K&G Fashion Superstore

Cashier staff at check out can be nicer and more friendly. Every single time we go, we ask them to make sure all security tags are out, and we got go home 45 minutes away, and sure enough, there are security tags.

This store is beyond racist and very disrespectful. The teenagers they hired are not concerned about customer satisfaction. Their on their phones sending text and will make wait and then will literally say this white person or n-word needs help and walk off leaving the register. Getting help finding stuff isn't something they offer at all they'll ignore you as if their customers to. This has happened in more than one occasion. I wouldn't recommend coming to this store unless you like disrespect coming in and out

My son went to buy a suit for a college dance. After trying a few items on, he went to go get some different sizes. When he returned, the dressing room had a new customer in it. He asked the gentleman working in the dressing room where all of his items went, and he said that the room had been cleaned out. Along with the clothing, he was going to purchase and some clothing that did not fit, he had personal items in the room. The workers were able to locate all of the items in the dressing room, except for a personal item, a pair of $200 sunglasses. When I asked to see the manager, a sweaty, smelly lady was presented to me. I tried to explain the situation, but she screamed at me telling me that things left in the dressing room can be taken by anybody. This is an awful way to do business. Please be aware, if you try things on at this business do not leave any personal items or anything you plan to purchase in the dressing room.
Update: I contacted the below email, and I can tell you that K&G certainly does NOT care.

Customer service was trash. women up front was rude to every customer in the building. should’ve spent the extra money at men’s warehouse rather than coming here. tried to close us up in the dressing room. would not let us mix and match suit size. made a huge deal and acted like we were stealing rather than explaining we couldn’t do that.

The girl at the front checking people out asked if I was ready and then she got on her phone and was talking to someone and could not multi task at all! It was so rude and unprofessional. I gave 2 stars cause she seemed to be super nice to my fiance! Lol
