Carey Limousine

I contracted for 1 large and 1 small bus in September of 2024. Large bus never showed up and I never heard back from anyone at Carey. They just charged my credit card for the small bus that showed up. 11 months after the event. I would not recommend using them. If they can't stand by their mistakes, I do not want to work with them.

They were all pleasant to work with. The customer service agent and the driver. He was very nice, great small talk. Would recommend to anyone. Cost may be more than i wanted to pay, but hell, have to do what you have to do.

Used to chauffeur for Carey Limo in Indianapolis, Indiana, about 20 some years ago. They have a very reliable service. Chauffeurs are very professional and friendly. They offer different services such as share-rides, private airport service & entertainment limos rented by time ... They also offered three different sizes of limos, stretch sedans, 15-passenger vans, mini-buses & coach buses. All in all, a very professional service. It is an international company, also.

Ray was a fantastic driver and companion during my ride from the airport to the hotel. He is friendly, funny and very nice. I highly recommend this company and especially Ray! Thank you!

Cars are frequently late, customer service is rude and they charged us a " late cancellation fee" of 125 $ when my daughters flight was delayed.

Car scheduled for 4 am. At 4am we got a call from driver sounding vague, saying he’d be "maybe" 25 minutes late. We had to quickly load up our car and beat it to airport. My husband barely made it to the plane. I called Cary from Airport and they did not apologize, just said they’d contact dispatch. Nothing ever more from them now 12 days later. Never again.

Great pickup, smooth ride and the driver was great, only issue is my return trip got cancelled due to staffing challenge so had to book alternate arrangements
