Snagged the Wagoneer the moment it appeared, like a Jedi claiming a fresh hyperdrive. Spacious cabin, smooth ride, and plenty of room for luggage, passengers, and whatever galactic mission awaits. Power, comfort, and a surprisingly calm driving feel — this one made the rental experience feel like cruising through hyperspace. Staff moved quick, pickup was simple, and despite the smaller selection, the vehicle I ended up with was absolutely worth it. May your next rental be just as strong with the Force.

I arrived at Indianapolis airport late at nite after a snowstorm delay of 2 days. Alamo declined prebooked rental car. The garage personnel were extremely helpful and kind to me during this time. They got my car quickly. In all, everything that was customer service excellence. I was extremely satisfied with the car I rented. It was well maintained and clean.

I have the fortunate opportunity to reside in the city of Indianapolis and whenever I rent a car, though there could be inconvenience with tailing it to the airport, it is well-worth it! The team of National Employees at the Indy Airport have consistently been amazing. Their approachability, customer-centered focus and pride in delivering a Platinum Level experience are all Oscar Level Award deserving. During my pick-up and drop-off, I try to show my appreciation by engaging with each team member in conversation, but I hope that this review helps to shed light on my deeper appreciation for the work that they do. Thank you for taking the customer experience to a level that should be emulated across all industries!

Recent trip to Indianapolis, we rented a national car. - Audi A5. The pick up was very easy as well as drop off. All the employees were nice, helpful, and professional. We had a couple snowstorms while we were there in the car handled it really well. It was a great experience overall!

1/19/26 Every time I try to book online for this location it says "sold out". Just arrived at IND and there's got to be 200± cars in the emerald aisle, ready to roll. But here I am taking a lyft to the Enterprise 2 miles from the airport. Do better, National!

National's staff and service are superb. Great vehicles and I have yet to find one that wasn't up to snuff preparation wise. I ended up switching from Avis to national after 20 some years with Avis. There is a very clear difference here! Have to say, I'm a fan.
