I was here on Tuesday to pick up my translated birth certificate from French to English. The staff here are very helpful. I spoke with Mate Kelemeny on several occasion. He was very help throughout the period of translation. My document was use for immigration purpose. Will update my review on how it’s acceptance by USCIS. Thanks Mates!!!

Our church contracted for Haitian Creole interpretation over 4 session of a parenting class. It was challenging since the interpretation was remote. LTC staff were extremely helpful and patient in identifying interpreters and making arrangements. Follow up was also excellent. We were satisfied with the experience and would recommend LTC to others for this service.

Our office used LTC for the first time utilizing ASL. It was easy to set up and get started. There was no wait time to begin the session. The interpreter was professional and personable. Doug was extremely helpful with information and our account. LTC is cost effective and would recommend to anyone needing interpreters.

They sent interpreter Marcilene for ASL.

These entire thing was an absolute joke. She does not know proper ASL or proper etiquette. I had to voice for my husband a few times, she kept jumping into the conversation and when she did she wouldn’t even sign for herself, then by the end of it she said out loud, no signing “oh I thought this was a CPS visit.” Like what? How do you have no context. People need to realize how much goes into interpreting for ASL prior to just taking it on.

I called the agency to complain and they just blew me off.

The website showed that the office was open, so I called ahead before visiting. I was left on hold for nearly 40 minutes with no response. I still decided to go in person, and the drive took me about 35 minutes. The office is located on the second floor, but when I arrived around 3:00 PM—nearly an hour before their posted closing time—it was already closed. This was a complete waste of time. People’s time is valuable, and everyone has responsibilities. Unfortunately, this experience showed a lack of professionalism and respect for others’ time. I won’t be returning, and I strongly recommend looking for a more reliable translation service.

Although we didn’t end up using LUNA for our translations, I just wanted to take the time to praise them for their friendly and fast customer service. Noelia the project manager was super helpful and handled my request with prompt attention and care. I would definitely recommend them for your translation needs.

Isaac Jean initially seemed promising, but he quickly revealed his true colors as a greedy opportunist. After bleeding us dry, he abandoned us without a second thought. His team might be decent, but steer clear of Isaac Jean at all costs—he’s a ruthless con artist.

On July 29th, the ASL interpreter was “reading ” my medical/health records displayed on the computer behind the doctor’s back. That incident should not be allowed at all, regardless of its Code of Ethics for the interpreters. Am I correct?

I have been consistently impressed with the professionalism and interpersonal effectiveness of the translators that LUNA has provided. Special notice goes out to Fransisco and Stephen, who have been fabulous.

Funny how my friend got her documents translated in a few hours because she needed them the next day but me i had to wait 2-3 days because its
“Policy”. And missed my appointment because of that . And yes we both paid the same money and it was the same document i needed translated. Will not recommend them.

A Year at PIE: A Home I’ll Always Carry in My Heart

Today I say goodbye to PIE, my home for the past year. Leaving PIE is, once again, like leaving my family: a piece of my heart remains here, in this place that welcomed me with so much love and saw me grow personally and professionally.

I leave with joy for the new paths ahead, but also with deep nostalgia. PIE has an exceptional team, full of teachers and people with a human quality that can’t be found anywhere else. I will miss each and every one of you tremendously. During this time, you were my support, my companion, my constant encouragement.

I don’t have enough words to thank you for making me feel part of this great family. Having lived this experience is priceless.

Please for the love of God make a course on teaching people proper directions and how to direct people. This employee or student lead us to the opposite side of the building and then tried to tell dispatch how to get to them the wrong way. My God people Know your directions. You are looking pathetic…

I transferred here after attending Indiana University my first year of college.

I felt the college is a great option for students who want more attention and a smaller class size. I always really enjoyed my time at UIndy because of their great and supportive athletic department. The school being smaller gave me more opportunities to fulfill my dreams and do what I wanted to do in college.

Like everything, it is not for everyone. I believe it is a great school though and should be considered by all. It ended up being a perfect fit for me.

This school is not worth the money you pay to attend. The professors do not teach and the advising is horrible. I know this isn’t high school, but you basically teach yourself at this school. If you ask for help the professors pick and choose who they want to help. I sent a lot of time in tutoring labs and was still told wrong. The advising does not communicate with each other when a new change has be established. Not happy with Indiana schools at all! Best of luck to other students!

It is not a challenging school and the majority of the student body is into cliques, like in high school. Most of the students there are superficial and stuck up. The school is very expensive and the campus is beautiful, but it is not worth the amount of money that you have to pay in order to attend school there.

