davis to anyone that asks. Go and ask for Kaleb and have him help you. You will not be disappointed. We now own an awesome, beautiful Subaru Ascent because of him.

I had a really great experience the first time I bought my F-150 Raptor that I decided to go back to buy a X5, as well. Both times, the entire transaction was seamless and very easy. The staff is very friendly and professional.

We had an awesome experience at Indy Auto Man. Every time I contacted Indy Auto, I received a call or message shortly after! Indy Auto was great to deal with. Tye and Noe went above and beyond to make the deal a reasonable and realistic deal and make sure everything was set for us when we showed up. We flew into Indianapolis from ND and Tye picked us up from the airport. We didn’t feel like we were pressured to purchase anything extra and we felt like we were truly appreciated! Tye called us the next day to make sure our 1,000 mile trip back went good, I’ve never had that happen. Most of the time when you drive off the lot you are forgotten about. Next time I’m in the market for a vehicle and they have what I’m looking for, I will definitely be back again. Even if we don’t purchase a vehicle I know it will be a great experience and we will be treated with courtesy and respect. I highly recommend Indy Auto Man and ask for Tye for sales and Noe for financing, both great individuals to work with.

I was in the market for a 2018 Maserati GranTurismo and there were only a handful in 500 mile radius. I took a drive from Chicago to Indy Auto. I met with Elijah who is a great communicator and no push sales approach. Elijah allowed me to play with the car for an hour and perform my own inspection independently. I know what type of car I was buying. Very relaxed allowed me to do my thing. The price we agreed was very fair and worked with my budget. No upsell. I did purchase a SVA contract which was the only thing that was costly but I needed to protect my investment . Wrote a check on Friday April 18 and the car arrived on my door step on Tuesday April 22nd. Yes they delivered the car for me! Wow!
Elijah kept me in the loop throughout the processes.

I would work with Elijah and Indy again if they have a specialty vehicle in inventory that I’m seeking.

The staff here are incredibly nice and accommodating. My alternator went dead and I needed the belt replaced as well. They fixed it up in 24 hours or so! For all that, the price was less than I thought it’d be! Definitely some honest, hard working people, and my car drives like it’s brand new.

I have been using Malless Automotive as my preferred repair center for about 2.5 years. The customer service is exceptional, and the service is always on par. Pricing is on the high side, but I am overly satisfied with the service maintenance of my GMC…. You get what you pay for… is my motto!

I took my Ford Escape to the dealer for the check engine light. They gave me a quote of $2500 to correct the problem. I wasn’t having any problems driving the car was only responding to the alert. So I decided to get a 2nd opinion. Malless was able to get me in within 48 hours, their diagnosis was different and vastly less expensive.
I was impressed with how someone always answers the phone (not an automated message and menu of what extension to press). My car was done quickly with great communication and follow up. I highly recommend them!

Mallees has taken care of my vehicles for the past few years and have done a great job every time. Recently I had four wheel brakes and wiring repairs done on my 1ton dually and a torque converter and transmission leaks done on my Cadillac CTS . Both vehicles are running great. Like I said, always a great job on my vehicle repairs!

After having one issue repaired at Firestone and then was told we had a bigger issue with water pump and timing change and needed to take to the dealer. My husband did some research and saw wonderful reviews from Malless Auto shop. The guys there were very nice and knowledgeable about what was needed from the repairs. We had our vehicle back the next day running absolutely smoothly! They have a lifetime customer from our family!!

Absolutely amazing service everytime we come here. My husband has been coming here for many many years and started sending me when we got together. They are quick yet do quality work. I have never ever had a problem here. I actually usually leave really happy which is great because I usually arrive in a bad mood due to car issues lol we get all of our tires here and serviced here. Get the roadside hazards pack if you get tires. They will replace them for free! 10/10 I will continue to come back and I will always recommend this shop to my friends and family.

First time visiting this shop and I must say I was impressed. They took care of me well, especially Tyler. They installed a leveling kit with new shocks and struts and then installed new wheels and tires. I couldn’t be happier! They were very nice and knowledgeable and got me in and out very quickly.

