Was looking for a couple particular items I couldn’t find. One employee found one of the items and another researched and found they were out of the other. She also said they had 9 at a nearby location or I could have one sent to their store or shipped to me. Was just super impressed with the service from both ladies.

Usually no problems. Love this Rally Houae. This time however, 3 items purchased with sizes we would normally buy and all eaxh item ran small 2 were exchanged the same day..the third I was confident it would be fine so didnt try it on, only later to find out it too was too small or mismarked So now I must make.another trip for an exchange or refund BTW all items were National Championship items.

The sales staff were amazing! I needed help with obtaining Ball State clothing and they helped me to find what I needed. Since it was early Christmas shopping and I was purchasing a lot of goods, they let me pile up my purchases on the checkout counter. I realize that this would not be possible during the regular Christmas season, but, none the less, I was able to do it. I walk with a cane and it was helpful to do «piling.» The staff also introduced me to the Rally House website and I continue my Rally House Christmas shopping from my home in Georgia. Thank you!!

Was greeted when I entered the store. Received help when I couldn’t find a medium in the item I was looking at. The employee at checkout was very helpful, pleasant and when I mentioned I was purchasing a gift….took extra care to put it in a nice bag with tissue. Was again greeted by employees as I left the store.

Excellent staff. Polite and professional. Manager was great. She answered all the questions from everyone there on championship night. She was open and honest about product.

I had such a wonderful experience at Indi Selection! I’ve bought a couple of suits from here, and the quality of the clothing is absolutely beautiful. The owner is incredibly nice and helpful; she really takes the time to make sure you find something you love. It’s great to find high-quality items with such friendly, personalized service. I’m a very satisfied customer and will definitely be back!

Update: I got here from Ohio at 1 today and called the store. The owner picked up and opened the shop up quickly. She had a few things she was taking care of. But is always mindful of her customers times. This is in response to the recent review from Baljot. Update: Still driving down here all the way from Cleveland to get the best suits. I've already purchased 4 dresses from here along with jewelry. I promise you will not walk out of the store without getting something. The selection is top tier. The owner here is wonderful and down to earth. She is such a friendly vibe and has never given me any issues. I come from 4.5 hours away and will continue to come 🙂 It was my first time coming here and the owner was so helpful. There are so many colors to choose from and tons of variety. You can find a suit for any occasion. I came all the way from Cleveland and will definitely return!

I have gone to this store a couple times now. Both experiences have been so nice. The store owner is very kind and sweet. The store itself has a good selection of desi clothing and accessories. I was able to quickly pick out a pretty velvet orange shalwar on my first trip, and today I found a lilac kurta in just 5 minutes. It was just what I was looking for! The only reason that was possible is bc the store is organized and clean. It is not cluttered, which I really appreciate. Prices are also great! I recommend this place!

She was beyond accommodating and helpingful, especially when it came to picking out my suit and shawl, setting prices, working with me on fabrics, and she even helped me get a custom shawl made for the bride as well! The service and whole process was so, welcoming, fun, and just an all around joy! The suit and shawls turned out so gorgeous and I couldn't be happier with everything! Of all the coals I have been to this one is my favorite! The staff is always friendly and goes beyond themselves to help you. If your strawings are to store they just look up, wave, and say hello. If you've not gone to this location, try it.

I bought an Everlands artificial Christmas tree here earlier this year. This week, my husband and I discovered most of the lights don't work on the tree. The box, the Everlands website, and the product listing on Kohls.com all refer to a 2-year manufacturer warranty that covers problems with the lights. The Everlands website states to return to tree to the retailer to use the manufacturer warranty. I brought the tree back to the Kohl's where we bought it, but the customer service person and manager had no information about this warranty and said they could not help me. They directed me to call Kohl's customer service. I did so, and was told to contact Everlands. I said Everlands says to contact the retailer. They said ok well still try and then call us back if it doesn't work. I contacted Everlands, never heard back, and called Kohl's customer service again today. They told me because the purchase was made in store (not online), there was nothing they could do and I needed to take it back to the store. I said I already did that and there was nothing they could do. WHAT IS THE POINT OF A WARRANTY IF NOBODY HONORS IT??? I am SO frustrated and disappointed in Kohl's. Surely about $200 is not a lot of money for this huge corporation, but it is to my family.