I got accepted to UINDY after careful consideration about the program I wanted to attend. I chose UIndy over 3 other schools I was accepted to. They were not helpful at all after admission about what I needed to do next. The orientation was a joke and not helpful, they basically only addressed the students that would be receiving parental help with the finances and didn’t answer any questions about the students like myself who would be doing it on their own, since my parents basically paid for my first degree.
I also am supposed to receive half off my tuition due to my father being a disabled veteran. The Advisor I spoke with denied that despite the paperwork I sent her.
A few weeks later I received my bill. They want 12k in a MONTH or else I would be dropped from classes. I reached out for more financial aid help and never got any response. Calls were not returned and emails were left ignored.
This school was supposed to help me follow my dreams, and instead they crushed them. They killed all aspiration I had to further my education. It is now too late for me to attend any other college this fall and I must wait until next fall now, assuming I will even gain the perseverance back.
If you are looking for a good college, I would stray from UIndy. I was left alone in the dark and put behind all the students who’s mommy and daddy’s will be paying the cost.
I will set out to find a college with kind staff, good communication skills and one that will accept my fathers benefits.
Do yourselves a favor and do the same.

I completed my M.Ed through ACE and had a positive experience. As a working professional, it was important for me to find a quality online program that was doable while juggling work and family.
The 5 week terms were fast paced but structured in a format that is reasonable and easy to manage as long as you’re organized. I’m now enrolled in their doctorates program and look forward to embarking on the research path of education.

Online asynchronous, regionally accredited, B corporation, which makes it affordable to obtain your graduate dreams and goals. I earned my doctorate in instructional technology, and received the dissertation of distinction award for my doctoral research. There is no way that I would have been able to obtain my doctorate in the state of Alaska without a program like ACE. I could not ethically go back to school and put my family in more debt after my masters degree but the total doctoral program at ACE was $24,000 with 0% financing. I graduated debt free with my doctorate. Serving as a graduate assistant gave me the cutting edge to apply for a job that I now serve as associate professor of education. The scholarly preparation, attention to detail and authentic relatable assignments, prepared me to be competitive in the job market after graduation. ACE was my #1 choice!

I have a deep appreciation for ACE because it provides exceptional educational opportunities and its faculty members are both highly professional and supportive. Their commitment to excellence motivates me to strive for improvement and to give my utmost effort as I pursue my master’s degree.

It’s just not worth it. They claim that the low tuition helps students succeed, but I have to question that—you get what you pay for. A lower-cost education often doesn’t come with the best professors, up-to-date technology, or high-quality resources. Honestly, a local community college would likely offer a better experience.

Do not attend this institution. It’s not worth your $20,000. It isn’t reputable, and when you try to get support, you get virtually nothing. Up until I started my dissertation process, I had a positive experience. Ever since then, it’s been terrible. 0/5, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Loved everything about my doctoral experience at ACE. The program was high quality and allowed me the flexibility to study and advance at my own pace.

I recently completed my master’s degree at the American College of Education (ACE), in 2024, and the experience was incredibly rewarding. As a working adult, I greatly appreciated the virtual classes, which allowed me to balance my studies with my job. My course in Mathematics Education provided me with opportunities to complete tasks that were practical to real world situations.
The option to double up on courses and the flexible payment schedule by term were beneficial for managing my finances. The student support services were excellent, providing prompt support whenever I needed it.
I also appreciated the course structure at ACE, where lecturers facilitate the courses rather than entirely creating individual lecturer specific ones. This approach ensures that the courses are standardized and harmonized to maintain high academic standards.

I am very pleased with tutoring through Bilingual Bridges. We absolutely adore my child’s teacher Ms. Fatima! My child looks forward to speaking with her every week and the classes are very stimulating and engaging. I also appreciate being able to review the class recordings on google classroom each week. Ms. Fatima is highly professional, consistent and reliable. She is excellent at managing a hyper 5-year-old and keeping her interested, engaged and learning for the full session week after week. Ms. Fatima is always prepared with stimulating lessons and my child has not only learned a lot but has grown more confident speaking in Spanish. I do have to say that working with Ms. Fatima has exceeded my expectations of online language tutoring.

We (both my daughter and I) have been taking lessons with Fatima from bilingual bridges now for a few months. We love the way that she prepares just the right balance of work and meaningful conversation for each lesson. My 10 year old daughter also said that she speaks with her throughout her entire lesson in Spanish! She immediately taught her to say “como se dice” so that she too can speak as much as possible. Very grateful we found Fatima and we highly recommend working with her!

My 7 year old daughter is in a Spanish immersion program and we use Bilingual Bridges as a supplement to her schoolwork. She has had weekly virtual lessons with Fátima for almost a year. Fátima is very engaging and caters to my daughter’s interests in her lessons. I love hearing my daughter speak in Spanish with Fátima each week! My daughter says “It’s a very fun class and I wish I could do it every day!”

