I have been a loyal customer of Lafayette Limo for over four years, but my most recent experience was extremely disappointing and unsafe. The shuttle was delayed for two hours due to a flat tire, which I accepted as an understandable incident. However, the worst part was how the management team handled the situation afterward. During the ride, the vehicle alarm was beeping continuously the entire time, and the driver was visibly emotional and even crying while operating the vehicle. Sitting directly behind her, I felt extremely nervous and under a lot of pressure. Concerned for safety, I wrote an email to the management team. Instead of acknowledging the seriousness of the risks, they focused only on the fact that "everyone arrived safely," despite the huge risks we were placed under as an emotional driver’s judgment and reaction ability can easily be impaired. They even told me I was the only one who complained, as if the issue was mine and not theirs. This dismissive attitude toward safety is very unprofessional and extremely disappointing to see after years of loyalty as a customer.

Incredible customer service! Kelly, Lucy, and Candice went above and beyond to accommodate my experience. My flight was cancelled earlier this year. I rescheduled with ease via a short simple call. They never fail to pick my calls. Gave me very accurate and thoughtful information (time estimates) and the shuttle was clean.

Took the shuttle from Purdue up to O'Hare. Bus arrived right on time, boarding was well organized, bus was super clean, driver provided information about the trip in a very clear and concise way, and the trip was smooth. Highly recommend.
