Nathan, our driver, was amazing!! He was professional, friendly and personable. He made sure we didn’t wet during the rain by getting close to the buildings’ entrances. He made everyone feel comfortable. We loved our coach bus. It was some of our guests first time on a coach bus and they were so impressed.

Avant-garde provided excellent service and was easy to book 22 passenger van for a birthday. The van was nice and clean. Michael was our driver and did a wonderful job. He was on time and gave us safe, comfortable transportation.

Great ride to the airport! Joshua arrived about 5-10 minutes early and was ready for us with a nice clean and big car for the four of us and our large bags. The ride was smooth and we got to the airport with zero problems. I’m glad I booked this instead of driving and parking my car for 3 weeks at the airport.

Return trip review: Our driver Steven was waiting for us in baggage claim at 11:30 at night and helped us with our large bags and got us home safe and sound. It was a very comfortable ride and I’m super happy I didn’t have to drive 50 minutes after traveling for 20 hours. I won’t hesitate to use them again whenever the need arises. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I booked AvantGarde as a wedding reception getaway luxury car for my daughter. Online booking was easy.. James, the driver, arrived early at my daughter’s wedding reception. He was very professional. Incredible transportation, driver, and services!
Planned an outing for coworkers and friends and could not find any transportation available to fit our group size due to short notice. Contacted Lux by DB and was helped by Emerson. He was able to answer all of our questions and make sure we had a great night planned.

Emerson was our driver. He was very hospitable and helped us all throughout the night. His mannerisms and charisma made our night so much eventful and special. Will be using their services again in the future and big thanks for all the accommodations!

I had the same experience as a previous customer: bait and switch. Like a previous review, the car I paid for a month in advance did not show up. I paid for a Tesla X and a Cadillac Escalade showed up. The driver called the manager, who tried to lie and say my reservation wasn’t for the Tesla. It was for an SUV. That makes me think they knew what they were doing and intentionally gave the Tesla away to someone else.

The manager apologized and offered to refund the total amount and have the driver leave, but then I wouldn’t have transportation for prom and pictures because it was an hour before the event.

The manager OFFERED to refund the difference instead of automatically refunding me once I sent them the proof that I had ordered a Tesla X but then turned around and said the SUV was more than the Tesla so they were just going to not charge the difference. They ruined the event and had a legal obligation to fulfill the contract that was made. I requested an apology from the owner and was told the manager was apologizing on his behalf. Basically, the owner didn’t have the decency or time to apologize or address the error his staff made.

That said, the driver was professional and punctual, and the car was clean. It was a nice car if I was being picked up from the airport, but it was what I wanted for the event and not what I reserved a month in advance.

We used LSG for my sons prom last weekend. We were pretty last minute booking on a Wednesday for Saturday Prom. They were so accommodating and helpful. I spent all day calling companies and this gentleman was professional and made me feel comfortable putting my kids in his vehicle.
Robert the driver accommodated meeting me ahead of time to put gifts in the limo for the kids! They had an absolute blast and we are so thankful!

My 11 year old daughter and her friends had a blast on the limo party bus. We could not get the bluetooth radio to pair with our phones but that didn’t ruin her party. The girls kept themselves occupied by playing games and playing music from their phones. Brandon the driver was awesome and very professional! I would definitely book again!

Couldn’t ask for a better early morning ride to the airport. Very responsive and polite owner from getting the quote (which was extremely reasonable) to arriving perfectly on time for pickup and loading luggage. The vehicle was well equipped comfort wise and I liked that it was an EV. Ride was smooth and safe. Just the service we needed at 3am.

I booked Indy Luxe for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour in Indianapolis which, as you can imagine, gets insanely busy. Tanish helped me set up our ride reservation and the most impressive part was the level of communication between the time of booking all the way through the end of our reservation. Given the craziness of that concert weekend, I was extremely nervous that our reservation would somehow get lost or slip through the cracks. But Tanish kept consistent communication with me about my reservation and answered any questions I had very promptly.

I hired them to take my Teens from Bell University in Muncie to airport since no shuttles were available at this time at Bell University. Driver arrived well in advance of time which was great since they were ready to go early. Driver gave an estimated time of arrival and they arrived almost to the minute. The driver kept me informed the whole time. My Teens said driver was very nice and seemed to be a very good driver. We considered Lyft and Uber, maybe a little cheaper but too many uncertainties. This company put my wife and I at ease right away, and everything went smoothly. I definitely recommend them.

I have been a loyal customer of Lafayette Limo for over four years, but my most recent experience was extremely disappointing and unsafe.

The shuttle was delayed for two hours due to a flat tire, which I accepted as an understandable incident. However, the worst part was how the management team handled the situation afterward.

During the ride, the vehicle alarm was beeping continuously the entire time, and the driver was visibly emotional and even crying while operating the vehicle. Sitting directly behind her, I felt extremely nervous and under a lot of pressure. Concerned for safety, I wrote an email to the management team. Instead of acknowledging the seriousness of the risks, they focused only on the fact that “everyone arrived safely,” despite the huge risks we were placed under as an emotional driver’s judgment and reaction ability can easily be impaired. They even told me I was the only one who complained, as if the issue was mine and not theirs.

This dismissive attitude toward safety is very unprofessional and extremely disappointing to see after years of loyalty as a customer.

They never fail to pick my calls. Gave me very accurate and thoughtful information (time estimates) and the shuttle was clean.

