Professional knowledge with approachable attitude. I like bike shops and stop in when I travel. Given the knowledge and helpful attitude I engaged one of the owners in a discussion related to an upcoming video on my YouTube channel. Time well spent. Good line of enthusiast-level products from respected brands at competitive prices. Really a nice shop.

I came to The Bike Line to have some components installed on my road bike. I normally work on my own equipment, but I didn't have the specific tool for this job and figured I would bring it to a shop. The team was very communicative when I brought the bike in and ensured that the work they would do was what I wanted. All of my questions were answered clearly. They also gave me a quote below that of other shops I contacted. The repair was completed by the next day to the expected standards. When I picked it up, I also had the tech tighten the rivnuts on my downtube for a small extra charge - he explained what he was doing and how to prevent the issue in the future. Overall, it as a very good experience and I would bring my bike there again!

Pick my new Trek Verve 3 Disc Low Step, on November 28,2025, finally the weather improved and I was able to ride it on December 20 ,2025, unfortunately the front derailer wouldn't shift, and the rear hydraulic brake has small leak and needs bleeding! all that should be corrected at delivery/assembly. Will take the bike tomorrow to BGI for corrections, DO NOT want to come beck to the Bike Line due to above experience, Sincerely, Matthew Florczyk Order no.: 75583250

What a great repair, and at a reasonable price! I developed a loud creak in the bottom bracket of my 30 year old mountain bike. I brought it to the Bike Line and they quickly diagnosed the issue, and were very friendly while doing so! They treated me like an old friend, and they treated my bike as if it were their own. The repair was completed quicker than I expected, and for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. I wish I had brought my bike to them sooner. It is now quieter and smoother than it has ever been. There seems to be absolutely no friction anywhere in the drive train. It really is better now than it was when it was new. Amazing. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Bike Line!

My wife loves this place. Admittedly, I don't have the same attachment, but they've never done me wrong. Always polite, professional, efficient and competent. Prices are a bit high, but it's a bike shop in Broad Ripple. I'm surprised it's not higher. Trust them with your bike, they'll do good work

He was very informative regarding both bikes. I felt zero pressure! I rode the bike I had not considered and ended up buying it. Thanks Charlie, for ALL the help.
