I had such a great experience with Incare Trans! The drivers are amazing ,very kind and really skilled at their job especially (MOAYAD) . They always make sure you feel safe and comfortable during the ride. The dispatcher is also very friendly and helpful, and the car was super clean and comfortable . Truly excellent service , highly recommend!

The Infamous Miss Kay picked us up today. She was so fun & made us laugh so hard!❤️ I’ve been under high stress lately & she let me just talk & talk & she just listened; you could tell that she genuinely cares 🥰. The vehicle was clean, had a good vibe, smelled nice & her driving was smooth! I highly recommend this company, especially if the other drivers are anything like Miss Kay😃.

Every single time I had them they was late and this morning a driver REFUSED my ride bc I wanted to rear face my 29 pounds child which is the safest for her weight so for 20 mins he screamed in my face how he wasn't taking me bc I would not put her in not safely , how are y'all medicaid cab drivers but don't know simple car seat safety even when the car seat has a sticker saying 5-40lbs should REAR FACE,
