Tom Wood Nissan

Literally had nothing but issues since I bought this car last month. It’s a 2022 and they said it had been looked over and everything worked prior to purchase. First my passenger seat warmer didn’t work and that took about a month for them to outsource and fix, then a piece of trim fell off the car a week into having it and I was expected to pay to fix that or they said I could bring a piece off Amazon and they’d paint and install it so I did and it didn’t fit so they forced it and it’s now falling off again a month later. And now the AC isn’t working and they don’t know if the extra warranty I bought is going to cover it. The only person who has been any help and pleasant to work with is the service manager Katie.

We recently purchased our first Nissan vehicle. Everyone we have interacted with at Tom Wood Nissan (sales, parts, service, management) has been great. Honestly, the friendliest dealership we have ever experienced! Our sales consultant, Justin Rodriguez, was awesome. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Overall, a great experience.

I have to say great work from Justin at Tom Wood Nissan! He and the office team did such a great job on helping me pick out a used Nissan Rogue at a great price! Exceptional Experience at Tom Wood Nissan! I cannot say enough good things about the team at Tom Wood Nissan. From start to finish, the entire buying process was tremendous. A huge thank you to Jason and Eric on the sales team, and Ken and Keith in management. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. It is rare to find a dealership so committed to making sure everything is handled correctly. They were incredibly thorough, even going as far as making necessary repairs to ensure the vehicle was in top shape before we drove it off the lot. I worked with Jason and he was amazing. I came in on my day off looking a mess and he didn't bat an eye. I knew what I wanted and he delivered. Everyone else on site was friendly and authentic. They didn't...ooze that weird faux kindness that some salesmen have when you can tell they're only being nice because they have too. I can't remember his name but the fiance guy was very organized and informative. He made sure that I understood all of the warranties. It was a great experience and I have a beautiful brand new car that will keep me and my son safe.

Our salesperson Kevin worked with us to be able to get the car of our dreams! Kudos also go out to Dan G. - for driving a hard but fair bargain, Andy - who made the financing part go smoothly, and Darrell - with his welcoming smile and great humor.
