Tom Wood Ford

I can't give enough stars for my experience here. I've never been in a position to buy a car that costed more than $1,500 before. Needless to say, I've never owned a dependable vehicle. As that the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for". I needed something reliable. So, I saved up $4,000 and spent DAYS researching vehicles. I came to Tom Wood to check out a Ford Taurus that I kept seeing. As soon asI got out of the car I was greeted by a guy, David Knox. He was amazing. He helped walk me though the whole process. We went for a test drive and I fell in love with the car. (I named her Pearl 🥰). Then I was sent to the financing department where I met Hank. He too was exceptionally helpful. I cannot give a higher recommendation for Tom Wood to new buyers.I will definitely come here when the time comes to buy another car. Pretty neat looking dealership. I had my Honda Accord rear ended about a month before I got my new car at Tom Wood Ford. I called up the number for Tom Wood and Greg answered and we was on the phone for two days trying to get me approved for a 2023 Honda Civic Sport but I ended up finding a Nissan Altima for sale at Tom Wood Volkswagen by the end so I called Greg back and had him work on getting me set up with the Nissan. He finally got me with a deal I could agree on and I headed to Indy after being approved for the car so when we got to the dealership evrything was smooth sailing. We mainly just chatted for the most part about cars and hobbies. Greg was a cool salesman to work with as he was into cool cars and things of that sort. He was also able to get me a good deal for Insurance for my new car buy just making a phone call to who provided him with auto insurance. It was for the most part a good experience besides having to be on the phone for two days not being sure if I was going to be able to get a car or not. In the end it was a good experience with the all the staff at Tom Wood Ford in Indy and I got to drive away in a newer car with better payments and price than what my 2020 Honda Accord was cause that thing was expensive.

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler at this dealership, and the salesman, Chandler, provided excellent service. He took the time to check my credit and I received great financing. He also arranged for me to bring my vehicle back a few days later so they could certify it. I definitely recommend them

I recently pitched a 2026 Ford Escape. It wasn’t the first Ford I’ve owned, but the first purchased at TW. Ive had all my service work done here. Everyone with Tom Wood sales team was very helpful.

Jami is an outstanding service advisor! She stood out because she listened carefully and worked to understand my goals. That skill makes a real difference and is not easy to teach. I go to the dealership because they are professionals and as much as I wish I could do things to the same standards, I trust the crew here to tell me what’s best. The whole experience was great!

Chase Is very helpful, polite, courteous amd a great listener. He helped me get as much work done as I could on a very slim budget. Thank you Chase for going above and beyond to get my car back to me so quickly even with all the obsticles we had to face and overcome!!

Sitting at home with a broken leg and they worked with me all the way to deliver at my home. Seth and Michael were a pleasure to work with and was able to complete everything over the phone, with exception of signing the paperwork at my house. Thank you!!