This is the best tire place! Brandon is so personable and easy to talk too, and James was so quick and efficient in getting my tire all patched up. They were fairly busy and Brandon explained he wasn’t sure if he could fit me in but he would try even tho they closed in about an hour. They had my tire off and patched and done in under 30 mins. I would like to give a big shout out to the whole drivetime team, including the one on shadeland my experience from the start was amazing . Drivetime took a chance on me when I was running out of luck looking for a car, after my car was a total lost. I first started off with wanting a Chrysler 200 but it was something that needed to be fixed before purchasing. Throughout the whole process, Richard and Ian were very communicative with me and kept me updated on the car, but unfortunately, the part that I needed would have took longer than me needing a car so I went with another alternative. Danielle and Richard were able to get me into a 2022 Nissan Altima(forgot to mention awd, with incredible collision features)I had already filled out the paperwork and test drive the car and within a few hours driving my new car away. I’m so thankful I was finally be able to get a car can’t thank them enough. The whole team was amazing and I definitely will be referring family and friends in the near future! He was honest with us and told us what our vehicle needed to be back up and running. The turn around time was quick and after the repairs our vehicle ran better than it had in years. We will definitely be returning customers of The Auto Center for our vehicle maintenance and other needs.

I had a fantastic experience with The Auto Center from the moment I called. They got my car in quickly and provided an estimate. What really impressed me was the turnaround—service was completed within three hours and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Made an appointment for the following week to get a suspension squeak looked at driving me nuts. Dropped it off at 8:30am. Figured they’d get to it the following day since there were several vehicles being worked on currently. 3 hrs late got a call with the cause. Ball joints shot. They quoted me a price lower than I prepared for. I have gave the go ahead. Again, I expected it to be done in a couple days which was fine. At 4:00pm I get a call saying it’s done! Amazing. Picked it up the next morning. Issue resolved. So glad I took my Ram here for service. As long as this shop remains around so shall I. Again, I can’t be more pleased.

The driver was awesome! He was thorough and called to make sure he had the right information. He was super professional and kind. When we got to the repair shop he took took the car off the tow truck bed while I managed the paperwork in the office.

Giving three stars for what seemed like compassion from the managers after the incident happened. They were speedy, so most reviews I cannot relate in regard to this, however the tow driver ran my car through my garage door… I know it was an accident and the tow driver seemed remorseful and I want to give credit for that. The second manager I spoke to said that this would be handled asap and I appreciate the reassurance as my home is currently for sale. I was distraught as I’ve been dealing with the stress of moving across the country here soon. I am concerned on how this will affect the buy of my home if potential interest drive by to see my home until it is fixed. Obviously it is unlikely to reimburse me for emotional distress but it’s my reality. I now have to add something else to my to do list in keeping up with the tow company’s word on fixing and repairing my home from the damage. I have not checked my vehicles damage since the tow was late in the evening and having two younger toddlers at home. For both parties, I wish this never happened. Again, I do want to emphasize what seemed to be compassion from the managers and tow driver after the incident. For this, it pains me to write this review but I have to document my experience in the event this is not handled properly and fairly

Update: If I could give 0 stars I would at this point. We have been waiting for a tow for 3+ hours. We originally called at 6:40 & we gave up on them at 10:17pm. Now we get to wait another 2 hours on a dark road in a jeep that has no doors or roof.

The dispatch guy kept saying driver is on way & will be there any minute. Then when we call again, they say 45 mins. Today is the hottest day of the year so far & we keep waiting. They answer the phone & the guy only says, let me call my supervisor but you can’t talk to him. It went from day light to night time. I asked would you let me speak with the driver so that I can get a ETA since nothing they have promised is accurate. They took our money & now we do not know what to do. We were originally quoted 30 mins wait time. We are on a residential road, no restaurant or gas station around. It’s a dark neighborhood with no street lights. This is getting scary! Plus there GPS system/texting system has told us they arrived 2 hours ago.

The dispatcher just called us & said the driver took another tow & he should be here any minute. Mind you an hour ago, they promised us he would be here any minute.

It’s now 10pm & nothing

It’s 10:15 & pitch dark & nothing.

We gave up & called another tow company. Now have to wait another 2 hours. The tow company advised that this is the 2nd time they have heard this today about this company. It’s a problem, take my advise do not use them!

I have dealt with Yaffo Towing twice, both times through my insurance on different vehicles. They have been great every each time and would make sure to communicate with me. Both times, the driver was great, easy to talk to, and he was very careful with my lowered car. Highly recommend if you are in emergency need of towing.

