Fantastic legal practice.... We worked with Amy Cueller after our initial consult with Chris. Amy, and her wonderful paralegal Heather, were extremely patient with me and consistently worked to ensure I understood every fork in the road we approached. In this way, I felt we were always well informed and capable of making the best decisions possible with our case. Amy was very personable and relatable.... I think her willingness and ability to educate us along the way, listen to our thoughts, and formulate plans in our best interest is truly what separated her from other lawyers we encountered over the 2 year plus process. We are extremely grateful we found Striebeck Law. Down to earth, but extremely well versed in their practice. Last, as we worked through countless depositions, hearings, etc., it became crystal clear this team is top of their field. They have extremely capable and competent lawyers and paralegals. At times, we leveraged case law and precedent they set in prior cases they won.... Which speaks for itself. We learned a tremendous amount from them along the way. Don't hesitate to get your case reviewed here.... We are so, so glad we did!
We had a very complicated matter with our home that was made as simple and straightforward as possible with care and understanding working with my elderly aunt.
I called another attorney to see about starting a case and was apparently transferred over to this attorney after getting a TEXT to schedule an apt. Lorene administrative assistant requested my address and email in this text before speaking with the attorney. I advised to her I was uncomfortable with that but was willing to provide this information after speaking with someone since they randomly contacted me. Scammers are getting highly efficient. With this I choose to be more on the cautious side and didn’t feel comfortable providing personal info to someone whom randomly text me. I also get so many unsolicited emails after providing my email to people that emails of importance get lost in the shuffle. These said companies are promising not to use your email other than "official business matters" and end up sending emails daily for ads requesting your business or their sister companies etc. I told Lorene I was uncomfortable multiple times sharing my personal info in the manner she requested. I am fully aware her intent was to use it to confirm my apt. but once again I was uncomfortable. I had an apt set for today and I text to confirm my apt time with her. She text back stating she canceled my apt. because I wouldn’t supply an email and home address. I also have circumstances going on related to my case which limits my access to email, texting, computers. She continued to play this power struggle back and forth. She wasted my valuable time and resources. If this behavior is present this early on then it leads me to believe future business will be a little rocky. Lack of trust for the offices abilities to show good customer service as well as respect clients boundaries when clearly stated. Business is not a one way street there needs to be respect on both sides. Once I spoke to someone and felt more comfortable then of course I would supply my email and personal address without any problems. I strongly suggest if this post is something you are also passionate about then I would move on to a different attorney which is exactly what I did. No problems at all and this attorney’s office will now be taking my case. I suggest that HR follow up on this matter as it could mean loss of future business for you.
I interacted with not with one, two, but what seems like everyone in the company, it seemed like everyone was up to the case. Knew what they were talking about, took care of task. Very happy with everyone’s work. Definitely recommending to other and will call on them again.
I think the best lawyers make what they do look easy, and the very best can explain what they do in a clear language. This is what the Striebeck law firm offers. Top notch support on a private real estate transaction. Knowledgeable, helpful, and communication was prompt and efficient. The office saved us thousands of dollars and future headaches to keep the sale moving. Support staff is also very friendly. The office uses good technology to support secure information and document sharing. Billing is very fair and the invoicing is detailed and clear.
Avoid this lawfirm at all costs! The only thing you will get is costs. Filled out questionnaire, spoke with representative of the firm, and we were told we had a strong case and the other party was at fault. 3 months and over $3000 later, and we have now lost what little we had previously negotiated with the other party, been given the advice to "move", and been called liars. All by the firm we hired after being given false hope during our initial consultation. Amy Cueller and Chris Striebeck want nothing but your money. They were less than helpful, billed for their time obtaining documents that we had already provided to them, and simply served as a middle man between us and the other party's attorney by forwarding his emails to us and asking us how we wanted to respond. There was no negotiating or working for us. Complete waste of time and money unless you have thousands of dollars to spend on anger, frustration, and headaches.
They did a great job! I highly recommend them. Everything was handled in a timely manner and they answered any of my concerns.
