My experience with All My Sons moving was more than I expected. These three men showed up on time, never stopped until the job was complete, was professional and fun. They were so great that requested them for the second part of my move. If you can have Paul and his team, you won’t be disappointed. Would not recommend! The process leading up to the move seemed promising. They called the day before for a move window beginning between 12-2. At 1:56 pm the day of the move, I received a call that our move window was moved to 3-5pm. Delays happen, no big deal. However, 5pm came and went with no further communication and no movers arriving. Movers finally arrived close to 5:40. The movers were kind and courteous. However, they majorly damaged our drywall (4x6in gaping hole – more on that in a minute), and the moving process lasted until 11:52 pm – 12 hours after their supposed arrival window for a move less than 4 miles away. (We were only having them move big pieces of furniture, no boxes). Additionally, they were unable to move two pieces of furniture. We expected more from «professional» movers. For the drywall damage, they initially offered $100, which would not even begin to cover the repairs. Then they told us we could file a claim but it would not be repaired before our closing 11 days later. We decided to file a claim while finding our own solution. When the claims office called they said since we hired someone else they couldn’t cover the full repair cost, but offered $300 which we agreed to. We asked to speak to the GM a week ago but have heard nothing. What was supposed to be the easiest part of our move was the most stressful and frustrating.

Can’t give a lower rating or I would. THE WORST COMPANY, EVER!! 3 of 4 tv’s broken (1 year old), 25 cu. ft. frig can’t close doors, 2024, stove 2024 ripped leather couch, broken front door, damage at old house and a professional staller from the home office. If you’re thinking about them, STOP!!!! Pay attention to reviews, wish I had. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with these folks. I’m 74 and shouldn’t have to deal with this, my wife of 43 years is stressed more than myself. If you see leaders add, FORGET IT

Great moving company. We chose Leaders because they could move our baby grand piano, and handle the stairs. The young men who showed up were professional and took great care of our furniture, etc. They went above and beyond as well, which we appreciated, because my wife broke her foot during the move. They even took our trash to the curb for us! Amanda was great during the pre-arrangements, and I’d like to especially Brooks, John, and Jaden. Great attitudes and they work hard!

Since we found our house 5 months after a move into a rental temporarily we needed a great mover. We were so pleased with Leaders 5 months ago we hired them again. Rob and Kenyaan are super employees of Leaders. I requested this crew. They took great care of our belongings. I recommend Leaders. I have used this company twice and received the same quality service.

From the start, the execution fell far short of what was promised. The crew arrived over two hours late, only part of our belongings were moved, the job was not completed, and multiple items were broken — including items that are irreplaceable. In addition, both our old and new homes sustained damage, and your truck left an oil stain on our brand-new driveway, which alone cost $48,000. Most concerning was the position this put me in personally. Due to the move being left half-finished, I was forced — despite the condition of my back — to rent a U-Haul and move a significant amount of property myself just so we could function in our home. We could not even sleep properly because essential furniture, including the bed frame, had not been moved. To be fair, when I was present, the first two movers worked steadily and professionally. I place far less blame on them than on the company for sending an insufficiently staffed crew for a move of this size. Those two individuals were clearly exhausted, which I believe directly contributed to items being dropped multiple times during unloading. The three movers who returned Monday were solid — careful, efficient, and professional — though by that point there was limited work left for them to do. Given the scope of the issues above, a $200 reduction for the items I personally had to move is not a serious or reasonable resolution. At this point, I am willing to pay $900 total, and that figure does not account for the damages incurred. I believe this is more than fair considering the circumstances and the significant disruption and additional expense I was forced to absorb.

This is an AMAZING company that I would highly recommend for your moving needs! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Plannes Moving Co./United and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if I ever need to move. From a distance, I was helping a 92 year old friend move from the Midwest to the West Coast, which was not an easy task whatsoever for several reasons. But from the first contact with my rep Brian, then the move coordinator, Amanda, to the driver Luis & his wife Lisa and their crew, who packed and moved a very difficult situation, I knew without a doubt I was in great hands from pick up to delivery. They all showed such patience and incredible kindness with what was an ever changing circumstance, and were so knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I am grateful and blessed to have found them. As I said, this was an extremely difficult move that could have been a disaster if not for their expertise, positive attitudes and willingness to work with me. Their price was completely fair for their hard work. There are so many scammers and movers out there who are happy to take advantage, but you can rest easy with the care of your belongings being in transit with this company.

Planes Moving & Storage is a very reliable and trustworthy shipping company. My sister recently moved here from another country. Once her shipment arrived in the USA, Planes Moving & Storage automatically let us know when her shipment would arrive at our home. They called to set up a delivery time and date. The two young men were very friendly and polite. All the boxes were brought upstairs and placed into a designated area. The checklist matched with all the boxes, very efficient. I just received a text message to leave a review for their service. I would never use them again..! Load was not staged at the front of the truck bed to prevent my item from moving. The driver was doing at least 15 mph over the speed limit the whole time. Speed limit in picture is 40 mph Didnt slow down at all for several train track crossings. Didn’t even press the brakes for train tracks. Full send. Unbelievable. Didn’t slow down for speed bumps. This is not a professional moving company. The guy was driving a box truck like it was a Mustang.

