Grew up in the neighborhood and have sent a lot of clientele their way but highly disappointed!! Showed up early on a Monday morning to an empty laundromat to wash a significant amount of laundry. Used 2 of the $7 washers and one of the $9 washers in the back next to the massive washer. Set them to wash and made a quick run to the grocery store. We possibly took 10 mins over the wash time, when we came back all our clothes were in carts. In CARTS! Mind you the laundromat was empty, and when my husband asked an employee, she stated that other customers needed the exact same washers and that she was "trying to help us"… So how was that heping us? Seems like they were trying to help themselves or others, definitely not us. There were MANY more of the $7 & $9 washers. Definitely steering ourselves & our crews from here.

My experience was great! I dropped off my jacket around 8 in the morning and it was cleaned and ready for me to pick later the same afternoon. Pretty impressive!

Just love Fabric Care Center! They have handled my dry cleaning for a number of years. They pick it up right from your front porch and deliver it back to you a few days later. Saves me a lot of hassle and the prices are more than reasonable. They always do a fantastic job!

Hi I just wanted to let you know I have been coming in your laundromat for about 14years but after a few incidents with your employees disrespecting other employees and being rude I think it might be in the best interest that maybe I should find another place to do my laundry where I can feel safe. I was at your establishment on January 19th 2026 and noticed an employee grabbing a mop away from another employee that was trying to mop. Same employee being so rude to a handicapped gentleman that he gathered his dirty laundry and left. I don’t understand why not only as a business owner but a person why you would let things go on in your store that would run your business elsewhere. I asked someone in your store the name of this employee the name Rico was what I was told. Thank you for your time

Great place to do laundry. All of the employees were very friendly and knowledgeable, employee Ireli was amazing! Very clean and well lit laundry-mat with a lot of machines. Prices are pretty reasonable, half off between 10:00pm and 6:00am, and they have the option to use a reloadable card, add $20 get $5 free, or a QR code to scan with your phone at each washing machine. Machines are all speed queen and are well kept. Very satisfied!!

It's 2F @2Am in Feb and the water line to our washer has been frozen the past few days. Wasn't sure if 24hr Laundromat's were a thing anymore since C-19. To my surprise this "gem" was close to the house on E. Wash. ( NO CASH) You have to use your card to purchase a card with an amount that you choose to access the machines AND restroom. You can get a refund on low balances ($5 or lower). If you plan on being a regular, they have an app that u can use & pay by your phone. The place was well lit, looked clean, smelled clean. "BRUCE" The attendant was friendly and showed me how to do everything. Bruce was up & movi g, making it happen the 2hrs I was there. 20lbs, 40lbs, 60lbs, & 100lbs washing machines. 30lbs, 45lbs, 75lbs, dryers. I brought my Kindle to do some reading, but the music was on such a relaxed positive vibe that I just chilled.. Will be back without a doubt if ever needed.. Almost forgot, 1/2 PRICE AFTER 10pm!!

Okay so far I love this place!!! Washers and dryers are the cleanest in the city!! Prices are on the lower side which is a major plus!! The guy working Zack, is amazing!!! he showed us how to purchase and load a card and use the washers.. Great customer service friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend coming here for all your laundry needs but don't blow up my spot because I kind of like it here!!!

Bruce the night worker is very polite and informative on and about anything he's great and keeps the place tidy and clean! My new late night spot for laundry, free wifi, and quiet glad I tried it once now I'm going to b a regular!

I have been to my fair share of laundromats in my life and I can easily say this is the nicest, cleanest, best run laundromat I have ever seen! It is huge! And some of their washers and dryers are so big they can handle up to 80 pounds of laundry! And they are pretty fast, too. There are snack machine options if you get hungry and/or thirsty. Several options for sitting like big chairs or tables if you want to do your homework while waiting. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

This is a great place to fulfill all your laundry needs! Ireli assisted us with the machines. She was attentive, kind, and helpful throughout. Nice environment with multiple machines, no wait time. Open 24 hours.

