The care of our father/father-in-law overnight by ComforCare caregivers was a tremendous blessing for us. They provided companionship to him overnight, which in turn gave us peace that he was in good hands 24/7. Furthermore, the nursing coordinator was exceptional, providing wise medical perspectives and genuine interest in our father/father-in-law each time she stopped in to check up on things. She never seemed rushed, taking the time we needed or he needed when she stopped by. We highly recommend ComforCare and their caregivers for your family’s healthcare home support and needs.

I was interested in switching companies to passion to care. I had Asher as my go to for everything regarding switching to Passion to Care. He and I worked together to get my wavier switch. It took over 12 weeks because of my assigned care coordinator was honestly the worst person to have…however Asher never gave up and was a amazing adcovate for myself and the elderly lady I take care of 24-7-365 ! Passion to care is absolutely amazing. There staff are very nice and they are eager to help and answer any questions. They stay on the phone with you until you have everything situated. They do check ins at home there always on time and they will sit and listen and take everything serious. The call and check on the patient to make sure there treated right. I can message my case worker and she'll text back immediately. Everyone is patient. Passion to care is amazing and definitely recommended.

They do amazing job with Communication with us. They are super flexible with everyone schedule. Love when they set up company outings.

Because of the details of my father's needs we didn't have a lot of time with Village caregiving. However, the time we did have with them was amazing. My father's caregiver, Susan, went above and beyond to make a connection with my father who is not always the easiest person to get along with. Not only did she help my father take care of his needs she also helped his family who was trying to give him the care he needed to cope with the struggles they were having and gave us guidance to other resources we would not have known about to help with my father. My only regret is that we didn't have them around sooner to help.

If youre looking for a place that will care for your loved one like you would, this is definitely the place. I've had a couple of family members who have received services from them. But just yesterday, I called in regard to getting my daughter a position as an HHA. The person on the phone was extremely nice and very welcoming. In conversing with her about kids and making sure they get off to the right start, I realized we had been on the phone for 15 minutes. She made me feel really comfortable, like I've known her for years. I believe her name was Neka (not sure of the spelling). I've called another time and spoke with a Dejeyana,( again, not sure of the spelling), and she was very nice as well. I would recommend this company just by the personable and professional experience that these ladies provided me. When asked to do a review, I didn't hesitate.

Unsafe and Unprofessional Families Beware We trusted care United home Care in Indianapolis Indiana area to care for my disabled family member. Instead they sent a caregiver who became disturbingly attached to our disabled family member..committed criminal theft activities, and leaving our family member unattended while on the clock(theft of time)and the caregiver showed no boundaries with our family. I reported this to this agency multiple times they ignore my concerns and kept sending the same caregiver with false investigations no accountability no protection. if you're looking for a compassionate professional Care this is not the place document everything and advocate fiercely vulnerable clients deserve better

Excellent Customer service!!! Excellent Care! I go visit my loved one's home and their aide would be there. The aide sits and talks and gets her up moving and dancing. I couldn't have asked for better care for someone that i love

This is an excellent service for your aging parent or adult in need of in home care. The first aid was not a good fit, which is the case at times. They didn't hesitate to find mom a new aid, Ginger. She was not only an aid, but quickly became best of friends/family to mom and my sister and I. She took the absolute best care of our mother. Mom fell in August. Ginger showed up for her care shift that morning and was ready to risk injury to get into mom's apartment to help her. Even now that mom has to be placed in a care facility, Ginger, on her own time, comes and visits her regularly. Also, the company itself calls regularly to make sure you are happy with the care given. They communicate very well with any concerns you may have. They have called every week since mom's fall to check on her and to offer support to all of us. I highly recommend them to anyone!!

Changes Home Care has some truly wonderful people. All of my dad’s aides have been kind, attentive, and genuinely concerned for his well-being. Scheduling has been simple and straightforward, and the team is quick to adjust when my dad’s needs or schedule change. Overall, I’ve been very pleased with their care and support.

I called Changes Home Care (lovingly referred to as Changing Times by my dad) to get at home care for my dad who is not good at coordinating his own care after a major surgery. April, the owner, had two people evaluate my dad the same day, and he was assigned a home health aide the next day. The home health aide Cynthia arrived early, brought in both the soup someone dropped off and the groceries I ordered online inside. She did a whirlwind cleaning, gave a bath to my dad and coordinated with the nurse to pick up his medications that he didn’t fill (not surprisingly) to help with some side effects of having a major procedure. So far this agency has been a life saver for my dad who literally thought he was dying despite being perfectly ok. I live far far away, so I’m not able to help. We will definitely be utilizing Changes Home Care (or Changing Times hahaha) going forward and for any other future procedures.

I was looking for a suitable caregiver for my cousin recently diagnosed with dementia. She needed more assistance that her family could provide. I contacted Home Instead and an assessment was set up in a relatively short time. The caregiver, Brenna C., was assigned and has been a PERFECT match for my cousin! Couldn't have asked for anyone better Brenna has been conscience and very supportive of my cousin, and has gone out of her way several times to help her. There's always been good communication with her and with the Home Instead staff. Home Instead recently started using a monitoring system to help identify times when there might be a dangerous or crisis situation, which has been an added reassurance that my cousin is getting the very best care. I can't recommend Home Instead more — they have been exceptional!

This company is not very good they sent out several different woman and none was capable of doing the very first 2 things on my list. They have to be ok with my cats (2) and be able to lift my wheelchair in and out of my vehicle. None of them could do that. The office staff (Drew) doesn't listen to anything you say I would say something and have to say it over 5 or 6 times before he heard anything I would say. The last lady I had was 70 and she informed me that I was the laughing stalk in the office. She said that they couldn't satisfy me. They couldn't satisfy me because they couldn't cover the first 2 requirements. They just couldn't fill my expectations which I feel was very minimal.

Our family initially considered Home Instead because they were the ONLY home care agency to answer the phone. Following a home visit and discussions regarding services available, we chose Home Instead because the staff was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable regarding potential government agency resources. Caregiver Thelma has been a real blessing to our family. Mom just beams when she talks about her. And Thelma is quick to contact our family about any concerns or changes (both good and less good) in Mom's behavior, eating habits, etc. Communication with both the Home Instead office and Caregiver Thelma is the primary reason we will continue to use their services.

This is the second Home Instead that we have used, we use to live in FL. While I have no complaints about the franchise in FL, this experience in Indy has been phenomenal. Mom has the same caregiver in the home every visit. She is so knowledgeable in my parents needs, compassionate in their care, and you can just tell she is a genuine person. The office staff is always available to help us. Jackie is on top of adjusting all of our scheduling needs and Crystal was the first person we met. She has been with us from the beginning and is always available any time to talk to me about my parents. She is very knowledgeable about the company and makes sure you are comfortable when making decisions. She lets you know that she is always available and she is. I am sure she is very busy but she never rushes me and always gives me great advice. She calls me and my parents every now and then just to check in. That really means a lot.