Good shopping experience but the cashier kept pushing me to open a Kohls credit card even after I said no. Usually this doesn't bother me but she asked me 4 different times, so I guess no doesn't mean no :/ it was very uncomfortable

Stephanie at store 107 Fashion Mall in Indianapolis, IN helped me with a large Amazon return today, and was a delight to work with. She was so patient and really helped me ensure I had what I needed in the returns. She even helped me count out and verify all of the items and I came in with a large return. High prices but decent clearance items at a good price. Some guy named "Roy" left a Starbucks cup in the toy section. Random, but noticeable. Could be leaving a virus or something around. Hope the staff got it.

I am a regular kohls customer but this location isn't my normal. My wife and I came to this one to exchange a dish set. Our normal Kohls was out and this one was showing it might still have one in stock. One of the dishes had a defect in the glaze. We hoped to exchange the set instead of waiting for a ship to store set. We arrived and the customer Service lady was nice and directed us to check out if they still had our color. Of course, we saw more things to buy and ended up with way more than just what we set out to do. Unfortunately, they were out but had 1 display bowl. I took this and brought it to the service desk. A different employee flat out said, "No!" She was very dismissive and I was quite shocked with the reaction. Fortunately, the original employee showed up and quickly corrected the issue. We left with a full and complete set! Of course, we then had to purchase the extras. I was surprised when I offered to scan my app code for rewards but the cashier said no, I HAD to type in a phone number. This caught me by surprise as I have never been REQUIRED to type in my number. I apologized because I couldnt remember if our account had mine or my wife's number. She then said she would change it to email but we HAD to give one or the other. Scanning my device wasn't allowed. So, I entered it but she again became annoyed as I asked her to scan my phone repeatedly for coupons, Kohl's cash, and Kohl's Pay. This was quite a shock since I have become accustomed to using the Kohl's app and other locations are more welcoming. I enjoy the ease of checkout that using the Kohl's provided tools but just assumed all the employees would be on board this trend as well. Again, thanks so much to the customer Service employee that helped us complete our dish set purchase as she is a great example of why we continue to be Kohl's customers.

Worst Experience of My Life – Policy Violations and Unlawful Conduct ​Yesterday was the worst day of my life, and I want all of you to know that the way I was treated was real crappy. No disrespect intended, but I’m going to be honest: your store workers are truly ruining this company. They are lazy, no one follows the policy, and no one can properly figure out their job duties. ​Your policy dictates that staff must watch the fitting rooms. When I go to try on a bunch of clothes and no one is attending, I am going to change—that’s what the rooms are for. Just because I utilized the room doesn't mean three of your employees, including a man, can block me by the fitting room entrance and start making assumptions. Honestly, this conduct makes it look like you are watching me change, which is a gross violation of privacy and store policy. ​Furthermore, do not use the loud speaker to speak on or imply accusations if you have not validated anything. This is profiling. ​A Serious Legal Warning to Management: ​Next time, call law enforcement immediately. No store employee is certified or authorized to handle or physically detain any shopper. The only legal basis for a merchant to detain a customer is known as Shopkeeper’s Privilege, specifically governed by Indiana Code (IC) 35-33-6-2. This law only allows detention if there are reasonable grounds to suspect theft, and it must be done in a reasonable manner and for a brief time solely to await the arrival of a police officer. ​Attempting to detain, question, or intimidate me beyond the scope of IC 35-33-6-2 is unlawful detention and harassment. Even when a police officer detains you, they clearly state you are not under arrest. Do not shock people's conscience—it is sick, and intimidation is a shitty look on a big company. ​There is a reason laws are laws. Do not try and break the law in order to prove your point, because it could be explained on so many levels that the only ones breaking the law would be the employees and management at that point. Do better.

T.J MAXX is the best thing I’ve ever been to in Indianapolis. It has the best items I’ve been looking for. I kinda wish that they have some more colored no show socks besides black and white.

