Was looking for a car for a good couple months. Finally found one I like but it was a couple hours away. Took the chance and made the drive. Turns out I didn’t really like the first car. But Kaleb at Indy Auto Man had another one in stock that he thought would be better. And he was right. The car was perfect. Low miles and in beautiful shape. I knew it was the one. I sat down with Kaleb to go over some numbers and it was a little more expensive than I wanted to pay. So I went home to sleep on it. The best day Kaleb called me and worked out a better offer and it was a significant discount. But still wasn’t where I was comfortable paying. So he calls me again a little later and tells me he got the price EVEN lower. It was now to a number I felt comfortable with. I drove back down the next day to do the paper work and pickup the car. I was in an out driving my new car in 30 mins. I highly recommend anyone searching for a car to ask for Kaleb at Indy Auto Man. He was nice, helpful, and cut right to the chase. Never haggled me or tried to upsell me and even waived some extra fees for me. This was my first time financing a car and my experience working with him was 10/10. Probably one of the best car buying experiences I have had in a long time. Great service all the way through! I called in ahead of time about a used vehicle on the lot, and spoke to the owner , Mike, and he was super friendly. When I got there to look at the car, a friend told me me to ask for Allen, and that was a great choice. Super nice guy, very knowledgeable, and all around swell ! Absolutely ask for Allen and wait for him if you need to. He is worth it ! 10 /10 , absolutely will be back, and will recommend to my friends as well. I had originally went in for a rear hatch to be fixed on my ‘22 Telluride. Well I happened to walk into the lobby and a simple hello with Karla Ledezma led to wonderful conversation where a trade I didn’t think was possible started. We agreed on an incredible deal and drove away with a ‘25 Telluride, same day with a full detail and full tank. While there, we also began the process on a trade deal for my wife. He helped me on two different days when I came in to test drive a car, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at, and always considerate to ask me and my husband if he could get us anything. Appreciated the experience we had here. We were referred from when it was still Bill Estes, and went car shopping there once it became Leo. The staff was pleasant and did not apply pressure while we shopped. We left and came back days later and were still treated well. Negotiations were fair and customer service was great. Went into dealership with some good not great expectations of buying a car. By no means going to (jump the gun so to speak). But, happen being my partner runs into a high school friend of 40 + years, rare, salesman. Comes across as a great guy, very personable and so on. Well it’s raining and he’s asking what we’re in the market for, so we proceed to explain and he says let’s go take a ride in it! I’m like wait, I want to check it out see what it has or hasn’t have, if I think I may like or not. Oh yeah he says good idea let me go get it. Short of the Very long story…….. We got SHAFTED!!!! LIED TO, INTEREST RAISED WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE,TOLD ONE PERSON COULDNT GO ON LOAN BECAUSE IT WOULD MAKE INTEREST RATE GO HIGHER ON LOAN FOR THE OTHER PERSON!! WELL ALL THAT WAS BS TATICS TO GET YOU TO BUY A CAR!!!! Pretty good, would have received 5 stars but i received an email today with a paper to go get plates. The plates expire tomorrow. I feel like when you spend 20k you should not be inconvenienced like this especially since I have been in the hospital. My 19-yr old bought a car and he is still learning how to do all this stuff and for him to get an email with less than 24 hours to go get plates is crazy work when he works 10-hour days on top of caring for me unexpectedly. We have been calling them for about a month letting them know we never received the paperwork to register the car. They sent the stuff today. I have never had an issue like this with a dealership as they usually will give you an extension plate when they drop the ball, but this place will not, so super inconvenienced and a little stressed. Other than the titling dept it was pretty smooth. Mike gets 5 starts!!! Titling piece about 2-3 stars. Probably will not buy from here again simply because of the huge inconvenience with registering the car which we have no control over when we receive nothing until the day before. I am big on customer service as that is my role, and this could have been done better across the board by either supplying a new temp plate (I have had this done many times with no issues prior to this company) or mailing paperwork when it should be mailed.

Literally had nothing but issues since I bought this car last month. It’s a 2022 and they said it had been looked over and everything worked prior to purchase. First my passenger seat warmer didn’t work and that took about a month for them to outsource and fix, then a piece of trim fell off the car a week into having it and I was expected to pay to fix that or they said I could bring a piece off Amazon and they’d paint and install it so I did and it didn’t fit so they forced it and it’s now falling off again a month later. And now the AC isn’t working and they don’t know if the extra warranty I bought is going to cover it. The only person who has been any help and pleasant to work with is the service manager Katie.

