We had a huge issue with a mold infested car that had been sitting for 2 years. We wanted to get it ready for my son. We had no idea of the mold issue. We had it towed to a mechanic to do all the work and he could not do anything because of the mold. James was so nice and helpful. He told exactly what we needed to do, he saved us some money by letting us do a treatment ourselves and then his 2 guys came out and made it look like new! They were all so polite and kind and professional! If I could give 10 stars I would! Before and after photos!

These guys did a truly spectacular job on a tough job. We’re passing my wife’s 10 year-old Volvo onto my 16 year-old and she couldn’t be happier with how clean it is. I had an amazing experience getting to work with Sparkle Buggy Detail. I messaged them extremely last minute, less than 24 hours before I was hoping to have my car detailed, and they were very responsive and transparent about expectations. Eddie promptly arrived at my house the next morning, inspected my car (which was not in great shape), and then gave me the chance to back out after giving me an updated price and time estimate. Was looking to sell my car by a certain time and needed to get a detail scheduled in short notice. I called James and he was able to get a full interior & exterior detail scheduled within a day. They had 2 of 8 vacuuming bays and then told me to «wait my turn» when I asked why more couldn’t be open on a busy day. I ended up waiting 15 minutes and some lady who wasn’t even using the vacuum still hadn’t left or moved. Staff was rude when I made a simple request to open another bay. Very frustrating experience after having paid $24 for a mediocre car wash.

Crew is very consistent. The wash is almost always good. This particular location is really tight, though. I did get my F-150 through it, though. So, still good.

I want to shoutout Lopez, Sam, and Liam. On Tuesday, my roommate and I had planned for a busy day and wanted to stop at Crew amidst the schedule since the weather was so nice. The evening prior, we met Liam who was very cheerful and delighted to have us come through the car wash even though it was 30 minutes before close. He was very kind to us and we got the Ultimate wash. The following afternoon, we met Lopez and Sam. I had come to sweep out my vehicle and run my car through for a Basic wash. When I was done sweeping, my car battery had died, I went to approach the gentleman and they instantly became available to help me out. They very willingly jumped my car and we were able to go through the wash and on our way. I very much appreciated the act of kindness and wanted to express that the service is phenomenal each and every time I come to this Crew location!

I previously used Pristine to tint windows and the windshield and was happy with the quality and result. This time, I dropped off my Jeep Grand Cherokee to paint brake calipers and fix some scratches on two rims. Thankfully they provided a loaner car because the project took longer than expected due to mismatching color on the rims. Pristine really went above and beyond to make sure all four rims were matching while allowing me to use their vehicle for a few extra days. I am very happy with the way the calipers and rims turned out! Their customer service is very good with proactive communication to manage expectations. I would definitely recommend their services!

This is the second time I’ve been to this place. I was a very impressed with the first time so I decided to go a second time to get PPF on my windshield and get the tint eyebrow fixed because my windshield cracked. These guys went above and beyond wash my truck cleaned everything up made it look like a million bucks. Today’s day and age everybody does half the work they’re supposed to do these guys went above and beyond to keep me as a life customer and I will continue to support this business. If you’re looking for detail, window tint, PPF, anything autorelated these guys are your people. Taking my wife’s car in for PPF on the windshield and eyebrow.

I had someone spill an IPA in the back seat CLOTH SEATS and my car looks BRAND NEW!!! they went over my seats a couple of times because they were pretty dirty and charged no additional cost. IT WAS THE MOST AFFORDABLE PRICE FOR BASICALLY AN ENTRY INTERIOR DETAIL. I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. 6190 N Keystone Ave is the place to go.

I do not live close to the keystone car wash. They are worth my driving the distance because of their friendliness and service. They seem to give Service that is extra special. I usually just get a wash and they dry my windows extra special.

I went last week and got a car wash. They told me I had one week to get a free wash with my receipt. When I returned within the 7 days with my receipt they refused to honor the offer, stating that it had to be within 5 days. I wasted my time going out of my way and they would not budge, even though it was not my fault.

I’ve been to a lot of car washes over the years, but this one blows every other place out of the water. The moment you pull up, the team is on it — friendly, fast, and they actually pay attention to detail. My car came out looking brand-new. The windows were crystal clear, the wheels were spotless, and even the little stuff like bugs on the mirrors and water spots were gone. You can tell the staff takes real pride in their work — they’re still super efficient. The wash itself is smooth, powerful, and honestly kind of fun to go through. The equipment looks well-maintained, everything is clean, and the whole experience just feels professional. What really sold me is the consistency. Every time I come here, the results are perfect. No missed spots, no streaks, no issues. Just excellent service from a team that obviously knows what they’re doing. If you want your car to look its absolute best, this is the place. I had such a great experience at this car wash! Dani and Chris really went out of their way to make sure everything turned out perfect. I went in This evening and I had a $10 coupon. When they handed me my receipt, they only took seven dollars off and I went to go use the machine to clean my mats in my car and they were not working. Not for sure why they charged me three dollars more and didn’t take off the full $10 as the coupon had stated I did get the $22 car wash which is what the coupon specified. It’s been a few years since I’ve been to this location and it will probably be a few more before I give them another try.

