What I like is that they have staff to help you unlike one of their local competitors which has gone all automatic. I am pleased with Tide Cleaners' dry cleaning and their helpful staff. Shirts, etc come back exactly as I expected and almost any stains or spots are removed. I'm grateful Tide is just a few blocks west of where I live.

Small thing, but when I needed to get some clothes laundered and pressed, in part for my brother's funeral later that week, this place turned it around by 6:00 the next day—no special rush fee or anything, that's just the normal turnaround time, I guess. Everyone was friendly, and we were all reeling from the high winds after Hurricane Helene's extended forces made their way up to Indianapolis. Anyway, tough week for my family, but this transaction was a small bright spot.

I don’t know what’s wrong with them I went up there and asks, for the buttons on my daughter dress to be stitch back on by Saturday they told me no problem so I came back on Saturday and when I picked it up nothing was done and then they lied and said they did one of them and they didn’t of course !!! they didn’t make me pay because they know they lied but the fact the day of my daughter event I had to pay for new dresses so they can still perform is outrageous I would not recommend at all
