If youre looking for a place that will care for your loved one like you would, this is definitely the place. I've had a couple of family members who have received services from them. But just yesterday, I called in regard to getting my daughter a position as an HHA. The person on the phone was extremely nice and very welcoming. In conversing with her about kids and making sure they get off to the right start, I realized we had been on the phone for 15 minutes. She made me feel really comfortable, like I've known her for years. I believe her name was Neka (not sure of the spelling). I've called another time and spoke with a Dejeyana,( again, not sure of the spelling), and she was very nice as well. I would recommend this company just by the personable and professional experience that these ladies provided me. When asked to do a review, I didn't hesitate.

Unsafe and Unprofessional Families Beware We trusted care United home Care in Indianapolis Indiana area to care for my disabled family member. Instead they sent a caregiver who became disturbingly attached to our disabled family member..committed criminal theft activities, and leaving our family member unattended while on the clock(theft of time)and the caregiver showed no boundaries with our family. I reported this to this agency multiple times they ignore my concerns and kept sending the same caregiver with false investigations no accountability no protection. if you're looking for a compassionate professional Care this is not the place document everything and advocate fiercely vulnerable clients deserve better

Excellent Customer service!!! Excellent Care! I go visit my loved one's home and their aide would be there. The aide sits and talks and gets her up moving and dancing. I couldn't have asked for better care for someone that i love

This is an excellent service for your aging parent or adult in need of in home care. The first aid was not a good fit, which is the case at times. They didn't hesitate to find mom a new aid, Ginger. She was not only an aid, but quickly became best of friends/family to mom and my sister and I. She took the absolute best care of our mother. Mom fell in August. Ginger showed up for her care shift that morning and was ready to risk injury to get into mom's apartment to help her. Even now that mom has to be placed in a care facility, Ginger, on her own time, comes and visits her regularly. Also, the company itself calls regularly to make sure you are happy with the care given. They communicate very well with any concerns you may have. They have called every week since mom's fall to check on her and to offer support to all of us. I highly recommend them to anyone!!

Care United is very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to caring for their clients. They truly care about the health and wellness of those not only in the community, but in the homes they staff. This company treats all of its clients and their families with dignity and respect. If you are looking for a company that will provide your loved one with top tier quality care, this is the company for you. I wouldn’t recommend any other agency to care for my loved ones.
