Dustin was quick and efficient with the tune up. He was very informative and helpful! Devin did a great job cleaning the vents! They were fast and made sure to leave no mess behind! 10/10 recommend every one who can get your ducts cleaned! The house felt lighter and I am no longer waking up with a headache and stuffy nose.

Romaney was fantastic. After determining that the problem was located in the compressor, it didn't take him long to pinpoint the problem as a leak caused by something the factory did when they installed the coil in the cabinet of the compressor. He was very thorough in his answers to my questions, and look forward to his or another technicians return visit with the new coil next week.

Michael was great he was such a great help on my situation he check a few extra things out that I wasn’t expecting and told me, what should be done. He also gave me a great deal, on getting my vents done. I definitely appreciated his willingness to help me out! So I am definitely going to stay with your company! Thanks again

The only reason they aren’t getting a 0 is because they are pretty quick to get to your home. HOWEVER. The moment the tech arrived he started talking crap about our old system and that that brand is "the worst on the market" Then proceeded to tell me the capacitor was out (almost $2,000 to replace capacitor and fill up refrigerant) and with that brand it’s probably better just to replace the whole unit. So being proactive I said okay. $13,500 later. The new unit has not worked properly since it was installed. The unit is set at 70 and it gets up to 80+ degrees in my home. They have come out at least 6 times in the past month and it’s still not resolved. Plus the new unit is supposed to be "energy saving" however if it’s running CONSTANTLY all day and still can’t keep up then I don’t think that’s very energy saving. I’m really afraid to open my next electric bill. Finally today another "senior technician" came out and circled the coolant type in red in 3 different places. Makes me think they put the wrong coolant in the unit in the first place and ruined the new machine. It’s still not resolved and now they are having a "insulation specialist" come out tomorrow and I’m sure they’re going to say I need more insulation. The home is only 6yrs old AND the "crappy" previous unit was working fine at keeping up with the cooling. I am so frustrated and I feel like they don’t listen. They are quick to say "you might have to pay an $89 fee for them coming out" NO it hasn’t worked right since it was installed. I am about to have them rip it out and I’ll go somewhere else. Romaney did an excellent job, knowledgeable, polite. Always wore shoe covers coming into the house. Diagnosed the issue and had it fixed quickly. I ended up setting up an appointment with Bobby to get an estimate on a new furnace A/C as mine was 23 years old. He went over everything, explained thoroughly about the different options and gave me the quote. I got the replacement today August 22, 2025. Jason and Raul were hauling out my old furnace within a few minutes. They completed the job in about 4.5 hours. The crawlspace is close quarters with a lot of things in your way, I honestly was amazed at how quickly they finished up. They went over everything, the outside unit, the furnace, the thermostat. Great guys. My only complaint would be the thermostat, it does not get good reviews. Hoping I have no issues though, so for now 5 stars for One Hour. Terrific job.

Bob was very helpful with explaining my options and coordinating the installation for the day after I decided. Brandon and his coworker were very professional and did an excellent job with the installation. I was very pleased with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning and highly recommend them.

Brad Gong did an exceptional job of getting my AC going again in less than 10 minutes and took care of the entire appointment in 30 minutes. He managed to make it to my place on very short notice and provided a prompt, competent, and comprehensive solution to the issue I was having in the middle of the summer in the midst of extremely hot and humid days. He is clearly highly knowledgeable, clever, and proactive in the manner that he addresses challenges. Also, he exemplified tremendous customer service in the form of clear communication, honesty, and impeccable character. As a result of the trust and goodwill that he naturally and sincerely provided on this service visit, I will make an effort to request him in the future due to the expertise and all of the wonderful qualities that he infuses into a difficult situation.