Our son has been taking Spanish classes with Fatima for a few months now and we all couldn’t be happier with her. Fatima clearly puts a lot of effort into preparing every class. She tailors her classes to our son’s interests and keeps him engaged with songs, dances, games, crafts, stories, and conversations. Fatima is always on time, always friendly and upbeat, and always well prepared yet flexible to respond to input from our son. Every class has been fun and we look forward to hopefully having many more classes with her!

My son has been tutored by Fatima since last summer. Fatima is an awesome teacher, she is always responsible, flexible, sometimes when we missed the lesson, she left homework through emails so students can catch up next time. My son obviously enjoys his weekly meeting with Fatima and practice Spanish. We will definitely continue with Fatima and Bi-lingual into next year.

We have really enjoyed Bilingual Bridges! Fatima is able to engage my daughter so easily. My daughter is a shy 12 year old, and was hesitant to speak Spanish out loud at school but Fatima uses games and a heavy dose of sweet encouragement to bring her out of her shell. The scheduling and online format is super convenient. I highly recommend Bilingual Bridges!

My nephew attends here and loves it! He started here when he was 6 weeks old and is super smart. He was counting at 1 year old. When he was 2 1/2 he was more than ready to move to the 3 year old room.

The school is nice and the staff is friendly and you can tell that they really care about the kids. I would recommend this school to anyone.

I have two kids that come here, both started here as babies one is now 6 and the other is 1. My kids absolutely love it here, I can see by the way my baby gets excited when she sees her teacher Ms.Brianna that she’s doing a great job. My oldest gets upset whenever I pick her up “early” because she just enjoys being there. Big shoutout to the whole team for doing their best in making things work with the staff they have. All the staff do a great job with these kids and I can’t wait to see how the girls continue to grow here

My chid goes to Children of America and it’s a great place where your child will develop and learn. Management is awesome they answered all my questions and got back with me in a timely manner. Staff is friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked through the door thank you COA Indianapolis for taking care of my child.

I will share my personal experience with this place. I would like to say that all 3 of my kids attend this daycare. My 9 year old absolutely loves going there after along school day and loves Ms Rachel!. She also loves the field trips the school age kids get to go on during summer break, as well some days during the summer they offer foam party’s for the preschool and up! My son who also attends has a hard time adjusting in the morning and likes to start his day off with Ms.Mariah and they accommodate him so he can have a smooth transition from leaving me in the morning to the rest of his day at the facility. My youngest who started in infant B absolutely loves Ms. Amanda and when she first started attending quickly attached to her ! You can tell the director Ms Nichole is passionate about her job and has always been respectful. I love all the workers that I have interacted with and they all seem to care about my children and want the best for them. Also, Shout out to Ms Keagan & Ms Summer they have also always been very kind with every interaction i have had with them! Definitely recommend !

My son has been coming since he’s been 6 weeks old, and he’s almost 2, I was kinda scared of putting my son in daycare that early. But , the minute I toured the place, I knew it was one. We had some bumps in the road in the beginning, but that got taken care of. The teachers are very much trained for any situation and knows what to do. He’s been in Toddler B for about 6 months maybe and let me tell you, with his teachers now, Ms Bernice and Ms. Gracie. They are meant to be in that school and class. He loves his teachers and wants to be in school. So I really appreciate everyone who puts effort into the school and classrooms, so I don’t feel so scared to drop him off every morning.

We’ve had a really good experience. This is our 2nd year with Children of America. I really appreciate the convenience of them picking up the kids from school and offering care during breaks—it makes such a difference for busy parents. The fact that we don’t have to worry about packing snacks or meals is a huge bonus; everything is thoughtfully taken care of. The staff is always kind and professional, and Ms. Rachel truly stands out. She’s incredibly kind and attentive to all the children, ensuring they feel safe, cared for, and supported. We’re so grateful for the care and kindness.

I would not recommend, daycare is understaffed so the workers are not great with the kids . They fire the staff that tell the truth about situations and lie on children about situations . They will take certain children’s sides ( staff members children ) they will call you everyday to pick your child up because they are having altercations with the staff members children and the staff members children are allowed to do whatever because they are on a behavior plan ( like spitting on other children hitting, tearing up the classroom , taking toys )and when asked about it they say they didn’t see a lot of things happen . My kids would get sent home for hitting but when I pick them up they have scratches on them and when I ask what happened they always say a certain child hits them so they would hit back and they get sent home . They offer camera access but the camera access is delayed and you they say it’s charged monthly but weekly an extra fee was added on my account very often and when asked about it they would say it’s for the cameras but last week it was the same charge when it’s only supposed to be once a month. I was told by staff members certain things that was said about my child/children . When I was fed up with everything we had a meeting I brought up the fact this certain child is basically allowed to do whatever I was told this child isn’t getting written up or no higher ups are told about the situation and I feel like why would his own mother or his mothers friends/coworkers tell on this child it’s common sense . Anyways it was best for me to just take my children out of the situation .