My coat has never looked better! It looks brand new! I dropped it off to get the hair and lint off my and they got every last piece of lint off! They even returned my lip gloss and chapstick in a small baggie with my coat that I accidentally left in the pockets. This dry cleaning service was so user friendly. I was a little nervous about dropping off my trench coat bc there’s no human interaction. There’s a drop off and pick up station. It’s a 24 hour service. I dropped my coat off at 11am on a Sunday and it was ready by Tuesday at noon. 10/10 recommend trying them out if you want a hassle free quick service. Their pricing is also reasonable . I paid $28 for my coat to be cleaned. I was expecting more because it’s a long, super heavy cashmere coat.

Great service! Went to the location on Knue rd for fitting to hem a pants suit and she did an amazing Job! They even shipped it to their downtown location for my convenience.

Always great service here! Love 24 hour access and the work they do from my shirts to large rugs we’ve brought in over the years! Shirts are a bit pricey or it would be 5 stars. Also somewhat miss having an actual face at the desk! But great place!

At first I was very excited discovering a local cleaning service with 24/7 availability. However, the transparency and follow through of services was a major let down. Received a call letting me know that I needed to pick up the item before 5pm, prices not listed in person, & stain removal/repair not offered.

I brought my wet comforter in to be cleaned because my stupid dryer is too small to accommodate it, although my washer isn’t. Dropoff was actually kind of cool because of their completely automated system that actually greets you by name when you come to pick up your cleaning, but I’m getting ahead of myself. One of the ladies that works there called me the next morning to see if there were any special instructions because it was partially wet. The comforter was done early, and pickup was super easy. My only concern is that I don’t know if it was washed or dry cleaned. I don’t really care which, but I did think $50 was a little pricey if it were just washed. The comforter came back super clean and smelling wonderful in it’s own little bag, just like the one it came in when I bought it!

I recently became a classic cleaners client and was trying to decide on the correct service. The staff especially Blanca were simply amazing. They helped me decide on the correct service delivery or pick up. The pick up and drop off system is simply amazing. It is so convenient to drop off and know that 2 days later laundry is done in spectacular fashion and easily picked up using their automated machine. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

The best dry cleaners I’ve ever experienced. It was giving Tokyo vibes. Easy to drop off and pick up without assistance 24/7 makes it very convenient. And my old high school Abercrombie wool sweaters look and smell new! Thank you!

So deeply disappointed over a week ago, I dropped off two pair of clothes to be fixed before I left out of town permanently as I’m moving back to Florida. I live in a day so I decided to come and get the stuff that I had only to be told that one piece never even left the laundromat. It remains with a hole in the bottom of the seam which I need for my assignment; not only is this unacceptable just from a business perspective this is super unacceptable because they never reached out to me to even say that the product never left, giving me an option to get it done somewhere else they never offered for me to know that my product was not gonna be ready on time. The communication actually failed. The customer service is an epic fail for not communicating your failure to your customer based on the contract of the receipt that says it’s going to be ready today. Actually it says it ready two days ago. Update: After seeing the response, I’ve reached out to the manager, Ashleigh, who advised me my garment was ready, and the fee was gonna be waived for the challenges with the timeliness and communication. I appreciate their customer service for doing the right thing and modified my rating accordingly. The pants are split again…. Horrible workmanship.

Normally the staff here is friendly and helpful but today the lady is very rude and seems like she could care less. Be AWARE that if your shirt has a layer such as a tank top built in and that separate layer has a label they would charge you for both cleaning the shirt and the inside layer as two separate transactions so you are literally paying doubled price to get one shirt cleaned which I do not understand why. Not to mention that they DESTROYED the label for my sweater as you can tell in the pictures and this is NOT the first time this ever happened. Overall, the careless work done plus the poor service does NOT worth the price they are charging their customers.

Great place to drop off or have your dry cleaning ! Easy to spot from the street,great downtown location!! You can’t miss the tide logo! They do a wonderful job!

