The website showed that the office was open, so I called ahead before visiting. I was left on hold for nearly 40 minutes with no response. I still decided to go in person, and the drive took me about 35 minutes. The office is located on the second floor, but when I arrived around 3:00 PM—nearly an hour before their posted closing time—it was already closed. This was a complete waste of time. People’s time is valuable, and everyone has responsibilities. Unfortunately, this experience showed a lack of professionalism and respect for others’ time. I won’t be returning, and I strongly recommend looking for a more reliable translation service.

Although we didn’t end up using LUNA for our translations, I just wanted to take the time to praise them for their friendly and fast customer service. Noelia the project manager was super helpful and handled my request with prompt attention and care. I would definitely recommend them for your translation needs.

Isaac Jean initially seemed promising, but he quickly revealed his true colors as a greedy opportunist. After bleeding us dry, he abandoned us without a second thought. His team might be decent, but steer clear of Isaac Jean at all costs—he's a ruthless con artist.

On July 29th, the ASL interpreter was "reading " my medical/health records displayed on the computer behind the doctor's back. That incident should not be allowed at all, regardless of its Code of Ethics for the interpreters. Am I correct?

I have been consistently impressed with the professionalism and interpersonal effectiveness of the translators that LUNA has provided. Special notice goes out to Fransisco and Stephen, who have been fabulous.

Funny how my friend got her documents translated in a few hours because she needed them the next day but me i had to wait 2-3 days because its "Policy". And missed my appointment because of that . And yes we both paid the same money and it was the same document i needed translated. Will not recommend them.