This place is a joke! I went through the interview and testing to get into a program, but they never reached back out. I was told they would give me a call to let me know either way, if I got accepted or not. I took the testing, and waited and waited. Never heard back. I reached out NUMEROUS times, left voice message after voice message and no one ever returned my call. They preach about how important it is not to miss class and how dedicated you have to be if accepted. What an example they showed by NOT even reaching back out. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

They create a nice caring, family loving environment for you and your children! Sky rise of keystone is one of the most clean daycares I’ve come across. The teachers at this center have been with the school for years and have tons of experience with children and the way a center should be ran. my daughter has been going here for almost 1 year and she started when she was around 10 months . i honestly LOVE this daycare. all staff is so attentive and intentional with my daughter. they pour into her so much and it really does feel like a small village i have within . she actually learns in school and they have so many events with parents. this is overall just a really great environment and it makes me feel secure as a mom. shout out to the director for always coming through for me .. I would recommend sending your children to skyrise of keystone. I moved from Illinois to Indiana and had my children at another daycare not meeting milestones so i decided to switch them over to Skyrise School of Keystone. I spoke with Anita over the phone & expressed my dream daycare for my children where they are meeting there milestones and also a safe clean environment she wanted me to come in for a tour but with my tight schedule school & work I wasn’t sure when I could make it , she offered me a Virtual tour. Which worked perfect. She is a great caring understanding Woman. Since I made this transition for my children they have been meeting their milestones. Very clean facility. If Anita have any problems she will ensure to let us know and not only that but figure the problem out take steps to fix them. Listen to your concerns figure out how to fix them. Follows up with you. If you’re looking for a great Daycare for your children I would strongly advise you to try them out. Reach out to ANITA SHE IS GREAT!!!!

Wow, what an exceptional childcare service! From the moment I walked into the brightly lit building, I was greeted by friendly smiles and the warm atmosphere created by both the staff and the families. The cheerful decorations and engaging activities set up in the play areas made it clear that this is a nurturing environment where children can thrive. I immediately felt a sense of community and support, which reassured me that all children would be in good hands.

To be 100% honest for future parents considering this daycare, I thought it was good and it was my only option when i enrolled my daughter. I didn’t know you had to find daycare ahead of time as a first time mom. So I enrolled her. Rana was helpful and nice. But my daughter was constantly sick. She had gotten RSV and hand foot and mouth. I was wondering why literally she was back to back sick. The facility looks clean, much cleaner than the surrounding KinderCare facilities. And then they had a problem of loosing funding from the state and possibly getting shut down, so I had to find new child care within 2 weeks. They couldn’t accept CCDF without funding. So I un enrolled her and got her into a place she has been much happier and healthier in. They sent out these blanket responses to what was going on and said the situation was all over paperwork. This daycare was KinderCare delegates row. Now it’s sky rise by KinderCare? I am not saying it’s the worst daycare but be cautious, get all the information and be alert.

The Skyrise School of Keystone has been so good to my family as far as the staff, Assistant Director, and Center Director any problems or concerns I have the Center Director Miss Anita goes above and beyond to make sure my family is happy, for that we are really grateful and we give this child care center 5 stars and would recommend you to this child care center.

This is a great, safe place for your child’s care. The staff is engaging with the children. As parents, safety is our primary concern and the center meets our threshold.

Terrible customer service, they charged me double for a ladder of almost 200 dollars on Saturday, they did not resolve anything over the phone, I go on Sunday and they tell me to come on Monday to check the cameras, it is not recommended to buy here, they waste my time… They have no order with the price stickers, when I go to pay it turns out that the product is more expensive

Would anytime recommend this center for IELTS preparation & test.

The centre is very okay but I am not too pleased with the speaking examiners. My experience is that speaking test is graded low at the centre or probably it has to do with the examiner I met. My first attempt at the exam, I had a 7 in speaking and the second attempt which was better prepared for, I had 6.5 with 8 in other subjects.

This is for international students who may be looking for an English center to prepare themselves for the TOEFL exam for US college acceptance. This is a highly unethical place for both teaching employees and ELS students. When I worked there years ago, it was not uncommon for management to alter grades to hold students back for more profit. Its reputation is bad with most Indiana universities, so most won’t accept the center’s certification. Avoid at all costs. Cheers.

Nice management and staff as IELTS center. I suggest this center for your IELTS exam. Specially Dannis is very helpful for smooth transition of all student’s exam.
