The staff at IN Fitness Club goes above and beyond to be sure members are happy and have what they need to be as fit as possible. The equipment, space, and amenities make you feel like you are at a country club. There never seems to be waiting for equipment. The staff are always cleaning so it is spotless.

Dan and Tara are the physical therapists on staff and I have been to both of them. Incredible expertise and they have gone out of their way to make me healthy and get through any physical issues or limitations.

I am so grateful to everyone there for providing a wonderful experience that makes you want to go work out. Highly recommend IN Fitness Club!! Special shoutout to Tessa and Crystal as well. The customer service is outstanding!

IN Fitness is the premier place to workout in Indianapolis. John & Jack were fantastic as I needed a place to lift for a week while in town on business. The gym is clean, wide open, great cardio bay, group fitness area, HIIT turf areas as well as state of the art Olympic racks.

The equipment is brand new and barely used- I was spoiled by possibly the best facility I have ever entered. The staff, what can I say- they make you feel at home as soon as you step in. Was on a first name basis by the end of the week with the majority of staff.

A hidden gem is the recovery room- 3 cold plunges at different temps depending on your preference, the best massage chair I’ve ever seen (it scans your body for problem areas and provides a custom experience) infrared sauna, foam rollers and lacrosse ball area.

This gym is something special, the staff is constantly improving the facility, searching for feedback for what could be added and genuinely interested in their members health and activity level. If you are in the Far Northside/Carmel area of Indianapolis, stop in and see for yourself. Any workout you could imagine can and will be crushed here.

Everything you need in a small gym. I first came to Taylor made looking for an experienced personal trainer that would take me to the next level. Boy did I get more than I bargained for. The gym offered me so much support. Having personal training in the past. The gyms itself wasn’t as supportive. I would get the training but not the gym. Either the gym wasn’t equipped with the machines for personal use after training or the gym itself was not convenient to my location. So after the personal training, I was left to search for another place to workout. Conveniently located downtown, this gym was everything that I needed. Not only did it push me to the next level but create a lifestyle of health and fitness. Kelsey is very knowledgeable of health and wellness and always there(between normal business hours) to give you a helping hand with great advice and suggestions. And if personal training isn’t something you are looking for group training classes are also available. I am new to F3 and am already hooked. I met with a trainer for a body composition/metabolic profile analysis and have never seen such interesting information on my body/health. I can now see my lean muscle mass and set a measurable fitness goal. I have maintained the same size for 10 years and have not had a better way to measure progress other than a tape measure and the scale. The classes are full of energy and support. I was intimidated by all the different equipment at first but the instructors and classmates are super helpful and friendly. All these new moves/exercises are engaging muscles I wouldn’t have worked on my own.

Took a hot vinyasa yoga class here on Sunday am, and the instructor and class was great.

The Sunday am class is very hard and everyone could get something amazing from it. I wish they had more yoga classes, as that is my jam…but they only have 2 a week.
I like the overall atmosphere and it seeme like a large , clean facility. If I was into weights and traditional working out, I would definitely come here!

I like the fact that each workout is different. Every single class I take is different from the last, the trainers are always coming up with ways to shock your body. I love being motivated by the people around me and having some friendly competition with the people in class with me. The trainers are also AMAZING at pushing you past your limits. Just when you think you are ready to give up, they are there to encourage you to keep going. I love the different equipment that is used in each class and that there are a variety of classes to choose from. If you want a place that you can have fun and make friends while being challenged, then F3 is the place for you!

This is an awesome gym – both for personal training and group classes. The creativity of the staff and the variety of classes is outstanding. I have a very extensive injury history as a result of playing collegiate basketball and volleyball, and Lantz took the time to discuss my goals and learn about my body’s tendencies. Even after only one session, you can just tell that the staff genuinely care about you. I am stoked to continue personal training at F3 as well as check out some of the classes. I was on the hunt for a gym perfect for me and I found it with Glutes 317. I first came across it through ClassPass and tried the “Let’s Date for 8” deal—8 classes for a super reasonable price. After a few sessions, I knew I was sold and upgraded to a full membership.

