Mr. Rickey Bonds! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! Mr. Bonds is a prime example of what a patient, fair and honest care salesman is. It’s been about 5 years since I’ve had a car. Credit was fair. Had student loans and a previous vehicle out there, and he did his best to make sure I got the best vehicle for my needs. He asked me my price range, worked those numbers for me and I’m very happy with my purchase. It’s rare to meet someone genuine and kindhearted, it’s even more rare to meet someone willing to go the extra mile for a customer/stranger. He treated me and my family present very well! Even cleaned my sweet baby one last time before we left just to make sure it was perfect. Thank you Rickey, you were truly a blessing! You were so patient and thoughtful. Rickey Bonds did a great job. I am not easy to deal with sometimes and he did a great job. Never felt stressed or pressured. Would reccomend him and Drivetime.

Rob B was great, easy to work with and not pushy. Extremely helpful with my many questions The call center, opposite. Very pushy and not listening to understand; just trying to set appointments. I'm glad I didn't go off of my first impression. Purchasing was simple. No ridiculous red tape. Straightforward and simple.

Went to go see Rickey B with my daughter to ger her first car. He was very genuine and helpful in talking us through things we didn't know or answered our questions. We thought we knew what we wanted but he was very helpful in talking us through what would he best for her in the long run. Would greatly recommend.

I would like to give a big shout out to the whole drivetime team, including the one on shadeland my experience from the start was amazing . Drivetime took a chance on me when I was running out of luck looking for a car, after my car was a total lost. I first started off with wanting a Chrysler 200 but it was something that needed to be fixed before purchasing. Throughout the whole process, Richard and Ian were very communicative with me and kept me updated on the car, but unfortunately, the part that I needed would have took longer than me needing a car so I went with another alternative. Danielle and Richard were able to get me into a 2022 Nissan Altima(forgot to mention awd, with incredible collision features)I had already filled out the paperwork and test drive the car and within a few hours driving my new car away. I’m so thankful I was finally be able to get a car can’t thank them enough. The whole team was amazing and I definitely will be referring family and friends in the near future! So if you are looking for a car with good deals and affordable payments drivetime is the place to go!!!
