The facility is incredibly clean, secure, and easy to navigate, but the real standout is the Store Manager, Hershey. ​Hershey is absolutely amazing—super professional, kind, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect unit at a great price. Office staff was so helpful in my time off need. Hershey was very helpful and super Knowledgeable. I had no clue about storage stuff as I have never had to rent one before. She was able to help me get the right size unit to fit my needs. Thanks Hershey!!!

They don’t shovel the walk ways into the buildings. Can’t even access the main door. Called the office and the old lady wanted to give an attitude about it. Horrible customer service. Don’t get a unit here.

The store manager Hershey was very professional and very nice, the building is very clean and she knew what she was talking about when we were doing my rental . she walked me through the property, she showed me the push carts. I would highly recommend this property Hershey, did an amazing job.Thank you for making my move so easy during a stressful time.

Hershey always make sure she provides great customer service to her tenants. She had upgraded me two units in the past year or two. She goes above and beyond to answer all questions and concerns.

I want to let all who considers this facility to avoid this facility. I came to my unit today to see it has been ransacked. Baskets flipped over, clothes everywhere, items out of bags, papers all over the floor, can’t seem to find any of my shoes when they should’ve been very visible. There might be a lot of things missing but I didn’t even bother to look under all of the scattered clothes and stuff. The way I walked into the unit is how I turned back around. I have taken photos of the disarranged unit. This is unacceptable and I haven’t been able to get ahold of nobody at this facility. They never answer the phone. I regret getting a storage at this facility. Someone has yet to return my calls. I need answers and I’m not leaving this matter alone. Someone’s going to answer to me. Period point blank. There’s no way that when I placed my items in the unit nicely and stacked. I had walk space, to now coming and I can’t even walk freely in the unit. I am livid this happened. They’re supposed to be open today and when you arrive there’s a sign on the main office door saying they’re closed. I had places to be today and this incident has taken hours so the things I had to do today has been overlooked because as I said I need answers to this situation. I have had this storage since September 17,2025 and it’s now November 1,2025. I’ve been to my unit maybe 2 or 3 times and today has shocked me because there’s no way I walked into something this traumatic. Before walking into my unit I literally just submitted my payment for November through online, and if I known I was about to walk into this they certainly wouldn’t have received a payment from me.