The car wash was quick, my car looks nice, and the vacuums had good suction. The vacuum I initially picked up had paper or something clogging it, and I had to push it in so the vacuum could suck it up, after I did that, it had great suction. The only thing I wish the car wash had was towels or paper towels to wipe off the inside of my doors that were wet. Overall, it was a good experience, and my car looks great!

NEVER go through this car wash! I went through on Friday and came out with my bumper hanging off. I stood and waited 20 minutes for the Manager Alvin to get off of a personal phone call. Alvin and Justin were both extremely rude and tried telling me that my car was already broken before I drove it through and that there was no way the car wash did that. I asked for camera footage from the wash to prove that my car was perfect driving in and they refused, I asked for the «technicians» information that they claim said the damage didn’t happen at the car wash and I was hung up on. I called back again and asked for someone else’s information I could speak with and was hung up on AGAIN. Thankfully I called and had a police report made when it happened and I will be taking legal action against this business. This car wash has nothing but terrible reviews and reports of damage to peoples vehicles with the same story of being told the damage didn’t happen there. 100% do not recommend this car wash.

This Place has massive potential but they need improvement in a couple areas. I don’t know if theirs a problem with their soap or brushes but I noticed their equipment straches off and fades away the shiny black color around the windows and headlights. I have a brand new car, I don’t recommend taking a new car to get washed here… Id be very careful. Their staff has no energy or desire to provide any kind of customer service.

Went through this carwash today and it tore off the top break light portion of my car. I reported this and was treated rudely by the employee that initially looked at the damage. Another came out to take my name and contact information. I was told their insurance company would contact me within three days. When I asked for the name of their insurance carrier I was told «we are not allowed to provide that information.» They may not be legally required to give this information however it would be a common courtesy to your loyal customer. This is the second time I have had issues with this carwash. Over the Christmas holiday I purchased a deal from them online. I had to provide a cell number and they were to send the number of washes I purchased to that number via text message. These were never received I had to go into the carwash office three times before l was able to get them to honor my purchase. LOYAL NO MORE!!

I used their free wash offer to give them a try and I must say I’m impressed, it was a quick and easy process! My car is nice and shinny again! I love that I was able to vacuum it out without additional charge and those vacuums mean business! Will definitely be going back!

My front windshield wiper was ripped off mid wash, but they won’t replace it; the only apparent way that it could’ve happened was by me turning it on. Going into the wash it states that they will not repair the REAR wiper however when speaking to the manager he would only say that they aren’t responsible for anything and they don’t «need» to repair anything. I asked to see where in writing it says that however the only answer I got was «we just don’t» , I asked if I could see my paperwork to see the fine print, but they can’t even give it to me as they have a new system.Tried getting to speak to someone else besides the manager and he just told me that the owner won’t deal with these things and nothing can be done. Now I’m waiting to see if they can «possibly» refund me my monthly subscription as i haven’t washed my car since the incident. ** You can’t even get someone to answer the phone during the work hours , I called at least 3 times a day since the incident over a 4 day period DON’T WAST YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE **

Aftermath of morning snowfall, came to get my Sprinter van washed. Waited in line about 35 minutes but I will say it was worth the wait. Staff got right to work once I pulled in to the bay. Came out sparkly clean. All of the guys were nice and friendly, but the female cashier was stand offish….like she didn’t want to be spoken to. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the wash.

Took my rig to Blue Beacon, and overall, I’m pretty satisfied! They did a great job on the exterior, leaving my truck and trailer looking fresh and polished. The shine was on point, and they handled the wash with care. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there were a few spots that could’ve been touched up better inside the trailer, and wait times can be a bit long depending on the location. But other than that, the service was professional, and they got me back on the road looking sharp. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

This is the most unorganized place I have ever been. As I watched the employees jump around chit chatting and not knowing who has done what to which vehicle, I was already concerned about the final outcome. When I was told my car was done, as soon as I walked out to the bay, I noticed smudged windows, finger marks all over outside and swirl marks throughout the paint. A 2025 vehicle with 1000 miles and now it looks like they dried it with sandpaper. The manager on duty was very confrontational as soon as I started questioning what they used to dry the car. «That was already there, if I scratched cars, I’d be out of business». Then proceeded to aggressively tell me to just point out what was wrong so they could fix it. Even told me he would walk me through the tunnel and show me foam doesn’t scratch cars. Very condescending. Inside of car had multiple spots where the cleaning sub par. Definitely will never use Prime again.

went to this car wash and paid $49.99 for the Elite Wash, but the service was very disappointing. The car was not washed properly, the tires were not cleaned, the vacuuming was poor, and there were many dirt spots still left on the car. Honestly, it felt like a waste of $50. I expected much better quality for the price.