Took the shuttle from Purdue up to O’Hare. Bus arrived right on time, boarding was well organized, bus was super clean, driver provided information about the trip in a very clear and concise way, and the trip was smooth. Highly recommend.

My daughter’s plane was coming in to Indianapolis late due to weather at 12 midnight. Uber said they couldn’t wait & she was going to be stranded at the airport. Exceeded expectations! John (the owner) delivered on every detail. Great up-front communications at time of booking and he follows up with the final itinerary review the day before the event. Everything went exactly as planned, the vehicle, timing, and costs – on a very, very busy weekend. Roy was the limo driver; he is a top-notch professional and our guests loved him.

I would give these people 10 stars if I could, they were very prompt, very patient, we had 3 different pick up locations with women at each one spelling out well the hair wasn’t quite right and the shoes didn’t match, my house was last pick up and we had 2 women here which made it twice as bad. (Sorry ladies sad but true) The driver was not frustrated at all very patient didn’t have a care in the world. He petted the dog walked out with us to look at new airline installed in the toy box admired the old cars and was very social with us. When the ride finally began he was very safe un rushed dropped us off told us to call a hour ahead for pickup we did again arrived early waited again dropped us off all very safe and just simply awesome. Hope that nothing goes wrong during your ride! Owner was extremely difficult to work with. He only saw the situation his way with no execeptions! No matter what, it will be your fault! Very unprofessional, insulting our party guests, and tried to intimidate and scare people in our group to get us to pay without proper documentation. The owner contradicted himself numerous times, changing his statements. Claiming to be a businessman for 20+ years, I would of expected much more. It was a nice car, but disappointed in the end! Buyer beware!

Indy Trolley was such a fun addition to our wedding day! The trolley was well air conditioned and very clean! We had exactly 26 people on the 26 passenger trolley and it was a very tight squeeze. The trolley also moved very slow (it took us an hour to get to our venue when it usually takes 30 minutes by car), so make sure you account for that when you book!

Indy Trolley was a perfect and unique way for our wedding party to get around for pictures before the ceremony. Anita, our driver, was great! She got us around traffic and construction and back in a timely manner! The trolley had bluetooth for musc and allowed drinks. It was a blast. Highly recommend! So much fun!

We used Indy Trolley for my wedding day to pick up my bridal party after the ceremony and during the guests’ cocktail hour. I was impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and responsiveness of the company when we were inquiring about the services for our wedding day. Our day didn’t go as planned (my grandparents had COVID and were unable to attend my wedding) but our bus driver was extremely flexible, professional, and respectful when my husband last minute surprised me with a stop at my grandparents’ house to wave from the trolley – a moment I will never forget. The trolley itself was clean and in great shape and looked lovely in photos!!

Raith and his team were wonderful to work with. The trolleys were great and they worked with me to make sure my entire group was taken care of while still staying cost effective.

We booked Indy Trolley for our corporate Holiday Party 2017 and were exceptionally pleased with the service, the trolley and the driver, Anita. We worked with Raith Ledbetter to coordinate the event. He was professional and easy to get a hold of. Not only did he answer all of our questions, but he was prompt in responding to anything needed in the weeks leading up to our event. We would recommend Indy Trolley to anyone looking for a fun and unique transportation option.

Overall, we had a good experience with Indy Trolley. We used them for our wedding day transportation for our bridal party. The good: The trolley was clean, the driver was safe, and they were there at the appropriate times. They let us add a couple hours before our scheduled time at the last minute which was great. The constructive: We wanted a custom sign to cover the logo on the back “Just married” – They told us 3×5, which we bought, then said it was too short. They eventually figured it out, but the sign wasnt cheap and this could have gone smoother. Second, the music needs to be figured out – we brought our own speaker, but it would have been nice to be able to use theirs – this is a common problem with party busses. We need some sort of aux cable adapter now that the iphones dont have an aux jack. Also, you need to bring on your own cooler- it would be more convenient if they had one built in so the bridal party doesnt have to haul this around. Overall, I think they are a good value, the trolley looks great, and we would hire them again.

I contracted for 1 large and 1 small bus in September of 2024. Large bus never showed up and I never heard back from anyone at Carey. They just charged my credit card for the small bus that showed up. 11 months after the event. I would not recommend using them. If they can’t stand by their mistakes, I do not want to work with them.

They were all pleasant to work with. The customer service agent and the driver. He was very nice, great small talk. Would recommend to anyone. Cost may be more than i wanted to pay, but hell, have to do what you have to do.

Used to chauffeur for Carey Limo in Indianapolis, Indiana, about 20 some years ago. They have a very reliable service. Chauffeurs are very professional and friendly. They offer different services such as share-rides, private airport service & entertainment limos rented by time … They also offered three different sizes of limos, stretch sedans, 15-passenger vans, mini-buses & coach buses. All in all, a very professional service. It is an international company, also.

Cars are frequently late, customer service is rude and they charged us a ” late cancellation fee” of 125 $ when my daughters flight was delayed.

Car scheduled for 4 am. At 4am we got a call from driver sounding vague, saying he’d be “maybe” 25 minutes late. We had to quickly load up our car and beat it to airport. My husband barely made it to the plane. I called Cary from Airport and they did not apologize, just said they’d contact dispatch. Nothing ever more from them now 12 days later. Never again.

Great pickup, smooth ride and the driver was great, only issue is my return trip got cancelled due to staffing challenge so had to book alternate arrangements
