I rushed in at the last minute and managed to get perfect service with good prices, including the helmet. The staff seems to be a big family, also with a bar next door. Matt recommended their ginger beer - which was a spot on! Matt also told me he was an ancient founder of @BikePartyIndianapolis (in Facebook or Insta). They still have monthly rides and next one in 6 days!

Just wanted to give a giant shout out and thank you to Bike People! Matt and his team took my 10 year old bike and spruced it up better than I could have ever expected. I rode this bike everywhere when I was 19 and without a car, later sold it to a friend for his wife and got her back a couple of weeks ago when they made the jump to Oregon. If you’re unfamiliar with bike repair, these are the people to visit. I can’t thank them enough for their knowledge, kindness, and affordability. "If theres a will theres a way" I was on my way somewhere when my brakes locked and slid into snow. He stopped to check if i was ok and went the extra mile to help me get unstuck without expecting anything in return. Really appreciate it. Got me to where i needed to be 🫡🫡🙏🏿

Matt's Professionalism is top tier. He assisted me in getting my new bike and was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyon e purchasing a bike or needing repairs!!

Today was my second time visiting the shop but this time for a shifter cable repair. Even though it was close to closing time, they got it fixed up in no time for a fair price and even let me watch so I could see the repair process. The staff were knowledgeable and the environment was laidback but still professional. Being right next to Natural State Provisions is also a huge plus that allowed us to support two local businesses effortlessly. I will definitely be back for all my bike needs!
