City Way Animal Clinics - Mass Ave

we love city way animal clinics on mass ave!!!! staff is ALWAYS so friendly and kind. always helpful and answers all of our questions. they were so sweet when our sweet cat passed away and have been the best and helping us navigate our new kitten. Dr. Patrick is super thorough and covers all of the bases. Brittany walked through all of the financials in a way that made sense for our family! could not imagine going anywhere else to receive care for our little love bugs!

Office was able to fit us in a last minute appointment due to issue. The Mass Ave location was very friendly, accommodating & professional. Dr. Alex Bednar was new to us, but we loved him! Dr. Alex was very patient, informative & communicative about my pet’s issue. He also took his time & did not seem rushed at all. Given the anxiety my pet & I had coming into the office, your staff did everything possible to make us comfortable. Thank you!! 🖤 Alf & his Mom

I have been taking both of my cats here for a couple of years now. Always have had a great experience! I appreciate them being very straight forward with pricing and communication. My male cat is especially spicy when it comes to the vet and when I’m not able to be with him in the room. But recently when I took him in for a vaccine, Heidi, a vet tech, was very reassuring that they would take great care of him and have method down for him. Turns out he did great! Thank you to the staff over there for taking care of my babies!

A litter of 7-week-old strays I’ve been caring for recently came down with parvo. I brought them to City Way Mass Ave today, and I can honestly say it was the best vet experience I’ve ever had, on what was also one of the hardest days I’ve ever had as a pet parent. 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁. The staff was kind and incredibly patient with the chaos of an entire litter. They took the time to walk me through how to handle the at-home care and made it clear they genuinely cared about my animals. I wish I could remember everyone’s names to thank them properly, but I was so stressed out by our situation I can’t remember them 😩. To the three women and the vet who helped us today, you were amazing, and I appreciate you more than I can say. I truly can’t recommend this place enough.

I cannot say enough positive things about the team at City Way Mass Ave. I am a first time cat owner, and they have provided the most thorough and compassionate care to my Moonpie. Moonpie has been going through a scary medical situation right now, and it has been a very emotional and difficult time for us both. The team at City Way, especially Dr. Squires, Dr. Graber, and Julia, have been so incredibly kind and caring to both Moonpie and I as we navigate this uncertain and frightening time. You can tell how much they truly care about the pets they care for and the people who own them. I have truly found a forever vet office here for as long as I am in Indianapolis. I also want to thank their phone response team, who has always been so responsive and thorough to texts I have sent regarding Moonpie’s care. They have been so supportive in sharing the updates I give them about Moonpie’s current hospitalization at VCA and in making sure I am doing okay too. Right now, all I can hope for is that Moonpie and I have many more visits to City Way and her favorite vets and techs ahead of us. She’s had to visit another City Way location and the VCA, and I can say for certain that City Way Mass Ave is her FAVORITE based on how much better she behaves there.

The service here was quick and sufficient and everyone was so nice! They were able to get me in as soon as I got to the office even with being early. I spoke with Dr Patrick and Brittany and they gave me a lot of helpful information regarding my animal! They were very kind and loving towards my animal! I would definitely recommend coming here.

The entire staff took great care of my pup. We went on an urgent visit. They explained everything in great detail and called with test results and spent time explaining the results. I hope I don’t need urgent services again, but if I do the Mass Ave office will be my first call.