They put the tags on all my sweaters and those tags were undetachable (some tags are on the front side, which make it uncomfortable when you wear them). The worst part was that one of my sweater’s brand label was damaged during their process to attach the tag. They are not gentle to the customer’s clothes. Not recommend at all!

I've been very impressed with this location. The staff is very friendly and the turnaround time on garments is terrific compared to most shops in town. If you work downtown, I'd highly recommend this place for your dry cleaning.

This review is for the laundry section only… I was excited to come here because they accept credit/debit cards. I was also glad to see that they have vending machines… oh but wait… they don’t work. Let me clarify… 2 drink machines are "out" and the other one only sells hot products. The ice cream machine ONLY accepts $1 (I can see this being legit) and the snack machine, well apparently it works. I didn’t dare test my fate with losing money just in case. The location is clean but under managed. It’s really hard for me to recommend this location because of the under management done here. But, no complaints about the laundry aspect. Oh, and the "big screen TV’s" are not big.

Always a clean place, employee's there are always helpful. Depending on the time of day it cN be packed or pretty empty. Tables to sit at, and TV up head. Close to Krogers for your Sheets and liquids, and even a McDonald's near by to eat while you wait.

I’ve been coming here since I moved to Indy in 2016 and they really have never disappointed, but today Mrs. Joy stood out. She’s about business yall- in the best kind of way. Very welcoming and made me aware of some deals I’ve been missing for almost 10 years! We need more Joys in the world!

I'll have to give it a 5 star. I have not personally used this location but my gf and others I know have so I just combined the feed back with the observation I had when I would sit outside the few times I gave a couple of people a ride. For what it is and where it's at not bad at all!

Love the lady's that work here.. they always can turn my bad day all the around with there beautiful smile and warm attitudes!!

I accompanied a friend to this laundromat and decided to have a lookie-lou around since the staff were so friendly and my friend told me that this was the only laundromat she uses. Apparently, they have been renovating this place for some time and I see their vision with it. They have your standard laundry facility, and change machines for quarters, they have the laundry carts for your convenience but they also provide an ATM! They have the usual wall vending for snacks and basic laundry goods but then…BOOM!! They have a whole mini mart that extends the options for both and adds some literal ice cream on top! Of course we gotta keep the bored ones busy so why not provide an array of not just activities for the smalls but some for the bigger kids too! And for the whole family, there is a Chester's Chicken to come around the 1st or 2nd weekend of May. I like this place because they make the best of what they have and they provide it with care, the staff can be seen often cleaning and are eager to help, it's easy to overlook minor blemishes when the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Definitely recommend, right across the street from the Eskenazi on East 38th Street.

Love this place it’s all in one you can wash, eat, get gas, play pool. They also have a large event hall. The only thing is I wish they would upgrade the washers and dryers. Some of them you can only use cold water or hot water

I used to enjoy coming to this laundromat, but my recent visits have been disappointing. Over the past five trips, I’ve consistently noticed that the detergent dispensers on the washing machines have not been properly cleaned—this issue is especially noticeable during the evening hours. It appears that the second-shift staff may not be maintaining the equipment as thoroughly as they should. Additionally, some customers bring in large volumes of laundry and occupy entire rows of machines, often overloading the detergent and fabric softener compartments. As a result, the excess product doesn’t wash out properly and leaves residue behind. I’ve attached four photos taken from different machines in the first row by the entrance to illustrate the condition of the dispensers. I hope management will take these concerns seriously and make the necessary improvements to restore the quality of service.

Very clean laundromat, nice location, close to my home…and there's a gas station attached for your convenience and the employees at the gas station are very nice.

Absolutely gross! Half the machines dont work and some of dryers just take mo ey and don't even get hot. Then the worst part of are the roaches. I couldn't fold my towels because of the roaches. Then they want to sell fried chicken in here….get rid of the roaches before frying food! Never ever will I step foot in this place again. Keep driving!

