Hoosier Tent & Party Rental

We recently worked with Hoosier Tent for an event, and they were absolutely fantastic! They provided us with a dunk tank, and the entire process—from booking to setup and pickup—was smooth, timely, and stress-free. Their team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. What really stood out was how easy they were to communicate with and how accommodating they were with our needs. It’s not just about the equipment—it’s about the people behind it, and Hoosier Tent has some truly great people. You don’t always get that level of customer service these days, and it made a big difference. I highly recommend Hoosier Tent for anyone planning an event. Absolutely great company to work with!! I rented chairs, tables, and a black and white checkered dance floor for my wedding this past weekend and everything was delivered the day before. They even were able to add more squares to the dance floor to make it bigger on the same day as delivery which was awesome!! Definitely recommend!

Excellent customer service, helping me figure out the layout for our daughter's wedding reception at our house. Great communication and easy payments. Set up team was so kind and knowledgeable. We were thrilled with the quality of these tents and the dance floor for the reception. A+++!

Carly was fantastic to work with and it was nice to visit the show room to check everything out (especially all the different linens)! We rented linens, high top tables, chairs, drink tubs/table, and a hexagon shaped tent for our wedding. Everything we rented was in good condition, arrived on time, and prices/fees were comparable to other rental businesses in the area. I would absolutely work with Hoosier Tent & Party Rental again!

Our experience with Hoosier Tent & Party Rental was pretty flawless. They delivered the tent, tables and chairs on the Wednesday before the party and picked it up the Monday after. The 30x30 pole tent even withstood a storm that whipped through prior to the party! I would definitely rent from them again.

Hoosier Tent & Party Rental is amazing and their staff is awesome!! 10/10 recommend! We loved the rose wall, and champagne wall, they were perfect additions to elevate our 5 year anniversary party! Everyone was taking photos in front of them!

Hoosier team was great to work with and made our event go off without a hitch! We have worked with them twice for our one-day girls basketball event and each event delivery was on time, their team was professional and hard working, and all expectations were exceeded. We can't wait to work with their team again!
