Company came up with "Brillian IDEA" of automatizing everything and make million positions for people . Which bringing you to the issues only . There is no CONTROL, there is NO TRANSPARENCY, and there is never a PERSON WHO IS RESPONSIBLE . You might have a carrier rep, who is will fight for you and be a proffesional, but none of it matters as he has no power, and those who actually have dont care about YOU as a carrier, dont care about their CUSTOMER ( unless hes calling and yelling at them) and prbbly only care about their working hour. Absolute disgrace . Got a 80 miles load , was not take cuz the appt was not confirmed. From 10 am in the morning , till 17 00 They were "waiting for an answer" . and after that simply stopped taking the calls .. SUPERVISOR HEATHER EXT 477, im talking about you ! > Very professional from you side . This is like dealing with scammers from CA , only the one in SPOT dont have an accent . If could chose , i would never let them anywhere near my freight . Just feel disrespected, and thrown away . This is not the way things should be done .

Carrier beware! Spot will use their 24 hour loophole to deny you accessorials. We booked a load from Golden Valley, AZ - Clackamas, OR. When we arrived to the receiver in Clackamas it turns out Spot had given us the wrong delivery appt so we had to standby for a new delivery. Load sat under power from 02/12 to 02/13. Then we dropped it at our yard in Gresham, OR, where it sat until 2/15 pm. Upon Spots instruction we were told to take the product to Lacey, WA for 02/16 @ 0800 delivery. The repower driver picked up and made it to Tumwater, WA where we were informed that was incorrect and we were turned around to get back to Clackamas for 02/16@ 2000 delivery. They denied our accessorial request because we submitted it after the 24 hour window even though we had it all in the email chain as it occurred. The total was over $1700 for all the out of route, layovers, trailer detention, etc. Every bit of these expenses were Spot's mistake and they will not own up to it. We have blacklisted this broker and I would advise anyone reading this to do the same.

Had the lovely opportunity to work with Spot on many occasions! No complaints! Responsive when needed, very friendly staff, great customer base for pickup and delivery. Update: Rates could be a little more fair.

Load S3549607 was handled extremely poorly. We picked up this load at their request because they were closing for Christmas Eve and were promised it would be worked in and unloaded by Saturday at 5 PM. When the truck arrived, the receiver said they do not receive on weekends. After multiple reschedules, the delivery was pushed to Tuesday, holding our truck for days. Vickie stopped answering calls and texts, and when we contacted Colin, he said it wasn’t his load and offered no help. False promises, zero communication, and no accountability. Avoid booking with this company.

Load: S3461947 Carrier sales: Cory Fountain My Dad (driver) missed thanksgiving and had to cancel our planned family trip for the thanksgiving holiday. No amount of money can buy more time with your family. Our delivery date to Aldi at Moreno Valley was scheduled for 11/25. Driver arrived on time and got rejected at the guard office due to being early. Aldi wanted us to come back at 12/6. We notified the broker and they wanted us to redeliver on 11/28. We complied and tried to delivered on 11/28 but rejected again for the same reason. "Too early come back at 12/6" Finally, we redelivered the freight on 12/1 and was able to get unloaded.In our 15 years of experience in the industry this is the most layover we’ve had. If you’re a carrier and reading this review be careful booking with spot freight specially with Cory Fountain and his team. He is incompetent. He’s in carrier sales and no direct contact with Aldi but he will act like he does and tell you want you want to hear just to keep you at bat.

Extremely frustrated with the accessorial process at Spot Freight. Despite providing timestamped and signed BOLs with clear arrival/departure times, they consistently find technicalities to deny detention claims. Furthermore, getting reimbursed for lumper fees is a battle. We provided the receipt and yet the payment was denied multiple times without a clear reason. Their online portal makes it impossible to reach a consistent point of contact; every inquiry is handled by a different person, leading to zero accountability. Carriers beware: the risk of out-of-pocket expenses for lumpers and unpaid detention makes their loads much less profitable than they appear on the rate con."

DO NOT BOOK LOAD WITH Samuel Moore and Gregory Lang. They messed up my whole week with their unprofessional attitude. Made me go back 200 miles to the shipper to pick up the "rest" of the load which turns out its already in my trailer and find me another load to pick up 40 miles away. They didn't pay anything, not the extra miles, not the port fee, not the extra stops or not even a layover. 4 days with one load and now they simply vanished, they are not replying on my emails and acting like nothing happened. If you have a problem with your load, don't even try to ask for assistance because nobody will help you.
