If I could give -5 stars, I would. What an awful experience—run far, far away. This was the worst customer service I’ve had in years. I would hire clowns before giving this company another dollar.
Their three drivers (all grown men) refused to walk literally across the street to pick up the rentals from my garage. Instead, they sat in their truck for over 30 minutes until I paid them $1,000. The road in front of the home was temporarily shut down due to an event and had just been power washed, but they were able to park directly across from it. Still, they refused to get out of the vehicle.
They offered to return later without a charge, but we had an event in progress and needed the product removed as arranged. They eventually came down to $500, but the entire interaction felt like dealing with the cartel—knowing I had no choice, they held my wallet hostage.
I wasn’t present to move the items myself, but let me be clear: I personally carried all of the tables and chairs out of the home, down the stairs, and into the garage by myself when they were delivered. Three men could have had everything loaded in under 25 minutes. Instead, they chose to sit in their van.
To make matters worse, the caterer I hired had warned me not to use this company, and I wish I had listened. I host 5+ events every month, and I will never use them again. For context: out of hundreds of reviews I’ve left on Google, this is only the second negative one. That should say it all.

We were very frustrated with A Classuc Oarty Rental in that we were charged an additional $40 for 12 missing napkins as we were purchased the loss/damage waiver for another $129!!!
We were informed that the loss/damage we paid would not cover the loss of 12 napkins! This was over and beyond the $1350 we were charged for the rental of linens and glassware for our wedding. I would highly suggest to read the small print and not sign for the liss=damage. Talk about being nickled and dimed. We expressed our displeasure to NO AVAIL. I would NEVER recommend this company again. Buyer be aware!! Very dissatisfied!

Every vendor we talked to leading up to our agreement with A Classic mentioned how great they are to work with – so it was an easy decision for us once we met with Kevin at A Classic to feel comfortable with his experience and relationship with other vendors. He was patient, flexible and responsive. Kevin’s experience was clear as we got closer to executing the event. Even when we both forgot about one small detail (1 missing tablecloth for a last minute table added), he went out of his way to make it right and to make sure we had what we needed. Everything was perfect for our day – our rentals included a 40×80 tent, catering prep tent, tables, chairs, linens, and dance floor. Our day was perfect! I was very obsessed with the idea of having a very colorful wedding and specifically having colored glasses on the tables. Violet Vintage was the only place we could find that had all the colors we could have wanted! They also had tons of fun bud vases, vintage soda bottles, and large pitchers that I had to get. I set up an appointment and they let me mix and match everything on a table until I decided on what I wanted. We picked it up a few days prior to the wedding and set everything up in my backyard. I could not believe how cute everything looked. Afterwards we just rinsed them out and put them back in the boxes they gave us and dropped them off. It was very easy, everyone was very helpful, and we could not be happier about the experience!

Garcia Party Rental provided very professional service from the first booking email until delivery! Deliver and set up was on time and allowed us sufficient time to decorate the tent. I highly recommend Garcia Party Rental! Their prices are comparable to other companies, but their customer service is top notch. Everything was delivered at a time that worked great for us, and both delivery and pickup was seamless and quick. We also appreciated their flexibility to pickup earlier on a holiday weekend as that was not an option for most companies. 10/10 I’d use them again in the future!

Exceptional service and very accommodating. Gurnur and the rest of the staff were quick to respond to any questions, concerns and/or special request, and this was especially critical since I was planning this event in Indiana while I was located in another state! They arranged for the AV system and personnel, the chairs & snack machines, and all of the permits & 811 utilities clearance for the tent to be set up. Everything for our annual event was beautiful and perfect much to the credit of Ace Party Rental. Called upon them last year. called them again this year and will be calling again for next year’s event!

We worked with Austin for our daughter’s wedding in June. We rented two white bar fronts to which he added their wedding monogram logo to. The bars were such a nice addition to our decor and looked amazing! Highly recommend Ace Party Rental.

Ace was amazing to work with. We had to change the original date of our event, and they easily transferred the order to the new date without any additional charge. Delivery was great and Jared was friendly and professional. They communicated drop-off and pick-up times well and arrived when expected. The tables were in good shape as well. Getting the original contract set up with very easy and the woman I worked with was very helpful. When I got closer to the day, I wanted to order a few fans for the tent rental. It took 3 phone calls before I was finally able to get the fans added to the contract. The delivery guys were great. They delivered everything in the rain and set up quickly. The only issue with the equipment itself was that one of the dance floor tiles popped up on one of the corners. All in all, a good experience with just a few bumps in the road.

We can’t thank Leroy enough for saving our boys’ birthday party! After our original bounce house company canceled last minute, we were scrambling—but Leroy came through in the biggest way. He responded immediately, showed up ASAP, and had everything set up in no time. The bounce house was clean, safe, and a total hit with the kids.

I contacted this company to rent bouncy houses for my daughter’s sweet 16 birthday party and was very pleased with the service. I initially put in my order online and was contacted by a representative the next business day. I had selected one of the obstacle course inflatables and they wanted to make sure that we had the power available for all of the blowers necessary. Instead of allowing me to rent something that would make them more money, they explained the that with the power available, we would only be able to blow up one of the three sections of the obstacle course. They worked with me to modify my order to something that would work better for us and save me a little bit of money.
Drop off and pick up of the inflatables was made much easier because of the excellent service that Shon provided. The party was at my parents’ house and he did a wonderful job of explaining everything to my mom and was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent with this company again.

Please dear god don’t WASTE your money. I wish I would have read these reviews. I rented a bounce house and a dunk tank for a company party. They couldn’t give me the bounce house I ordered and said they’d refund the difference, but I wasn’t notified until drop off. The dunk tank was absolutely trash. It’s busted up, seat only latched about 30% of the time, and the tarp behind the target was hung on an unstable, beat up pole, so it didn’t really do much of anything to prevent lost balls. Customer service is absolutely terrible.

I don’t post reviews often. Pretty much exclusively when there is either amazing service or service so outrageously terrible someone needs to be warned. This review is the latter.
I tried to work with Indy Party Rental. Text, email, calling. Finally got an invoice quote that included multiple things we specifically talked about not including. So I called and asked for revisions so that I could pay, and I even asked to come pay cash for the entire quote so that I could help bring down the cost on my own efforts.
So I had them remove delivery, I would come get it, and I would come pay cash in person.
I got a new quote the next day charging me more than the original quote, and they couldn’t explain why.
They don’t care about customers. Just find someone else to work with.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! The website is the epitome of unprofessionalism. I received a call Tuesday at 7:04 PM while dining out, informing me that I could have the ice cream machine on my desired date. Despite seeing the reservation times, I assumed there would be some flexibility. Little did I know that a business, especially a rental service, wouldn’t open until 10:30 AM. I, immediately within 24 hours, asked to cancel my reservation and they refused. They would also not let me change my pick-up times. Very unprofessional, rude staff. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