Great always quick and can find the right size washers and dryers i be looking for. Only have 4 stars because the washer machine kept taking my quarters and didn't add to my wash other than that great place.

This place is really big! Nice and clean. Small load is only 1.25 which is super nice. I have not made it to the dryer yet.

Royal Laundromat is truly Royal. You can always count fresh and clean machines designed to handle just about every laundry need. The place is always spotless which makes the experience all that more enjoyable.

I visited here today on a recommendation from my cleaner, to wash and dry my king size comforter and a runner that were both too large for my machines at home. I was pleasantly greeted and assisted with the process. So easy!! So clean and so many machines!! It didn't take long at all. I was able to run an errand while my things were in the washer. The location is great. I would highly recommend Royal Laundry.

OUTSTANDING I found this place and glad I did, I travel alot for work and work alot of hours on the road. I dont have a ton of time to spend on these things so a quality laundry drop off is truely nice. This place is great, I generally drop off my items on Sunday Morning, for their when ever they can get too it. Generally speaking they have it ready in no time flat. The service is great, folded and all ready to put away back at the hotel. They save a ton of time and costing is reasonable and allows a person to run other errands inside of sitting around waiting on laundry.

It was fairly busy on the day that we went to put several loads in the washers. I loaded $20 on to a Royal laundromat card, and I quickly realized I would need more. We had three full large baskets of clothing to wash, and the double load washers would only hold about half of one of our baskets. I ended up using one of the $9 washers that claimed it washed six loads at a time, but we really just put one full laundry basket into that one. We probably could have put more after seeing it spin around a little bit we can see that there was enough room, but I didn't want to put too much laundry in one load. There were carts that you could use to wheel the baskets back out to your car. We did not need to use the dryers, so we were in and out in less than an hour. The place seemed clean, and we had no issues with the machines. Overall, I was pleased.

I have been using their fluff and fold laundry service. I am over the moon excited with what a great job they do. Love the pick up and delivery option. Such a time saver. I have tried other Similar services and hands-down Royal laundromat is the best!

The place was very clean and orderly. The people working their were very friendly and helpful. The woman helping me suggested size of machines based on what I had as well as talking me through how to use the cards to pay. It was fairly busy, but still plenty of room for folding, etc. Being at the corner of 96th and Allisonville, it's a fairly busy intersection, but a light nearby makes it easy to get in and out.

Kandis is freaking awesome when it comes to help! Their machines are many and spacious and I have to mention they are clean! They will help you convert your card or cash into a payment card! I traveled 40 minutes here from everything else around! I want my stuff clean and this was the place. I'm traveling for work so I don't have time to play around! I live in this area, have for 2+ years; I can genuinely say this is one of my favorite laundry mats in the city-best in the area. There’s another laundry mat closer to me by Meijer that doesn’t have anything compared to this one. Kinda wanna gatekeep this one haha. Good prices for washes/dry times Very clean bathrooms They sell supplies if you run out, and snacks/drinks Everything can be used with a debit card. And very positive interactions with both employees and management!! 5/5

Solid location. Carmel only 15 minutes from Carmel. Chose this location because they were open late. Nice washers and dryers. Even had mega size for 8 loads. Clean inside and took credit cards on the machine. No messing with quarters or pre paid cards. Would def come back.

Best Laundromat I’ve ever been too in Indianapolis. Very clean machines and facility. Wasn’t packed , didn’t smell bad. It was the best experience my family have ever had at a laundromat. Machines uses debit cards and cash. Very convenient. Staff kept everything in tip top shape. We will be returning ! Also the machines are fast and does a really good job cleaning and drying.

