Derrick and his team were fantastic. Custom cabinets on either side of a two story fireplace that he put an accent wall on. Professional, cleaned up after themselves, and the end product is great! Will be using him again.

Derrick was super engaged in helping us figure out the details of what we wanted and was easy to contact. After some back and forth on various options and quotes we had an installation date on the calendar.

The team showed up on time with everything they needed and did an amazing job. We couldn’t be happier with their work and they were flexible to make a small game day change.

Also for the multi day jobs they cleanup at the end of each day very well, so your home doesn’t feel like a construction zone!

I would recommend Radford Woodworks to anyone interested in getting this kind of work completed and I would happily use them again.

So easy to communicate with and plan the project. Loved that there wasn’t some huge sales pitch and we could knock out all the planning via text. Great crew on site and such an amazing job knocking out our accent wall in just a day! I had a general idea of what I wanted and they helped bring it together with a mockup design and recommendations on paint colors. Working on ideas for our next project after such a great initial experience!

When I work with a contractor I am always looking for great communication! Derrick did a wonderful job communicating and telling me when they were going to show up. The wainscoting along our stairs turned out exactly how I pictured!

I am absolutely thrilled with the transformation of my home; it’s nothing short of stunning! The team was incredibly friendly and meticulous throughout the entire process. Radford woodworks were amazing. They were quick, professional, showed up on time, cleaned up after each day and did an absolutely amazing job. We are 100% pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

Yes, it was a long process. From material’s ordered to start of installation was 16 weeks (they stated it would be 16-18 weeks). I’ve lived here for 20 years so a few extra weeks to get it all right was no big deal. During that time they set you up with a customer portal to keep documents, pictures, and communicate easily. BUT…what a difference!!! My house was built in 1983 and now looks brand new!! People drive by slowly and random people have stopped to say how good it looks. Installation was completed in two weeks by only two installers who worked efficiently and flawlessly. After main installation was completed they literally walked around the house for at least an hour looking for any blemishes or minor details that needed fixing. My wife and I could not be any happier. Shout out to Chris, Drew, Phillip , and our installers Orlando and Ricardo.

We used Amos Exterior for our new siding. The guys were amazing!!! I hope they all get raises! We will use them again and highly recommend this company! We also had them back to new gutters with screens on. They look amazing! Again, everyone was wonderful to work with!

The work completed by the men who actually did the installation of the roof and gutters was phenomenal. We absolutely love our new roof and gutters and have had no issues with the work since it was completed over a month ago.
The only thing holding me back from a 5 Star review is the sales and management team. There was a rather large miscommunication is regards to our job and they did work with us and we came up with a solution but the process and handling of the situation did leave something to be desired.
I still recommend the company, they do beautiful work at a reasonable price. Just be very clear with your sales rep and double check your contract before you sign in.

Good experience. The guys were helpful in explaining things to me and patient with my questions and didn’t pressure me. The work they did was very nice very much paid attention to detail and I would recommend them and hire them to do another job for me down the road. The pictures are the gutters,fascia, soffit and freeze board only.

This company is a perfect example of why I hate solicitors. They were going door to door, and happened to approach my Fiancée that was outside while I was at work asking if we needed anything done. The worker whose name was Patrick decided to tell her that my roof needed replaced soon and has broken/twisted shingles. The weird thing is that my house was just built 2 years ago and has a brand new roof with absolutely no damage. That being said in the off chance that I need any work done in the future I’d avoid this company like the plague. If you’re going to scam potential customers at least don’t make it so blatant. I’ll even attach a picture of my “damaged” roof.

We have been using Amos Exteriors for over 10 years. They are a great roofing company. We had a small leak and they were quick at coming out to check out our issue.

We now have hail damage and have had nothing less than excellent service in helping us with our insurance claim all the way down to great cosmetic advice from Rodney, our project manager. With his guidance we not only are getting a new roof – our house will have a new look that will stand out and bring our home to a more modern look with a subtle “facelift” that will have the neighbors asking what did you do to make your house look so good.

Update 9/8/25
Our roof and gutters have now been completed. We are so thrilled with the way our house turned out. Rodney, our representative from Amos was so much help especially with choosing the color we picked for both the roof shingle and gutters. We liked it so well we changed the windows too by matching them to our gutter color. Our house feels so refreshed and like new!

Rodney did not stop there with great customer service, he even helped us after the completion with renegotiating shortages on our insurance company’s payoff for the roof when their waste measurement was too low for our highly angled roofline. He stuck with us through the whole process. It was very comforting knowing he was always available to be reached.