I came to Prime CarWash for a full-body wax because they were the closest location in my area offering the long-lasting wax service I was looking for. The price was $89, which I felt was reasonable for the service, and I was willing to pay it. When I arrived, the employees were friendly and answered all my questions. The service itself was fairly quick, and when I got my car back, it looked great. I was happy with how the wax turned out and the overall appearance of my vehicle. I did notice that some of the employees appeared fairly young and seemed to spend a bit of time standing around talking and joking, but they were still polite and professional toward me. After I left, I realized a glove had been left inside my car. I called to let the manager know and asked if there was anything they could do about it. The response I received caught me off guard. The manager laughed and said, «Like what?». I’m not the type of customer to argue, so I ended the call. I just felt it could have been handled a bit more professionally, especially since I had to clean up after the oversight. I was initially nervous because I saw several negative reviews beforehand, but overall, I was happy with the wax service itself. I just think there’s some room for improvement when it comes to attention to detail and handling customer concerns.

They messed up my car and didn’t offer an apology or try to point out that they took the paint and writing off of my dash board. Manager made a poor excuse of «all we did was wash it» outside still has debris on it that easily comes off by hand and they claimed it was a «hand wash» I will not be going back to Prime. Crew Carwash and sparkling images may be generic but they have customer service.

Worst car wash I have ever been to! I used to have no issues back when it first opened, but after my latest carwash on Feb. 15th, not only did I NOT receive a quality carwash, I left the property with undercarriage damage that has been filed in an Incident Report! Prime Car Wash chose NOT to pay for the damage their facilities caused due to a slew of bogus reasons, claiming the damage was caused by normal wear and tear! Jeff Young should be ASHAMED that this is how he is running his property, dodging any chance to provide a reasonable solution to an issue HIS PROPERTY caused to MY property! Stick to Crew Carwash!

The car wash is good but done get any interior services done. I got the interior cleaning and it looks like my car was barely touched. It only took them five minutes which shows it was rushed and they left some liquid inside the car not wiped down. The fragrance is also very strong and had me coughing.

I just went here. This is basically ran by 17-year-olds that don’t have any communication skills. Also, I go to get in my car and everything is oiled down. I can’t even get in my seat. I have my favorite sweatpants on. I had to ask the very nice gentleman and he was nice to spray my seat down so I could get in it. There was an oil everywhere ethic oil and I knew it would ruin my clothes if I said in it and then it wasn’t coming off so I had to get in my trunk and get a blanket out And put it down before I got in my seat and then I go to hit the brakes and everything is soaking wet on the floor. My panels are soaking wet. My pedals are soaking wet. They put water all over them and did not dry them off. They’re literally holding water. I’m gonna have to go home right now take all of my mats out and hang dry them in a freezing cold garage. This is the worst $30 I’ve ever spent. My foot slipped off my brake onto the gas pedal because everything so soaking wet

🚨 PSA: Do NOT go to Kopesky’s Car Wash (3433 W. 16th Street). 🚨 I paid $34 for the «Ultimate Wash» (interior + exterior). The outside looked okay, but the inside was terrible. There were still crumbs on my seat, areas that were clearly not wiped down, and overall just sloppy work for what I paid. When I asked to speak to a » manager» (thinking they’d just correct the mistake), the » manger » told me if I wanted a real cleaning I should’ve gotten a detail and that I was being «nitpicky.» All I wanted was for them to actually finish the job I paid for. When I asked who was over him, he told me: «God.» 🤨 When I showed him the spots they missed, he acted like it wasn’t an issue. And when I started recording him acting like he » fixing » it , he said he didn’t care and that I could «record and get off his property. This is not only unprofessional but also dismissive and arrogant customer service they think is okay. As paying customers, we have the right to expect decent service especially when spending over $30 on a car wash. $34 should at least cover a proper interior wipe down not crumbs and dust left everywhere. Save your time and money, y’all. Do NOT waste it at Kopesky’s Car Wash. HORRIBLE!

I called my car here and washed several of my cars, it turns out that it is an old year car, they left it extremely disgusting more than it was already, I explained to the guys the type of cleaning I wanted, they did not leave it as it was, pass again, I asked to talk to the manager and he left saying that it was an old car discriminated against, as if he cared about one, he pays for the service, there he does not specifically say that I have to take to clean a car of the year or that only new cars of the year clean. As a good manager, he has to provide solutions, not to start arguing with the clients, I hope this message reaches the owner of this car wash and they are more friendly.

