Recently went into the Runners Forum for some new shoes and I expressed interest in shoes with more cushion. During my visit they evaluated my feet and my gait to make an informed recommendation. Not fault of the store employee, the first pair of shoes rubbed my Achilles raw so I wasn’t able to develop a good opinion on the higher stacked shoe. Went back, made a no hassle exchange for another shoe with more cushion and just didn’t love the feel of them (just not a high cushion guy I suppose). Went back once more, apologized for being a difficult customer, and the staff gave me no grief. The third time was a charm, the pair of Saucony Rides I picked up have been perfect and are definitely a winner. Grateful to find a local shop with great staff who really want people to succeed in their fitness goals.

I was looking into new “athletic type” shoes and my son reminded me of Runners Forum. I went to the Broad Ripple location and Blake took great care of me…very patient and knowledgeable. I tried on 3 different shoe brands, and went with “on”(seems like the best way to “say” the name without a specialized keyboard). Great store!! The worker was super helpful when I asked for a similar or the same pair of shoes as the one I was wearing.

I also got a pair of sunglasses. They’re much, much cheaper than rayban, etc., and easily just as nice. They have a lot of options and you can try them all on to find one (or more) that you like.

Id return to any of the Runners Forum stores in the Indy metro for my future shoe needs.