The rest of the Amos staff did not let us down either. They all were great!

Thanks again for making this experience the best it could be! I have another neighbor that may be calling Amos shortly because I highly recommend Amos Roofing!

The service I received was beyond what I could’ve asked for. I had a water leak and required remediation. They were at my house with 90 minutes from when I called them and did excellent work. They were thorough and respectful.

We had some light flooding in our basement, and it wasn’t something we have dealt with before, so we really wanted to find someone we could trust, and they had great reviews so we gave them a call. They definitely earned them! They were quick to come out, very polite, thorough in their evaluation, and then honest about us not needing any special services and that we could dry the rest out using what we had. They even answered some random questions we had for good measure.

Excellent service. My 2 & 3 year old basically flooded my upstairs and it leaked all throughout the ceiling to the first floor and damaged one whole side of my house. Our initial experience with The Cleaning Authority included a very thorough deep clean throughout the house. This exceeded my expectations as well as my husband‘s. The ladies were here approximately four hours and stayed continuously busy the entire time.
After several years of searching for a good cleaning service and being disappointed multiple times, I’m happy to say how pleased we are now.

TCA did a wonderful service for our home. We had a deep clean by Team 22 – Jenny, Leticia, and Laura. All 3 women were so thorough and so pleasant as they brought our home back to life. My husband commented that one of our bathtubs was so bright it almost blinded him. This was going to be a one time clean, but I am sure we will have to get on a regular schedule now that we understand what quality they bring to their work.

I’ve been on the hunt for the right large-scale artwork to finish off my dining room area. It’s an open space, and I already had a big abstract nature piece on one wall, so I needed something for the adjacent wall that was simple but still tied in with the greens I’ve used in the room. I didn’t want anything too modern or abstract, more natural and calming.

HER HOME DESIGN Boutique had exactly what I was looking for a beautiful two-piece set of simple leaf paintings that complements my existing artwork perfectly. They’re understated, organic, and have just the right pop of green. Honestly, I’m so glad I found them.

I’d really like to give a 4.5. Bone Dry was great to work with from quoting through job completion. I was incredibly impressed with communication from the project foreman during the work. He was in touch multiple times throughout the day with updates and pictures. This was especially helpful as we were away during the work.

The only issue we had was a squirrel entered the house through the open chimney at some point during the project. It was able to open the cover to the fireplace and get out to roam the house. It caused some damage that we are presently looking to get fixed. I addressed this with Bone Dry via the text thread wondering if it was standard practice to plug the open flues in some way to prevent this, but haven’t yet heard back.

Bone Dry Roofing did an excellent job repairing my roof. The other 2 roofing companies came to my house to repair our roof before Bone Dry. The other companies didn’t properly repair our roof and they didn’t respond after my return request.

The Bone Dry team was efficient and quick. Contacts and follow ups were top notch by Jordan and Jack Pollard. The repairman, Luis Jarquin, did a good job to find the source of leak and repaired our roof. I am very happy and satisfied with their work. The best customer service I’ve had in a long time.

Marco and his crew did an amazing job. The attention to detail was great and left the job site better than it likely was when they arrived. I had a new roof put on. After trying to contact smaller companies I was fed up with folks not getting back with me. Although these folks were likely not the least expensive, You get what you pay for. I had uninstalled a clamp on device for my gutter the day before they arrived. I never asked for it to be reinstalled nor expected them to see the device. I just wanted it out of their way. These guys even reinstalled my solar panel device without being asked. When they left, my wife noticed a piece of trash fell out of the trailer. Not sure how they noticed it but the stopped and picked it up. Awesome job. Would use again! I only attached one photo but they added this cricket to my chimney that was never there before either.

We have used Green Image for many years at our office. What has stood out to me most, in the last 2 years has been the excellent customer service. From James who does our irrigation, to Homero who is our lawn artisan, who is now training another fine gentleman named Anthony. I have yet to meet the gardener/weeder but she does excellent work as well. Our property is beautiful to look at, especially in this Spring season, and thanks to the guys and gals of Green Image.

We hired Green Image last summer with an understanding they wld make 3/5 treatment applications bec we started in July. It took repeated calls to get someone to get the applications done. This season we prepaid for mowing and treatment. Bec our grass was not growing we asked them not to mow until last week. So far no treatment again. Calls to company unanswered. They are good if you want your lawn mowed in 12 mins or you want a $5k job.

