Gray Goat - South

I purchased a tricycle for my wife, but the chain proved too short. A visit to the South Side location revealed a highly knowledgeable and helpful associate name Mr Rick, who made the repair process exceptionally pleasant. Despite a four-week appointment backlog, he prioritized my request and provided exceptional service, which I greatly appreciate.

Austin was super friendly and helped get me set up with a trial bike, even attempted to hook my 5 yr old up (too short, maybe next time)! Didn't hover, let us explore the parking lot on our own. Ended up purchasing said bike! Not pushy at all for the sale even as close to closing as we did.

Everyone at the store is very friendly, approachable, and helpful. I did feel comfortable talking about my concerns both about my bicycle as well as my cycling experience. I highly suggest working with Gray Goat Southport. They are conveniently located off I-65 HWY.

Nice enough staff, just make sure you ask for your original parts back if they're doing a replacement. Had them install a dropper. Labor was high and they kept the Thomson post that was already on the bike

Tested numerous bikes at this location, Brandon couldn’t have been better with setting up my bike and answering all my questions. Great experience as a first time customer, would highly recommend this shop for anyone looking into getting a new bike!

My bf and I are trying to fix his dads electric bike. The pedal came out of the crank because the crank was stripped. We were looking for a new one. Ours was black and we wanted another black one to match. When we got to the shop the man took our pedal and went to find a crank to fit. He came back with a silver one and we let him know we want black. He takes our crank and goes and "grinds" it so the pedal could go in. Comes back and puts the pedal in and charges us $30. A whole new crank at bicycle garage Indy is $20. But we felt we couldn’t leave because he had already "fixed" it. But $30 to do that and then say "there is no guarantee it will stay because it’s holding onto one thread" absolutely ridiculous.

My first time ever to Grey Goat South was 2 days ago- tech Rick was so knowledgeable, and provided such exceptional customer service, that I took our other bike in the next day. Love this shop!