I had a really disappointing experience at this location. After waiting in line to check out, the cashier looked at me and said "oh God" in a tone that clearly made it seem like she didn’t want to help me. It felt unprofessional and rude, especially when all I was doing was standing in line like any other customer. Customer service should at the very least be polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, this visit left a bad impression, and I won’t be returning to this store.

Pretty big store. A little weird to navigate. The women’s section is not sectioned off well. There are almost no high end products. The selection is low end products. That being said, I found a really good backpack and some clothes. You should always check out what TJ Maxx has to offer. There are always little gems hidden. The service was very good. Fast and friendly.

Just went to this store this morning: July 4th 2025…what a hot mess! There was a load of kids in their making a ruckus and being super loud! They left and back to my shopping I went. Store has zero inventory in women’s jeans or even juniors for that matter…a larger lady (employee with a bun of braids) was rude and told me to move in a ill mannered way. Went to the fitting room to try on jeans and 🤮 look at the dust!!!! It’s so untidy and gross! I made my purchase of undies, socks and toiletries and left. If I never go back I’d not be offended! Management must be in a back office scratching their bellies. Store is disheveled! If you want to shop here, wear an air mask….its nasty!

Dark lighting, limited selection for athletic wear. Good selection of sweaters. Sections are labeled, but some are difficult to read given the store’s layout. Wish there were more winter coat options and sizes to choose from.

This is a very convenient location. However, the selection is not that great and they don't even carry men's shoes. It's not really a big deal for me but it can become very inconvenient especially when you try to shop for the entire family. Also there is a very bad smell in the women dressing room. I hope they will fix that soon!

This department store as many know has great deals on stylish brand-name products, which in turn is the main reason why Indianapolis residents tolerated the disarray of the shelfs, counters, cabinets, and floors. A couple of cashiers have fast food attitudes, ruled, but most of the cashiers are great. Their is one employee with slick back hair, who is always courteous, and kind, bravo for him.

Went to #RAZA today in Castleton Square. Got an outfit for my son with a great discount. Please go visit. Awesome service from Marlo and the rest of the staff. Will definitely be back!! Thank you for the great hospitality🥰

The store was organized and clean. There was no customer service other than the people working the registers to ask a question about any items in the store, and they were not answering questions while they were busy checking people out. The prices were ouch.. a little expensive, like they have the same items at other department store so why is it more expensive here? The cashier was super kind and accommodating as we were leaving. She was probably the best experience about the store

sizing was a mess and it’s very difficult to find clothing when it’s as crammed in as they had it. the first employee we encountered at the fitting room was super helpful and very nice and when i went back to the return rack because my boyfriend changed his mind and decided he did want an item the next lady told me i couldn’t take it and was overall extremely unpleasant. part of why i love nordstrom rack is the points so imagine my surprise when i find out that you can no longer earn/use points at rack locations. you have to get their horrible credit card in order to get any rewards and let me just say that i would never recommend signing up for a store card no matter how great it might seem. you lose most of the perks of the card without the ability to earn points anyway. overall extremely disappointed in Nordstrom companies money grabbing and quality of store/merchandise. the woman working the register was very pleasant and apologized for the inconvenience of not being able to use my points. you should probably get new bags that don’t say "rack up points" if that’s a false advertisement. bottom line is that this company appears to care way more about their full line customers than their rack customers and it absolutely shows!

I do love the deals and the discounts. You have to search for the things you are looking for. The like to pay can be long if you are going in the busy times. I would highly recommend self checkout kiosk or items restricted lane.

I visited the Nordstrom beauty department and had the best beauty adviser, Afaf. She was very knowledgeable about the beauty products. She invited me to try several perfumes, and I finally bought one to add to my perfume collection. She also gave me samples of various products, which was so sweet. Thank you, Afaf, for helping me!

