I had such a great experience at this dermatologist’s office! From the moment I arrived, they made sure I was taken care of and felt comfortable. Everyone was professional and welcoming. I especially want to thank Salima — she is truly the best! She was so respectful, helpful, and caring throughout my visit. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and felt at ease. I really appreciate the wonderful service and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent care.

I had an excellent experience with Dermatologist Associates, specifically with Alexandra, PA-C. She was absolutely magnificent ,knowledgeable, professional, and personable. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Alexandra demonstrated a deep understanding of her field, explaining everything clearly and with confidence. I truly appreciated her warm demeanor and the way she took the time to address all of my concerns. Highly recommend her to anyone seeking exceptional dermatology care.

Dr. Sonya Campbell Johnson is so Professional, sincerely empathetic, knowledgeable and an excellent listener. She could run her own practice from the office to patient room if she had to, she knows how she wants her office ran and makes sure it’s ran correctly. She 1000% cares about her patients! I have been her patient almost a decade and she always is truthful, open and honest about different options and really listens if I am needing more convincing of something she educates her patients by printing out reading material to help the patient understand and become knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to her. She is a Beautiful Professional that cares about her community! Much Respect and Love!

From the moment I walked in I was treated with kindness, respect and a sense of helpfulness. Mandy was very patient with me. English is my second language she took the time to explain everything I needed to fill out the paperwork. The nurse and doctor were very professional and helpful. The doctor explained everything and set up following appointments. I recommend Dermatology Associates to anyone who needs a dermatologist.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful the people are at Dr. Johnson’s dermatology practice. The staff is very professional and caring. On the way to my appointment, I experienced a minor accident that required immediate first aid which medical assistant Michelle expertly provided. Dr. Johnson then stepped in to complete the process by quickly stitching up my wound. I was patched up in no time in a most efficient and compassionate way. I am so grateful for the care I received. I cannot say thank you enough. 🙂

Dr Johnson and her staff are amazing! Dr Johnson gives you 100% of her attention and explains her findings in detail (answering your follow-up questions along the way) and asks before leaving if there are any other concerns. Her staff are always timely and courteous.

I went in for my routine skin exam and was billed a $55 copay as it was not coded routine. I called several times trying to get clarification and never received a return call with explanation. Instead I kept getting new bills in the mail that were higher and higher as they were charging late fees. I finally got in touch with the manager in billing and explained I had called the office numerous times. She explained the office doesn’t handle billing, it’s separate. I had called both the billing and the provider office on several occasions and yet could not get in touch with anyone. I asked for the coding to be reviewed as I have been multiple times and had previously been credited due to over paying because my insurance did cover preventive care. I also asked for the late fees to be removed as it’s not my fault I couldn’t get to speak to anyone until now. She did reach out to the office, advised they billed it as a diagnosis and not preventive and not would be changed, said Kate fees would not be waived. This is very disappointing when you have tried to do the right thing and called at least 3 times, no one would call you back but they have no problem sending bill after bill. I’ll pay the balance but won’t be back. This is not the first issue with this billing I have had. Every time I go it’s like a chop shop in there. New people every time. One tech almost treated the wrong area and I had to tell her that was not correct. Very unprofessional.
