I have encountered Angie Trapp in court on several matters over the years in Indianapolis even outside Marion County, usually on the opposite side of a case. This often makes one feel contempt for one another; however, watching an attorney work in that setting tells you a great deal about their professionalism and preparation, and Angie consistently demonstrated both. She was organized, focused in her arguments, and clearly very knowledgeable in the areas of criminal defense and family law. She was always quick to object to letting us get testimony and evidence into the record. Anyone who spends time in court quickly learns which attorneys are prepared and which are not. He included several items we would have overlooked if we would have just had our own list of updates. His staff was efficient, competent, and friendly. Highly recommend !!! Ali and his team went above and beyond for me !!! For me in the beginning was completely confusing how to begin. He took every question and explained in full detail what I needed to do and why we needed to do it. That alone showed his compassion for wanting to help others. I had spoken with several other attorneys that had no idea how to take care of my situation but Jeff knew exactly what needs done. I do not recommend Jeff Jinks law especially for any estate or probate business. After reading reviews and having our own experience please take your business elsewhere. We paid a $2,000 retainer fee after being told we had a case and after 3 and a half months we are being told we basically have no case. We tried contacting them several times and they are very bad about getting back to you within a reasonable time period. We did get a text today saying they would give us $1000. So Jeff jinks law is taking $1000 when they did absolutely nothing besides lead us to believe we had a case then tell us we didn’t. I have talked to several different attorneys and do believe we have a good case. It seems as if Jeff Jinks law is good with other things according to reviews but when it comes to probate and estate please go elsewhere. Time is of the essence. According to information we only have until May to file our lawsuit and Jeff Jinks law has burned up 3.5 months. Here it is almost February. May is right around the corner. If it wasn’t literally thousands of dollars we are talking it wouldn’t be a big deal but it’s an estate that needs looked into. We thought we hired the right attorneys office but it appears I’m going to have to do some more research and find another attorney.

I contacted this law firm about and estate. They first told me it would be 3k. I paid 1500 and set up for the other half. Then a couple days later they called and said it would be 7k. They transferred me to another guy who then said 7500. I asked which price and then this guy started talking down to me. I told them I did not want to use their firm. He said Kelly would get ahold of me about my refund. I had to call her a few days later. I have called once a week ,trying to not be a pest. After 4 weeks of calls she told me the money was sent. Still no money. I had asked about the scheduled payment and she told me they closed my account and I didn't need to worry about them taking it out. Well dec 23rd the took another 1500 from my account and they were not suppose to. Here it is christmas and no one answering the phones. Oh, and they threw my account into the negative. So its a merry fing christmas to me. This is sad that they treat people like Iike this. Be careful with them. UPDATE: Here we are past the 48 hrs and I still have not been contacted. Still no refund I understand its christmas but they sure didn't think about that when they took my money. I feel scammed here!!!!

Terrible representation. They will nickle and dime you to death. They ask questions don't remember your answers, then charge you to re ask and for you to re answer. Our attorney, Christine Stolle was the worst attorney I've ever worked with. Rude, snide, condescending and could literally careless about our terrible situation. Never offered advice or solutions. She only ever asked, what do you want? Delivered no results. Wouldn't recommend this firm to ANYONE EVER

They attended care plan meetings, helped find long term placement, and supported the family throughout the entire process. I only got to see a small portion of how much they helped- but I know the family would have even more. I would highly suggest using them to help navigate Medicaid process, senior living, long term placement, etc.

Really great and communicative people UNTIL they get your money then any loose ends are your issue and if you so much as email them questions they already should have answered they will continue to charge you money. I hired them to adopt my child, change her last name to mine, and get a new birth cert. After multiple requests on status update throughout the case I have to hound them to get an email to decipher its been finalized and only further instructions is to contact the health department. A single 5 minute phone call on what was done, (adoption completed, name changed, birth cert mailed to me ect,) would have saved me over a week’s worth of guessing what to do next and over a year later I’m still struggling to finish what I’ve payed thousands of dollars for.

As a client, I’ve been very impressed with the work performed by the team and strongly recommend them as your legal resource. The firm has also been a huge advocate for the LGBT community. Save your money for a firm that takes time to get to know you and your case. A firm that will push back on your behalf in a divorce proceeding and clearly communicate and guide you. A firm that you don’t need to feel like you have to repeat yourself over and over. Mann Law is not the place and makes me want my first experience with retaining a lawyer be my last.

I would not recommend working with Jynell Berkshire Group based on my experience. Staff was rude when I called , poor customer service, lack reaching a resolution between me the client and the HOA , The Park of Four Seasons HOA in Indianapolis chose her firm, and the process was extremely frustrating from beginning to end. In my personal experience, fees were constantly added without clear communication, even after making large payments toward the balance. Instead of helping resolve the issue, it felt like the costs were increasing with no explanation. Even after paying thousands through Swartz Vays and having my debt fully satisfied, I never received a proper release of the account. Because of that, my HOA account showed unpaid status for over a month, which created more problems and allowed additional action to be taken even though I had already paid everything. To me, this showed a lack of follow-through and attention to detail, and it caused unnecessary stress. Based on what I went through, I feel the process was handled poorly and with a lot of negligence. I hope others have a better experience, but I personally would not recommend this group.
