Jayden and his team did a great job! They were kind and respectful. Jayden was training a new person and explained everything along the way. Amanda was very helpful with the planning. I was always able to contact her when I had a question. I would definitely recommend this company.

Wanting an great stressless, affordable, professional, outstanding customer service in a moving company?? Well you need not look any further! I'm sometimes hard to please, but after calling Leaders and speaking with Amanda I knew I had the right company! Outstanding customer service! Very professional! She listened to what the needs were and took it from there. Amanda did a follow call on day three before my scheduled moving, two days we double check my scheduled moved, and once the move was completed she followed up to make sure everything went as planned. My movers were Adrian and Jaidyn! Both did an amazing job! Wrapped everything to prevent any dirt or damage, very careful with glass items, both very respectful and professional, they understood the assignment and made it happen in a timely manner. Thank you Adrian and Jaidyn for putting my nerves at ease! We have one more move in February and will definitely be using Leaders Moving Company! Thank you all for a job well done

Would not recommend! The process leading up to the move seemed promising. They called the day before for a move window beginning between 12-2. At 1:56 pm the day of the move, I received a call that our move window was moved to 3-5pm. Delays happen, no big deal. However, 5pm came and went with no further communication and no movers arriving. Movers finally arrived close to 5:40. The movers were kind and courteous. However, they majorly damaged our drywall (4x6in gaping hole - more on that in a minute), and the moving process lasted until 11:52 pm - 12 hours after their supposed arrival window for a move less than 4 miles away. (We were only having them move big pieces of furniture, no boxes). Additionally, they were unable to move two pieces of furniture. We expected more from "professional" movers. For the drywall damage, they initially offered $100, which would not even begin to cover the repairs. Then they told us we could file a claim but it would not be repaired before our closing 11 days later. We decided to file a claim while finding our own solution. When the claims office called they said since we hired someone else they couldn’t cover the full repair cost, but offered $300 which we agreed to. We asked to speak to the GM a week ago but have heard nothing. What was supposed to be the easiest part of our move was the most stressful and frustrating.

Can't give a lower rating or I would. THE WORST COMPANY, EVER!! 3 of 4 tv's broken (1 year old), 25 cu. ft. frig can't close doors, 2024, stove 2024 ripped leather couch, broken front door, damage at old house and a professional staller from the home office. If you're thinking about them, STOP!!!! Pay attention to reviews, wish I had. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with these folks. I'm 74 and shouldn't have to deal with this, my wife of 43 years is stressed more than myself. If you see leaders add, FORGET IT

Great moving company. We chose Leaders because they could move our baby grand piano, and handle the stairs. The young men who showed up were professional and took great care of our furniture, etc. They went above and beyond as well, which we appreciated, because my wife broke her foot during the move. They even took our trash to the curb for us! Amanda was great during the pre-arrangements, and I'd like to especially Brooks, John, and Jaden. Great attitudes and they work hard!

Since we found our house 5 months after a move into a rental temporarily we needed a great mover. We were so pleased with Leaders 5 months ago we hired them again. Rob and Kenyaan are super employees of Leaders. I requested this crew. They took great care of our belongings. I recommend Leaders. I have used this company twice and received the same quality service.

From the start, the execution fell far short of what was promised. The crew arrived over two hours late, only part of our belongings were moved, the job was not completed, and multiple items were broken — including items that are irreplaceable. In addition, both our old and new homes sustained damage, and your truck left an oil stain on our brand-new driveway, which alone cost $48,000. Most concerning was the position this put me in personally. Due to the move being left half-finished, I was forced — despite the condition of my back — to rent a U-Haul and move a significant amount of property myself just so we could function in our home. We could not even sleep properly because essential furniture, including the bed frame, had not been moved. To be fair, when I was present, the first two movers worked steadily and professionally. I place far less blame on them than on the company for sending an insufficiently staffed crew for a move of this size. Those two individuals were clearly exhausted, which I believe directly contributed to items being dropped multiple times during unloading. The three movers who returned Monday were solid — careful, efficient, and professional — though by that point there was limited work left for them to do. Given the scope of the issues above, a $200 reduction for the items I personally had to move is not a serious or reasonable resolution. At this point, I am willing to pay $900 total, and that figure does not account for the damages incurred. I believe this is more than fair considering the circumstances and the significant disruption and additional expense I was forced to absorb.
