Can't say much for the staff since I barely interacted with them, but they do keep the place pretty clean. Machines are easy to use and there is plenty of space available to wait confortably while doing your laundry. Did not use the Tanning services, so can't speak for that part.
The "help" is not helpful! If you have a concern with your machine, don't waste your time bringing it to their attention (3 or 4 times). It's also usually packed with people, which makes it difficult to find available machines.
Overall not too bad... The cost to do laundry has went up quite a bit over the years..place was pretty clean... Restroom pretty clean as well... Not bad for the area!
Although the surrounding area looks a bit rough, when you step inside facility, you’ve entered a different dimension. This place is STELLAR! Large parking in the back for big rigs like me and extremely well kept. You can tell that the owner and mgt really care about how this facility us presented to their wide range if customers. As a driver that visits laundromat around the country and almost never the same one twice, this type of excellent facility is much appreciated and I personally told the staff the morning, of my visit. They even have tanning rooms for those so inclined, plus free Wi-Fi. Everything is clean from the floors to the machines, to the rinse sink. Staff friendly too. So if you need to wash you laundry, whether local or from out of town, The Laundry Connection has several location around Indy and the reviews are consistently for this laundry chain. Well done, Laundry Connection!!
Been here many times the building is always kept nice and clean and the machines are new and updated also the girls are nice and friendly
The two little young girls working today were the kindest sweetest young ladies I've met. May 19th early AM
Cockroach in the spray tan booth. They told me to spray tan was fixed, and it only sprayed twice, also the associate tried to tell me it sprayed me four times as if I would lie. Very disappointed I’ll go back to Sun Tan City.