My insurance company contacted Yaffo Towing, see photo for the problem I was having. This happened on Memorial Day and I was at a lake near Nineveh IN, a somewhat remote locations. It took a while for the tow truck to arrive but I think they were one of the few companies taking calls on the holiday and I was more than an hour away from Indianapolis. Once the tow truck arrived, the operator knew what to do and had a great attitude. It took a while to get my car back on solid land but the operator was very careful and smart and there was no damage to my front end or any part of my car. I know this had been a long day for this young man but he was so pleasant and nice. I give Yaffo Towing and this employee in particular my highest recommendation. Thank you for coming to my rescue.

Jo was very professional and upon arrival he explained to me the best way to load my truck onto the flatbed due to me having a broken rear control arm. He was prompt and all and all an awesome driver. I will definitely be reusing and recommending the company for all my towing needs. Also the dispatcher was amazing and quoted me an awesome quote to get my vehicle to the shop.

Oz (Dave) came to my aid when my van got stuck in gear due to a broken shift cable. Got there promptly with the right equipment and know-how, and delivered my van to my mechanic’s shop in short order. Very pleasant to work with. I was very pleased with the service overall. Went through AAA so not sure how the communication works, but he didn’t receive the details of my specific location so had to call to find me in the parking lot. Not a problem for me but probably would have been easier for him if the full location description was passed on to him.

Best service EVER!!! My driver was Oz and he was hilarious. Definitely made the day a lot less stressful. We need more people like him and life. I’m very grateful!

I purchased a tricycle for my wife, but the chain proved too short. A visit to the South Side location revealed a highly knowledgeable and helpful associate name Mr Rick, who made the repair process exceptionally pleasant. Despite a four-week appointment backlog, he prioritized my request and provided exceptional service, which I greatly appreciate.

Austin was super friendly and helped get me set up with a trial bike, even attempted to hook my 5 yr old up (too short, maybe next time)! Didn’t hover, let us explore the parking lot on our own. Ended up purchasing said bike! Not pushy at all for the sale even as close to closing as we did.

Everyone at the store is very friendly, approachable, and helpful. I did feel comfortable talking about my concerns both about my bicycle as well as my cycling experience. I highly suggest working with Gray Goat Southport. They are conveniently located off I-65 HWY.

Nice enough staff, just make sure you ask for your original parts back if they’re doing a replacement. Had them install a dropper. Labor was high and they kept the Thomson post that was already on the bike

Tested numerous bikes at this location, Brandon couldn’t have been better with setting up my bike and answering all my questions. Great experience as a first time customer, would highly recommend this shop for anyone looking into getting a new bike!

My bf and I are trying to fix his dads electric bike. The pedal came out of the crank because the crank was stripped. We were looking for a new one. Ours was black and we wanted another black one to match. When we got to the shop the man took our pedal and went to find a crank to fit. He came back with a silver one and we let him know we want black. He takes our crank and goes and “grinds” it so the pedal could go in. Comes back and puts the pedal in and charges us $30. A whole new crank at bicycle garage Indy is $20. But we felt we couldn’t leave because he had already “fixed” it. But $30 to do that and then say “there is no guarantee it will stay because it’s holding onto one thread” absolutely ridiculous.

My first time ever to Grey Goat South was 2 days ago- tech Rick was so knowledgeable, and provided such exceptional customer service, that I took our other bike in the next day. Love this shop!

Just stopped in for a headlight replacement! Took 10 minutes and we didn’t even have to get out of the car!

The experience overall was decent . The pricing wasn’t bad but it did take a long longer than expected but my main issue is that the guy who guides you into the bay is rude . I couldn’t see very well because I’m very short and he just yelling about me adjusting my wheel. I offered for him to do it and he said he didn’t want to . I think that was rude and it would’ve been less anxiety for me if he could’ve just done it . After all that’s his job not mine . I just did it because I had places to be and didn’t want to get out of my car. The guys under the hood were good and the manager guy was on it .

They did a wonderful job and I have had no issues with my vehicle since! I will definitely be going back for my oil changes and maintenance!

Friendly and courteous customer service. They got me in and out quickly. Did a great job of explaining everything they checked out. Coupon really helped make it more affordable.

I didn’t like the fact that he upgraded my oil without telling me. He asked if I wanted my normal and I said yes because I have never changed from getting the standard, not premium. I even keep all of my oil changes that I’ve done. I have one that I trust, but I was out of town and needed one.

I came in needing an oil change on my car. Not only did they do the service, but Mrs. Lyann also boosted my mood and made me smile and laugh. This place exceeded my expectations and showed me value in their customer service and the service they provided on my vehicle. I will definitely consider coming back to this location.