I can’t give enough stars for my experience here. I’ve never been in a position to buy a car that costed more than $1,500 before. Needless to say, I’ve never owned a dependable vehicle. As that the old saying goes, «you get what you pay for». I needed something reliable. So, I saved up $4,000 and spent DAYS researching vehicles. I came to Tom Wood to check out a Ford Taurus that I kept seeing. As soon asI got out of the car I was greeted by a guy, David Knox. He was amazing. He helped walk me though the whole process. We went for a test drive and I fell in love with the car. (I named her Pearl 🥰). Then I was sent to the financing department where I met Hank. He too was exceptionally helpful. I cannot give a higher recommendation for Tom Wood to new buyers.I will definitely come here when the time comes to buy another car. Pretty neat looking dealership. I had my Honda Accord rear ended about a month before I got my new car at Tom Wood Ford. I called up the number for Tom Wood and Greg answered and we was on the phone for two days trying to get me approved for a 2023 Honda Civic Sport but I ended up finding a Nissan Altima for sale at Tom Wood Volkswagen by the end so I called Greg back and had him work on getting me set up with the Nissan. He finally got me with a deal I could agree on and I headed to Indy after being approved for the car so when we got to the dealership evrything was smooth sailing. We mainly just chatted for the most part about cars and hobbies. Greg was a cool salesman to work with as he was into cool cars and things of that sort. He was also able to get me a good deal for Insurance for my new car buy just making a phone call to who provided him with auto insurance. It was for the most part a good experience besides having to be on the phone for two days not being sure if I was going to be able to get a car or not. In the end it was a good experience with the all the staff at Tom Wood Ford in Indy and I got to drive away in a newer car with better payments and price than what my 2020 Honda Accord was cause that thing was expensive.

We stopped by randomly to look at another Honda for the house. John Biakceu ended up helping us and do so fantastically. My wife and I we very impressed with how easy he made the whole process. So we bought another car! While that was happening since we had a ride home I figured I would leave our CRV Hybrid for service (oil, brake flush, filters so on). Lauren Crouch and the other advisors greeted me, shared a few laughs and got the car in. I said we can come another day for pick up so no rush. They got the car done before we finished with the buying the new car. Blown away by the level of service. I understand everyday might not be like this but man did they hit a homerun. Super impressed. The new layout of the dealership was also super nice! Just don’t forget some sun glasses in the afternoon with all those windows! Great job guys, this is why we celebrate Happy Honda Days in this house!

This was absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had with any car dealership by far!! Everyone there worked as a team and the other salespeople didn’t try to poach a sale from each other. When the guy I had the appointment with was busy, Jason the GM helped me and my wife up until Steve was finished with other customers. They treated us like family and my 8 year old daughter loved the experience so much that she painted a rock with Bible scriptures on it and wanted to leave it for them since they blessed us, she wanted to leave them a blessing. He always greeted me promptly with a smile, was diligent with follow up phone calls and texts; providing me updates on the service status of the Jeep when they became available. I felt he was a real advocate for me as a customer as we navigated getting the vehicle serviced, getting updates from Stellantis about hybrid battery availability, and even working with Enterprise to ensure I was provided a loaner car. Again, the service provided by the Service Department is exceptional. I took my vehicle in to determine the cause of a starting issue. My service advisor «CJ» did not hesitate to my request and without a scheduled appointment attempted to work me in. Fortunately for me, «CJ» advised that it would definitely be a wait, however, he offered to get me a ride through the courtesy vehicle. Boy was I lucky, my driver Diane was simply amazing. Not only was she an expert in navigating the traffic on Keystone Avenue, she had a few short cuts up her sleeves. The salesman, Kyle, and the manager, Jeff, were great to work with. Kyle is not your typical «car salesman». He did not hover like a vulture, as you find in most car dealerships, which was greatly appreciated. He was open and honest about any issues with vehicles we looked at regarding prior damage, smoked in vehicles, etc. Kyle even took the car we ended up purchasing to the maintenance supervisor to check on a noise the engine was making and assured us it was normal for that year make and model of vehicle. The cars were priced well and Jeff even took off more than what we asked them to from the price. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is they failed to fill the vehicle with gas before we left with it. Overall, a great place to shop for a vehicle and we will return for future vehicle needs. Update 10/30/25: The check engine light came on a few days after we got the car home. We took it back there and they said it was a sensor that went out. They are fixing the sensor, going over the vehicle in detail, and filling it with gas that was not filled prior to picking it up. Highly recommend this place for a used vehicle. They offer warranties on used vehicles and great service!

Larry Amburgy was great at being able to get me into the 2014 Ford Escape. I appreciate everything he did for me. I brought my car in to get the horn working and then 3 time driving kept getting a warning the hood was opened but was not, they fixed it, this is my 4th time with them and would recommend, for used cars the are reliable, even though I know things break eventually I will still go to oak motors first. The service department is great.

Victor did a wonderful job helping me getting approved with excatly what i had for a down payment. If it wasn’t for Victor being a real salesman i would be giving a one star review. However service handles the reliability of the vehicle you are purchasing. Simple routine maintenance was skipped as shown. Absolutely disgusting. 2 days after i drove off the lot code came up for a thermostat stuck opened. Service is no where to be found when they decide to dodge calls. Rear light is out and has water damage. Not a big deal if the bulb itself wasnt out. Just shows the service department at oak motors is a joke. Cabin filter and thermostat replaced not even a month of owning. Simple car problems occurs but purposely not doing your job and refusing to take in more appointments for issues they missed is absolutely ridiculous. If your in a bind oak motors is the place to go, but dont trust service for the reliability of your vehicle.