When laundry mat first open it was a good price for the washer and dryer now they are getting over everything is to much now I spend almost 60 dollars for two loads of clothes never had to spend that much to wash I'm sorry but I would not be back then prices is too high the dryer is 150. More time to dry is 50 cents more and den 50 cents more and then 50 cents more just to get to the minutes you want

Don’t use your debit cards it charged me $15.00 for a $7 machine and never refunded the rest. I’m never going back again

Usually I don't have complaints about this business as ive been there several times, I went in this past Sunday and by accident put my money in the wrong dryer..when I realized what I had done I told the gentleman that was working there, and he just threw up his hands🤷and i was like you can't help me right and he nodded his head like yeah, I had to walk to Kroger to get cash back to continue, I don't understand why he just couldn't give me 6 quarters to start the machine, the money is still staying in that business so I don't get it.Jump laundry on 86th street twice has just handed me quarters for the machine, when they couldn't give me change for my bills..If he would of said something like "I'm really sorry, but I can't, bosses rules" I would get it but he literally never said a word, just threw up his hands and then nodded his head, oh well, just not good customer service. I was unable to switch to that dryer because someone else had their clothes in the dryer, and i had already hit start, the customer with that dryer didn't come back until I was done and i explained to him what happened and he offered me my money but I didn't take it.

Great place and so clean pristine shiny metal on every machine there is all different size machines to fit your need. The best part about this place is my favorite thing 24 7 awesome guys you're a blessing late at night and for the area it's in the service here is great . I recommend this place if you live on the east side of town a testament of what a modern day laundry mat should look right

They are under new construction. Somehow this caused my clothes to not get washed in the washer. I was asking for compensation and was told yes then a different manager kept saying he will watch the cameras over and over to see if I’m lying or not when he was watching me the whole time. The new system used little to no water. I ended up washing them again in a different washer w/o any compensation or an apology, was told I was suspicious and may be lying.

This laundry mat is a nice clean business, I did read reviews saying that it is not clean and nasty but I did not experience that. The washers and dryers are good and better than other laundry mats I have been to across a lot of states. They have a pool tables, arcades, they need more laundry carts but otherwise a beautiful laundry mat.

The sign said to ask the Attendant for the key to be able to use the toilet the man was about to give it to me but the old lady angrily said NO

Clean, quick, and had every laundry product (for reasonably priced) if you forgot any necessities at home. We went from about 10pm-12am and it wasn’t overly packed or crowded. Useful ATM & change machines that converted your bills into quarters/smaller bills, too!

The absolute hands down best claw machines this side of the Mississippi.. My girl won the giraffe and it only cost me $32.50 to get it. That's a steal for a memory that will last a nighttime. You can't put a price on happiness, but if you could it would be around $32.50… we did laundry too.

I came in early, and this laundry mat is so clean! The tops of the washers are shining! Even the edges are lint/trash free. The attendant was helpful and smiled! Great job!

Been using jump for a couple months now for their pickup/drop off wash and fold service and haven’t been disappointed yet. Ran into a hiccup with our clothes not picked up on time and then forgetting to wash them but the delivery guy called us. Let us know asap and still got our clothes delivered the day we requested. Our clothes always smell fresh and clean! I’m pregnant and am very busy so I’m being grateful for their service and coming all the way down to the Fountain Square area!

This a great laundromat it has everything you need including drop off service, deals including half off washers every Wednesday from 7am-12. They also give free water.

A nice laundry place for getting a lot of clothes washed and dried very quickly. They have lots of washers and dryers. They have the biggest ones for larger loads. The employees seem to be very helpful. They had several tips on how to handle my concerns. If you need to get a lot of laundry done. Check out this place.

This place is awesome! The brothers who work here are super sweet, funny, and so caring. They talk to you and try to know you and help you with anything you need! The washers and dryer work really well and it's not as expensive as other places for the amount of caring, cleanness, etc. I highly recommend this place if you have to do laundry. No one judges anyone and everyone is helpful around here!

Lots of machines and was clean. Small washer is $7.75 per load, and large washer is $9.75 per load as of July 12, 2025 in case anyone needs the prices.

I go here a few times a year to wash my big blankets. Nice place and clean. The machines are higher priced from where I used to live, but it's something to get used to. The machines are for bigger loads and not for smaller loads, so the prices are high and just higher in general. Nice place to wash bigger loads and covers and blankets etc.