Hippo Demo did an amazing job with our pool demolition. They helped us out when another company kept not showing up for four months. Hippo Demo was punctual and professional. Hershey always make sure she provides great customer service to her tenants. She had upgraded me two units in the past year or two. She goes above and beyond to answer all questions and concerns.

I want to let all who considers this facility to avoid this facility. I came to my unit today to see it has been ransacked. Baskets flipped over, clothes everywhere, items out of bags, papers all over the floor, can’t seem to find any of my shoes when they should’ve been very visible. There might be a lot of things missing but I didn’t even bother to look under all of the scattered clothes and stuff. The way I walked into the unit is how I turned back around. I have taken photos of the disarranged unit. This is unacceptable and I haven’t been able to get ahold of nobody at this facility. They never answer the phone. I regret getting a storage at this facility. Someone has yet to return my calls. I need answers and I’m not leaving this matter alone. Someone’s going to answer to me. Period point blank. There’s no way that when I placed my items in the unit nicely and stacked. I had walk space, to now coming and I can’t even walk freely in the unit. I am livid this happened. They’re supposed to be open today and when you arrive there’s a sign on the main office door saying they’re closed. I had places to be today and this incident has taken hours so the things I had to do today has been overlooked because as I said I need answers to this situation. I have had this storage since September 17,2025 and it’s now November 1,2025. I’ve been to my unit maybe 2 or 3 times and today has shocked me because there’s no way I walked into something this traumatic. Before walking into my unit I literally just submitted my payment for November through online, and if I known I was about to walk into this they certainly wouldn’t have received a payment from me.

Company came up with «Brillian IDEA» of automatizing everything and make million positions for people . Which bringing you to the issues only . There is no CONTROL, there is NO TRANSPARENCY, and there is never a PERSON WHO IS RESPONSIBLE . You might have a carrier rep, who is will fight for you and be a proffesional, but none of it matters as he has no power, and those who actually have dont care about YOU as a carrier, dont care about their CUSTOMER ( unless hes calling and yelling at them) and prbbly only care about their working hour. Absolute disgrace . Got a 80 miles load , was not take cuz the appt was not confirmed. From 10 am in the morning , till 17 00 They were «waiting for an answer» . and after that simply stopped taking the calls .. SUPERVISOR HEATHER EXT 477, im talking about you ! > Very professional from you side . This is like dealing with scammers from CA , only the one in SPOT dont have an accent . If could chose , i would never let them anywhere near my freight . Just feel disrespected, and thrown away . This is not the way things should be done .

Carrier beware! Spot will use their 24 hour loophole to deny you accessorials. We booked a load from Golden Valley, AZ – Clackamas, OR. When we arrived to the receiver in Clackamas it turns out Spot had given us the wrong delivery appt so we had to standby for a new delivery. Load sat under power from 02/12 to 02/13. Then we dropped it at our yard in Gresham, OR, where it sat until 2/15 pm. Upon Spots instruction we were told to take the product to Lacey, WA for 02/16 @ 0800 delivery. The repower driver picked up and made it to Tumwater, WA where we were informed that was incorrect and we were turned around to get back to Clackamas for 02/16@ 2000 delivery. They denied our accessorial request because we submitted it after the 24 hour window even though we had it all in the email chain as it occurred. The total was over $1700 for all the out of route, layovers, trailer detention, etc. Every bit of these expenses were Spot’s mistake and they will not own up to it. We have blacklisted this broker and I would advise anyone reading this to do the same.

Load S3549607 was handled extremely poorly. We picked up this load at their request because they were closing for Christmas Eve and were promised it would be worked in and unloaded by Saturday at 5 PM. When the truck arrived, the receiver said they do not receive on weekends. After multiple reschedules, the delivery was pushed to Tuesday, holding our truck for days. Vickie stopped answering calls and texts, and when we contacted Colin, he said it wasn’t his load and offered no help. False promises, zero communication, and no accountability. Avoid booking with this company.

Load: S3461947 Carrier sales: Cory Fountain My Dad (driver) missed thanksgiving and had to cancel our planned family trip for the thanksgiving holiday. No amount of money can buy more time with your family. Our delivery date to Aldi at Moreno Valley was scheduled for 11/25. Driver arrived on time and got rejected at the guard office due to being early. Aldi wanted us to come back at 12/6. We notified the broker and they wanted us to redeliver on 11/28. We complied and tried to delivered on 11/28 but rejected again for the same reason. «Too early come back at 12/6» Finally, we redelivered the freight on 12/1 and was able to get unloaded.In our 15 years of experience in the industry this is the most layover we’ve had. If you’re a carrier and reading this review be careful booking with spot freight specially with Cory Fountain and his team. He is incompetent. He’s in carrier sales and no direct contact with Aldi but he will act like he does and tell you want you want to hear just to keep you at bat.

