I had an incredible experience with this plumbing company. They truly went above and beyond in every way. The owner personally stepped in and even offered free labor to help resolve the issue, which saved me thousands of dollars. Not only were they honest and professional, but the quality of their work was excellent. They took the time to explain everything, worked efficiently, and made sure the job was done right. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers the way they do. I am extremely grateful for their help and integrity. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy plumbing services.

Scott and Carter were both absolutely exceptional. Very respectful. They didn’t lag on the job. We cannot say enough good things about Pristine Plumbing. They replaced our main sewer line and went above and beyond in every possible way. Their crew was respectful, thoughtful, and the hardest-working group we’ve ever had at our home. They dealt with one of the worst sewer lines they’ve probably ever seen and never once cut corners. They worked through every challenge and kept us informed the entire time. They even dug up flowers and trees with care and replanted a tree when they were finished. And now we have the most perfectly working sewer line ever! Top-notch work and even better people. Highly highly recommend!!

Ken was extremely professional and thorough. He clearly explained the issue, walked me through the diagnostic process step by step, and provided a detailed, transparent estimate. He answered all of my questions patiently and made sure I fully understood the scope of work. I never felt rushed or pressured — just well informed. He represented the company very well.

This was the best experience I've ever had working with a business in my lifetime. I had a unique problem that needed fixed and they did everything they could to make it happen. The ladies on the phone (Nicci and Natalie?) and Ken and Dale and David and Gordon and Josh and Stephan and Anthony have gone above and beyond to make an unpleasant event as painless and "nice" as possible. (Even Ron "the boss" was ok 😉) Yes, 10 people worked on our situation from Thursday to Tuesday to get everything squared away! Brilliant! Thanks everyone in pink!

Had an excellent experience. Sam was very knowledgeable, personable, and reliable. I needed an emergency inspection and they came out the same day on Christmas Eve. I would recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing need. Update: Josh was excellent,timely and thorough when it came to finishing my plumbing job.