Danielle in lingerie was my savior and ensured I had a perfect fit for my dress for my son's wedding. She correctly fitted me for bras and for foundations and then called in alterations to make adjustments so that everything stayed securely in place — even while dancing– in my off the shoulder dress .. cannot praise her enough. Very knowledgeable and very responsive. Made me a very relaxed MOG Diana

i had ordered a house of fb dress for pick up that ended up looking super cheap and not fitting correctly so i needed to find a replacement. i didn’t know where the order pickup was as i had never done it before and when i asked an employee she rudely pointed me in the right direction. all of the fitting rooms i went into had clothes everywhere and no staff to be found which was disappointing but i tried the dress on and when it didn’t work decided to head over to their dress section to find a replacement. their sizing was not super inclusive and i had a hard time finding anything below a size 8 which is fine considering im sure most of the dresses were returns. the woman who helped me in the dress fitting room and with the exchange was very pleasant. my favorite part of this experience by far was my time in the womens shoe department!! the employee who helped us was beyond knowledgeable about all of the products and provided recommendations based on what i was looking for. it was right before close but he didn’t seem in a hurry and didn’t try to rush us out. clearly loved what he was doing and made great conversation. i walked out with two pairs of shoes instead of the one i came for!

I tried on some dress pants here by Kasper. The size I normally wear were way too big. I tried a size down and it was too small. I decided to have the larger size altered. The alteration was not done properly and I was charged $55. She tried to fix it but still was not quite right. I decided that this is not the store for me. My son loves the store. They have a very nice selection of things for men. Women not so much in my opinion.

My son likes to shop at this store, but during our last visit we had a disappointing experience. We spent quite some time looking for what we needed; several employees passed by us, but none offered to help. We could even hear them chatting among themselves. When another customer arrived, they immediately went to assist them. I believe all customers deserve the same attention and service.

I purchase items, "shoses and shirt," at K&G Fashion Superstore around 10/04/25. I returned them to K&G Fashion Superstore on 10/15/25 and to this date November 22nd I have note received a refund yet. I called K&G corporate office on 11/15/25 they told me that my refund was partially process and never went all the way through. Corporate stated it would be taking care of and i would receive the refund within 3 to 5 business days. First of all almost every place of busness will refund your month back to your card right away or within 1 to 3 business days. On the back of K&G Fashion Superstore receipt all it says is best effort will be made for refunds. This means you may not get a refunded. The fact that i called them shows they had plan on keeping my money.

Huge selection and my nephew found just the green suit he wanted. Also got new shoes and prices were great. Everyone was the nicest and most helpful staff I have encountered in a long time

Just in this morning. They opened late despite people waiting at the designated time. The item I had was marked at $39.99. they refused the price and said it was labeled wrong by… pause.. another customer. I won't be back after implying I'm a thief because of their mistake and terrible customer service

I've been to this Urban Outfitters before a few times in my life. I bought some books here and I belive clothes mabey one time. This is one of the closest locations of Urban Outfitters to me because I live in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I love how close this place is to the fashion mall and the store itself. 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible in store experience. I was trying on a jacket and employee came up to me saying a customer wanted the size I was trying on. Shethen proceeding to take it away from me and hang it back up and walk away.

I just left this location and the girl in the black tube top was rude and told me I couldn't use my $5 off but another girl let my sister use hers – I've never had an issue using a $5 off on anything, even sale items but regardless they just need to be consistent about that

Customer service is non existent here. I was not greeted when entering the store. I walked through the entire store twice without anyone saying anything to me. The clearance section looks like a tornado went through it everytime I go in there. Dressing room attendant refused to help me grab different sizes. Overall not the experience I was expecting. This seemed to be the case in most stores at keystone but I was gearing for a more helpful shopping experience at this particular store.

Was not in the store one minute, before the female walked over and acted like she was straightening out some clothes on a mannequin ,if that were the case you would have been doing it before me and my daughter walked in. What happened to greeting someone at the door. But instead u walked over to make sure we had no large bags to steal, All black ppl don’t steal ya know,🙄 just like I know all white ppl don’t do meth. Won’t return, clothes were not up to par anyway.

They have some interesting things for sale but the prices are high. I heard some girls looking in the clearance area say how the prices weren't marked down much. The store was clean and arranged nicely. No sales staff asked if I needed assistance the whole time I was in the store.
