Jack and Katie were fantastic! And of course Dr. Countryman awesome as always. My third time with his team of professionals and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! His expectations for his team are high and they always step up to the task.

Everything about my experience was excellent! I felt the team was efficient and courteous. I have never had the Mohs procedure done before and they explained every step of the process, asked if I needed to use the bathroom, asked if I had questions, asked if I was having any pain, asked how I was doing. They truly made me feel at ease and I would recommend anyone that needs Mohs done to come here. Really calmed any fears or concerns from the first moment.

I was a half hour early and very friendly from the onset. Set down expecting a wait and before I could get a cup of coffee the Doctor's assistant came and got me. Brittany was very friendly and caring, explaining all aspects of the outpatient surgery. The doctor was exceptional, overall I feel as if I was a family member and not a patient.

I’ve had 3 Mohs surgeries at Dawes Fretzin by Dr Dent. Each was done quickly, skillfully, and professionally. I feel well cared for by the entire staff. I appreciate the individual time and care they take for me, and that each surgery has been successful

The personnel that I worked with were excellent and very professional. Ashley the nurse was a real hoot. I would recommend them to anybody that needs the mohs surgery. Great job guys.

Had Moh's surgery on my scalp. Hannah prepared me for surgery and explained exactly what would happen in a caring manner. Dr. Dent did the surgery explaining each step in the process. I was at ease through the process. Wonderful team, thank you.

I was extremely nervous going into my appointment because I didn’t know what to expect, but the staff and Dr.Countryman were extremely supportive and made me feel at ease! The procedure was quick and very little pain. His assistant did a great job explaining everything and getting me ready. I highly recommend this office!