Extremely frustrated with the accessorial process at Spot Freight. Despite providing timestamped and signed BOLs with clear arrival/departure times, they consistently find technicalities to deny detention claims. Furthermore, getting reimbursed for lumper fees is a battle. We provided the receipt and yet the payment was denied multiple times without a clear reason. Their online portal makes it impossible to reach a consistent point of contact; every inquiry is handled by a different person, leading to zero accountability. Carriers beware: the risk of out-of-pocket expenses for lumpers and unpaid detention makes their loads much less profitable than they appear on the rate con.»

DO NOT BOOK LOAD WITH Samuel Moore and Gregory Lang. They messed up my whole week with their unprofessional attitude. Made me go back 200 miles to the shipper to pick up the «rest» of the load which turns out its already in my trailer and find me another load to pick up 40 miles away. They didn’t pay anything, not the extra miles, not the port fee, not the extra stops or not even a layover. 4 days with one load and now they simply vanished, they are not replying on my emails and acting like nothing happened. If you have a problem with your load, don’t even try to ask for assistance because nobody will help you.

This is the worst moving company ever!! Beware! Do not use!!! They broke my mom’s dish collection that she had for over 10 years, cracked her marble dresser top, stole my daughters diamond earrings, and then stole $500 hundred dollars after attempting to steal $1500. They did not wrap any of the furniture. They did a poor job of packing the truck, and they took forever! also when delivering the furniture to the new apartment, there was no care taken with any of her belongings! We were flabbergasted! Run, run, run!!!

The best tow company in Indy by far. Price was almost $30 cheaper then everyone I called. I was in a emergency situation and the tow driver was overly accomadating and very prompt. If you’re in a bind and need your car towed this is definitely the place to call.

I’ve used this company twice now and the movers are prompt, careful, polite, and kind. The service is not cheap but they are very transparent and upfront about time and pricing when they arrive. You get what you pay for – high quality service! They were more careful with my stuff than I would have been myself, and communication was awesome throughout the process. They actually dispatched the same men to help us on the second job, which was not requested but definitely appreciated!

I can’t express how great this company was to work with. Logan and Joseph handled everything very carefully, took apart furniture I didn’t even know could come apart, and put it all back together exactly as they’d found it. First let me say this, when I wanted to do a review a while back for some reason it wouldn’t let me. I DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEM HAVING A NEW OWNER 🙂 Now I have used this company twice. After the first time, I should’ve called it quits. They were late and and not customer service minded when it came to my time. They ended up coming the next day. I used them a second time. They were not late but didn’t come prepared to put everything back together in their places. I am a single individual. Before I called them I asked them to please put things back together since I was not able to. I called the man in charge, he told me they would come back. They never came the day he stated. I called back and he was very irate and told me to do it myself. Unprofessional and Rude. I’m glad to see that a new owner has taken place so hopefully management is better.

Overall, happy with the move and the movers work! I had Billy and Logan, and they were phenomenal employees who worked really hard on a VERY hot summer day to ensure my move was successful. Pros – Billy put together my bed for me (thank you!), nothing was broken, they moved heavy furniture a couple times to «better spots» so I didn’t have to. Most boxes were put into the correct room also. I’ve been able to find everything. All my pictures, glass, furniture came to my new place in the same conditions as they were packed and unbroken. Small drawbacks – I probably should have insisted on a 3rd man to assist because I have enough big furniture. I think a 3rd man would have helped on the time/cost. My move took longer this time than it has in the past, not sure if it was because it was HOT HOT outside or other variables. If you have big or heavy furniture, it would be wise to get a 3rd man. Final thoughts – Movers aren’t cheap regardless, but Here to There was reasonably priced and I was given excellent service for my money. And be a GOOD customer, get these guys Gatorades and waters because its HOT in the summer and they need fuel. I’ll use them again when I hopefully get a house in a year or 2. You should hire them too!

The BEST moving experience I’ve ever had, by far! My senior mom has moved a few times within the past few years. All those time we had to use a moving company. The move was very easy to set up. Mark explained the dollars and cents plainly, it was easy to understand what I would be charged for. On the day of the move, Billy, Joseph, and Logan arrived right on time! Billy and I discussed what was going and what was staying, I also had some things going to a secondary location, they were very understanding about that! They worked efficiently and safely! Everything arrived safely! Joseph and Logan were very careful moving the boxes and furniture. I would definitely recommend using Here To There Movers!

Billy and Logan are amazing movers! They are professionals and superb at what they do. No damages to any of my items. I was mostly impressed by the way they took out and carried up a very heavy entertainment center to our 2nd floor apartment. There was a little trouble getting the washer out of the old home, no fault to the movers, but let’s just say Billy worked his magic and made it one less thing I have to worry about getting moved. The cost, I also feel was fair. This is my second time using this company, and if I need to move again, ‘Here to There’ is who I will be calling. Thank you!