I wish I could give more of than 5 stars! Kyle and Caesar were awesome! Very attentive to my requests, and ensured all the work was done the way I’d envisioned. So happy!

The team at Green Image did an awesome job completing the spring clean up of my mulch beds in the front and back of my house. They even agreed to remove a couple of bushes I asked them to, at the last minute. The team was professional, prompt and thorough. In addition, they were able to fit me quickly into their schedule, to accommodate our goal of placing our house on the market. My house now has the best curb appeal on the block!

Cameron was extremely friendly making sure we knew what he was doing and how long he would be on our property. Overall every experience with GreenImage has been amazing! They help me, someone that doesn’t have a green thumb, keep a healthy and thriving yard that competes with anyone’s yard!!

Dustin was quick and efficient with the tune up. He was very informative and helpful! Devin did a great job cleaning the vents! They were fast and made sure to leave no mess behind! 10/10 recommend every one who can get your ducts cleaned! The house felt lighter and I am no longer waking up with a headache and stuffy nose.

Romaney was fantastic. After determining that the problem was located in the compressor, it didn’t take him long to pinpoint the problem as a leak caused by something the factory did when they installed the coil in the cabinet of the compressor. He was very thorough in his answers to my questions, and look forward to his or another technicians return visit with the new coil next week.

Michael was great he was such a great help on my situation he check a few extra things out that I wasn’t expecting and told me, what should be done. He also gave me a great deal, on getting my vents done. I definitely appreciated his willingness to help me out! So I am definitely going to stay with your company! Thanks again

The only reason they aren’t getting a 0 is because they are pretty quick to get to your home. HOWEVER. The moment the tech arrived he started talking crap about our old system and that that brand is “the worst on the market”

Then proceeded to tell me the capacitor was out (almost $2,000 to replace capacitor and fill up refrigerant) and with that brand it’s probably better just to replace the whole unit. So being proactive I said okay.

$13,500 later. The new unit has not worked properly since it was installed. The unit is set at 70 and it gets up to 80+ degrees in my home. They have come out at least 6 times in the past month and it’s still not resolved. Plus the new unit is supposed to be “energy saving” however if it’s running CONSTANTLY all day and still can’t keep up then I don’t think that’s very energy saving. I’m really afraid to open my next electric bill.

Finally today another “senior technician” came out and circled the coolant type in red in 3 different places. Makes me think they put the wrong coolant in the unit in the first place and ruined the new machine.

It’s still not resolved and now they are having a “insulation specialist” come out tomorrow and I’m sure they’re going to say I need more insulation. The home is only 6yrs old AND the “crappy” previous unit was working fine at keeping up with the cooling.

I am so frustrated and I feel like they don’t listen. They are quick to say “you might have to pay an $89 fee for them coming out” NO it hasn’t worked right since it was installed.

I am about to have them rip it out and I’ll go somewhere else.

Romaney did an excellent job, knowledgeable, polite. Always wore shoe covers coming into the house. Diagnosed the issue and had it fixed quickly. I ended up setting up an appointment with Bobby to get an estimate on a new furnace A/C as mine was 23 years old. He went over everything, explained thoroughly about the different options and gave me the quote. I got the replacement today August 22, 2025. Jason and Raul were hauling out my old furnace within a few minutes. They completed the job in about 4.5 hours. The crawlspace is close quarters with a lot of things in your way, I honestly was amazed at how quickly they finished up. They went over everything, the outside unit, the furnace, the thermostat. Great guys.
My only complaint would be the thermostat, it does not get good reviews. Hoping I have no issues though, so for now 5 stars for One Hour. Terrific job.

Bob was very helpful with explaining my options and coordinating the installation for the day after I decided. Brandon and his coworker were very professional and did an excellent job with the installation. I was very pleased with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning and highly recommend them.

Brad Gong did an exceptional job of getting my AC going again in less than 10 minutes and took care of the entire appointment in 30 minutes. He managed to make it to my place on very short notice and provided a prompt, competent, and comprehensive solution to the issue I was having in the middle of the summer in the midst of extremely hot and humid days. He is clearly highly knowledgeable, clever, and proactive in the manner that he addresses challenges. Also, he exemplified tremendous customer service in the form of clear communication, honesty, and impeccable character. As a result of the trust and goodwill that he naturally and sincerely provided on this service visit, I will make an effort to request him in the future due to the expertise and all of the wonderful qualities that he infuses into a difficult situation.
