Then there were some scheduling difficulties and inconsistencies resulting in a NO SHOW. The texting system to communicate with customers works only some of the time. I used this company before Covid and was always happy with them. However I started again and have been extremely disappointed. We do once a month cleaning and the last three times have come home and felt like we’ve had to re clean the floors. The floors especially in the kitchen literally still show things. We have three kids and yes our floors get dirty but it’s not that hard to mop the floors. The second time I complained they did not charge which was nice…however I don’t have the time or energy to keep coming home to what I’m thinking will be a clean home and then having to clean it again. I will not use again.

According to the contract I agreed on, they were to clean up to 10 windows, vacuum and mop all floors, clean sinks, tub and toilet, dust ceiling fans, window sills, baseboards. I had to get the house ready for buyers but Becht Pride failed to deliver. They only vacuumed and mopped, poorly. They sent me a message asking how they did, I told them, they did not contact me back. $341 for a bad job of mopping and vacuuming. Just wow. Never use this company unless you like throwing money away!

Upon arrival the 2 woman opened door and stood there letting my tiny dogs out. One went across a busy road and nearly got hit. FURIOUS!! Spent almost 2 hours of 3 hour clean on one small bathroom. Did not sweep under any furniture or remove throws rugs, used soaked mop pad and mopped around all stationary object including dog crate. Did not clean all window sills and left window ledges 1/2 wiped down. Knocked transition piece loose when vacuuming and curtain rod in disarray in kitchen. Door crevices not dusted/wiped down. Dusted an award frame and the cleaner brought it to me in pieces. Said she notified her supervisor and to expect call for replacement! Not heard anything. Supervisor did show up shortly after about an hour upon arrival for walk through and any concerns I have. I voiced many concerns during walk through and only response I kept getting is “don’t worry, they will definitely take care of EVERYTHING at next cleaning. Otherwise it will be $110.00/hour past noon. Major portions of entire house left untouched or 1/2 done. There were specific instructions at my free estimate consultation that were not followed. Spent rest of day doing what they had been paid to do. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Per service paperwork, if you are not completely satisfied AND your account is paid in full then just inform them by the end of the next business day and they will cheerfully reclean the area (as in single space)? Been notified same day with zero response! Cleaned on 5/9/25

Nope…..Beginning of this month was my cleaning day for a new house. I was told with emphasis that the house would receive a “deep cleaning.” I took them at their word on that. Apparently we have different definitions of “deep cleaning” because the walls, bathroom floors, and even the carpets (which is crazy that one can even see that – I am 6ft tall) were not cleaned. IF they were touch at all by a vacuum, said vacuum needs replaced.
I am very annoyed most about the bathrooms because they asked what I wanted extra attention to specifically. I said that I wanted the kitchen and bathrooms to have extra attention, as those hold the most filth. On top of that, they kept calling to increase the price jumping from $110 to $125 “to clean drawers and cabinets in the kitchen” and then finally $220 for “requested extra time of 30min extra for the kitchen” supposedly.
I definitely do not feel peace of mind nor taken care of. Instead, I am giving a piece of my mind. I was not even going to post, but the more I see since I’ve gotten the chance to try to enjoy my new home, the more I get irritated.
I should have just either just sacrificed a day or 2 to do it myself or hire someone else. I mean, there was nothing in the house to move. This should have been too easy of a job. Probably a $100 worth of job was done for double.

When you pay for a professional service, you expect professional results. Not a 80% job. I just recently purchased my home and had renovations completed. I hired Molly Maids to come in after the contractors were done to clean my home as the final touch. After the two women from Molly Maids left, we found ourselves still cleaning and scrubbing areas with rags and sponges! And it was a significant amount of dust, dirt and, paint that the naked eye couldn’t have missed, the pictures attached speak for itself. This was supposed to be a deep clean! We emailed Molly Maids to request someone to contact us regarding our dissatisfaction with their service. We would like a resolution. However, we have not received any response. Instead, we were asked to provide a review, so here it is!

This has been, by far, the worst cleaning company we have ever hired. Since we started with Molly, we have had nothing but issues. Our deep cleaning was not a deep cleaning and lasted only 1 hour for a 2,900 sq/ft house. There was nothing DEEP about the cleaning. Nothing was moved, and only flat surfaces with NOTHING on them were wiped down, if that.
Their monthly cleaning is much of the same. Repeatedly, we had issues with our cleanings: things not cleaned, spots missed, trash not emptied, or no bag put back in. They do not clean off any surfaces before cleaning them, so you need to clean before the cleaner comes. They also do not pick anything up or straighten up anything besides folding blankets. I also had to go behind the cleaners and re-clean and scrub our bathtub because it was not cleaned.
Our house was never left smelling or feeling clean. The fact that they do not pick anything up or clean off surfaces left our house feeling wiped down rather than cleaned.
Also, they do not mop floors. They use large Swiffer pads and a spray bottle to clean floors. This does NOT get dirt off the floor and actually cleans the floor.
The ladies who came to clean were always pleasant and friendly. The issues with the cleanings are from company policy and practices, and not because their cleaners are lazy. The company wants them to push through the cleanings as quickly as possible to get them to clean as many homes as possible in a single day. There is no focus on quality.
My advice would be to spend a little more money and get a cleaning company that focuses on quality and not quantity. At the end of the day, you will spend more money, but you will be much happier with the results.

I hired them to clean my house before moving in. I wanted all the floors, windows, doors and walls wiped down because of dust. They showed up an hour late and didn’t do a good job. The doors were still dirty. They missed large spots of the floor when mopping and didn’t even touch the windows.

I’ve been told again that the person I like has called in. So now I’m stuck paying for just an okay cleaning again. I once asked her about the attendance policy, and she mentioned they didn’t have one. You could pretty much call in whenever. If I managed my business like this, I’d have no employees left because of all the stress it would cause my other staff.

I am grateful for HME and how they have done a great job for my family! I live in another state, but worked with them to set up a deep cleaning for my father there in Indiana, and then biweekly cleanings to follow.
The first appointment was somewhat disappointing, because the two workers scheduled for the deep cleaning ended up leaving early for personal reasons and not finishing the job.
However, since I had been in communication with Miko at the HME office, and he had been very friendly and pleasant to work with, I let him know what had happened. He reassured me that they would send two different workers, including a supervisor, right away and that they would work as long as it took to make things right – and at no charge. And they did this!
I understand that, in general, things may not always go as planned for any number of reasons. But I really appreciate a company that cares about their reputation and will truly do whatever it takes to make sure their customers are happy.
One of the workers who completed the deep clean was Lindsey; and my family fell in love with her right away! She has a very wonderful and accommodating attitude, works hard, and really cares about doing a good job. She has been doing our biweekly cleanings ever since, and we are very happy with both her and the company!
