I’m not from this area so I’m forced to rely on someone else. I took a 6 min ride for less than 2 miles. When we got onto the site of the location it said 8.05. The driver proceeded to charge me $10.00 I figured it was a service charge. It was declining because I had a chip. When he entered it manually (while I called my bank to authorize the charge) they said it should be fine they accepted the $15.00 charge. When I questioned them because they seen both the $10 and $15 charge trying to come through he said it was because he waited for me to process my card. The advertisement said.40 cents for a mile if we didn’t move and when I got there how did you go from charging me $8.05 like the fare said to $10 to then )15 in matter of 3 minutes? For a 2:14 second phone call? Outrageous but I had no way of knowing people actually conduct business like this especially on a time clock. Not professional or Proficient business at all. However I did get to my location so I tried to keep my mouth closed. A shame. I don’t see me revisiting this city again, and if I do I will rent a car so I have actual paperwork that might get conducted better.

Terrible. I waited 30 mins outside standing on a cane with luggage when it was supposed to be 10 mins. The driver had my info but chose to pick up other people without checking who he was there to get. The dispatch had to call him repeatedly. He showed up after calling me, said he would compensate me for waiting. I rode with him. He drove like a bat out of hell, was texting not putting my address in his GPS, passed my home, turned his radio up so loud I couldn't hear myself when I asked can he turn it down. He did then turned it back up and got mad when I told him the volume is too loud. It was at max on talk radio. The sun had just come up. Way too early. He almost got us into an accident, turned illegally, passed my home over charged me and when I asked he says pay him and he will compensate me $2 for making me wait like what? I had him call his boss he kept yelling at me to get out his cab and go call her in the house. He kept the meter running while I called to speak to her. I called nine times no answer til he called for her. She was nice and had him correct the fare and he kept hitting the button to close the door on me which my chest was getting the impact while trying to get out. He thought he was insulting me by saying I just don't want to pay he knows people like me can't afford a cab. I laugh just too an uber 2 hours to Ohio, not phased. I had to hit my cane on his window to make him stop the door hitting into me while I was getting my bag and cane. He said it was automatic but it quit once it was hit. I got my bag from the trunk and he wanted me to put the trunk down but he just said it was automatic. I'm not going back down my stairs to close your trunk. I was grateful to be back to my car next time I will just wait for a lyft or uber.

I called for a pick up , a man answered and said he would be there in 20 minutes, after 30 minutes passed I called back and he told me that they were very busy but he would be there in 15 minutes, I continued to wait just to be nice I didn’t want to call somebody else since he said he was on his way then after a total of one hour of waiting I called him and he said he’s on his way I asked where he was by he could not tell me and told me he would be there soon .... I just called yellow cab and someone came for me within 5 minutes ... as for this company nobody ever cared to call me back to even say they could not make it . Don’t waste your time just call yellow cab instead their operator is more reliable than this company.

Called the night before for a disability ambulance. Confirmed with the person on the phone my father is in a wheel chair. They arrive about 10 mins late no biggie, but just a regular van. The driver called his dispatcher and let them know and said they were working on it. I kept calling every 15 mins to see if we had an update and none. They said we will call you back. They never called back. I get that they seem to contract out drivers similar to uber and Lyft in a way but just the lack of trying was a disappointment.

Arranged for my pick up at 9am to the airport. Nobody answer the phone when following up. Finally received a call 9:40 and the driver said he would be to me in 15 mins. Unacceptable I would have missed my flight relying on their service.

Just got the rudest lady who answered the phone and hung up on me as I asked how long a taxi would be. It was very unprofessional how rude she immediately got with me. After I gave her the info she informed me that she would get someone out as soon as possible. When I asked her how long that would be, she immediately went off and then hung up! I was trying to be a good citizen and call a taxi for a foreign couple who were new to America. I ended up getting an Uber (way more professional!). I will NEVER USE THESE GUYS!!