I was shocked in dismayed about the condition of my car after paying over $30 to get it cleaned. The inside was still dirty and the manager told me that my car was behind the level of dirty that they could handle. I have been a 15 to 20 year customer and the level of service is not close to what it used to be. I will not be returning and I will not be recommending. Last time I checked when the inside of your car is dirty that’s why you want a full service car wash to clean the inside. Next time I will be going to sparkle car wash. Not only was the dashboard still dusty and dirty. I still had crumbs in my seat so how was that vacuuming my car. Although the manager Was nice to me his niceness did not come from a solution base place. He was perfectly fine with my car still being filthy. And look at this mug, they left on my window that I didn’t discover until I got home.

This was my second time coming here, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. The first time, I spent $45 for exterior and interior cleaning(I bought something). When I got my car back, the inside wasn’t properly cleaned — trash was still there, the cup holders were dirty (which was one of the main reasons I went), and several areas were untouched. I was in a good mood, so I asked for a towel and cleaned it myself. I decided to give them another chance, but today was even worse. The trash was still left inside again. They cleaned the mats but didn’t clean underneath them, so the floor was still dirty and looked bad — especially since the mats were wet. Nothing inside looked properly cleaned. When I asked about it, they told me they «don’t touch anything inside» and that I have to move everything myself. That makes no sense for an interior cleaning service. The manager said they could remove a small mark, but I grabbed a tissue from inside my car and wiped it off myself in less than a second. Overall, this place is very unprofessional. The front desk employee is often eating with crumbs all over the desk, and the workers seem more focused on talking than actually cleaning cars. I will not be coming back and would not recommend this place.

Even in this harsh weather the hand wash crew was eager to do a great job on your vehicle. This is a good time to get the dirt & salt off your vehicle. If by chance your pride & joy vehicle get dirty again. We’ll just come on back and experience a quality & detailed car wash.

Asked about the $17 outsude service only. Was talked in to purchasing the $27 based on workers vacuuming, cleaning mats, wiping windows, and wiping inside down. This car wash was great in the 90’s and early 2000’s. It is horrible now. Inside of my car was poorly vacuumed and every small smudge that was there before my wash was there after my wash. Horrible work… sad to see this neighborhood staple fall off like this.

I started going to kopetsky’s when I first moved to Indy in 2015 and for the last 10 years the service provided has been overall excellent. They take great care of my vehicles and the staff is very trustworthy and most importantly my car comes out clean every time and they even kept the tire shine can for me. The only issue ever was my rear windshield wiper was broke off and upon inspection the manager made a claim and it was accepted within the hour and ready for me to move forward with getting it fixed. The owner is amazing and I love how family oriented this place is. 10/10 highly recommend

This review is for the sweepers. I couldn’t put in cash so I had to swipe my card. $20 gone and I’m going to have to find another place to sweep my car. I tried i had $20 worth of minutes to try. Artificial turf from my sons soccer. Nope wouldn’t suck it up. Sand and spilled chicken feed in the back nope wouldnt suck it up. I just threw away $20. Thanks for nothing.

Could hear first roller on left scratching my paint. Left little scratches Paid for tire shine and it only did half of the front tires and neither of the back Workers were standing talking and didn’t pre-spray or foam brush before going in. Rollers got stuck at end and was less than an inch from running into the exit door on the right side before I put it in drive and took off before the green light so that it wouldn’t hit.

Paid nearly 20$ for a touch free wash and the bottom half as well as my wheels was not cleaned at all.. I really hope the owner reaches out out to refund me or correct this issue

My husband and I both have the monthly carwash, and have had it for years. It’s often closed because.. it’s having complications. I’ve gotten stuck one time and they made me reverse out of it. We’ve also had several cars we’ve had to switch the monthly tag on, and it NEVER works the first time. Which tells me they don’t know how to activate the monthly tags!?!?? The service is also not consistent.. not all but some of this kids that work here won’t even rinse the car off before pulling in. They wave you in and walk away like they don’t care. There’s more but I think that gives you the idea. Once Crew opens, I’m switching!

Great self serve wash. Water comes out high pressure and CLEAN! non micro particles. Also the gun switches between things really fast, which is rare for a self serve wash. The bay was clean, and well lit. Could wash your car at midnight! (Yes the self serve is open 24/7)

Attempted to wash my car today and the car ran off the belt. The manager wants to blame me and tell me that I must have tapped my brakes or not had my car in neutral(which it was). Then they tell the police officer that they don’t cover vehicles over 7 years old. That’s cause they know it’s their fault anyway. I did nothing wrong, except go to this car wash.

Going through this wash and my truck got stuck at the end of the wash. It finally started pulling my truck and it smack the side of the building exit with my passenger side mirror and door handle. Luckily I had my mirrors folded in. I have a 2018 F150. It didn’t break anything but it scratched my truck really bad. I will never use this car wash again.