What I love most is the open-air vibe, the welcoming atmosphere, personal work out space, and how comfortable it feels working out here as a woman. (Although it’s not just for women !)

The space is super clean, has great amenities (the sauna is my favorite) , and the community is really supportive. Couldn’t recommend it more!

I highly recommend this gym!!! I have been going to Glutes 317 for over a year now and absolutely love it! I love the private boxes that allow you to have your own equipment but also enjoy the social aspect of the group classes. The trainers are all very knowledgeable, fun to work with, and accommodating. I am now 8 months pregnant and they have been amazing at helping me to adjust the workouts so that I can continue lifting safely throughout my pregnancy. The workouts are effective, challenging, and fun and I actually look forward to them. On top of the great workouts there is a nice sense of community throughout the gym. There is a book club and multiple social events going on each month. Marla the owner collaborates with other local gym owners and businesses to provide different experiences – one that I particularly appreciated was when they brought a pelvic floor therapist to teach a group PT session. You can count on a lot of bonus opportunities like this that you wont find anywhere else. It is worth every penny! I have really enjoyed being a part of this gym and community ☺️

As someone who had literally never lifted weights before, walking into a gym for the first time was very intimidating — but the second I stepped into GLUTES 317, I felt welcomed. The environment is encouraging and judgement-free, with people of all experience levels working hard!

You can expect GREAT music playlists and supportive trainers in each class. They don’t just demo the exercises and walk off — they take time to explain every movement clearly, check your form, and encourage you to add weight and push yourself (safely!) so you actually get stronger.

I stayed in one of the bunks this past weekend for the Titty 500 Burlesque Festival and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I’ve been with Common Sense Fitness since October. I’ve lost over 20lbs so far. This is the best I’ve done on a weight loss journey since ever. Stephanie and Josh are knowledgeable, fun, encouraging and patient. I go to 6am classes and I enjoy seeing the same people enough to get to know them. I love Fit Body Boot Camp in Carmel. I recently (begrudgingly) started working out in an effort to lose weight. After 1 month, not only did I see results, I started to love doing it. It has re shaped not only my body, but my mind. The trainers and staff are wonderful. They help you to do your own best. There are plenty of classes available to fit most schedules and the class sizes are small enough that a camaraderie is felt amongst fellow attendees. I love that each class is different from the following day. You will get an effective quick workout. Who doesn’t want the most results in the smallest time period? People in my life have noticed a change in my body and attitude toward fitness and I owe that to Fit Body Boot Camp in Carmel. I highly recommend it.

Fit Body is truly an eye opening workout experience. I’ve worked out casually since high school. I never really set any specific goals and just went to basically sweat. That’s all I knew! Since joining Fit Body, they helped me set my goals, implement strategies to reach those goals, and develop a support system with the trainers and fellow gym member alike. Plus, I sweat a lot more anyway! Fit Body gives you the tools and resources you need to accomplish your health goals and their trainers are incredible. They are friendly people who will push you to succeed through educating, not yelling. They love answering questions and explaining the anatomy/science behind their fitness approach. Common sense fitness is a fun place to begin you healthy well-being. The 30 min HIIT exercise sessions are much better way of burning calories compared to traditional boring workouts you would do alone in gyms. Awesome place! The trainers are great and the workout is awesome if you want to burn fat and lose weight. You never do the same workout twice and it’s only a half hour. You will sweat, but you get to take the workout at you own pace. The group setting is so much more fun than working out alone. The music is also great and helps to keep you motivated and going. I have tried all different types of fitness clubs, classes, gyms, you name it, over the years and capture has by far felt like my home. Earl has created a warm and inviting environment with absolutely no judgement, which is important for those of us who were intimidated to start weight training. I tried out multiple different gyms/workout classes in Indianapolis before ultimately deciding to stick with Earl at Capture Fitness. This is the best gym if you are looking to weight train and have a trainer with you throughout your workout to show you form and encourage you to do one more set! Everyday Earl creates a new workout plan for the day that allows you to not have to think about what to do next, how many reps, etc… All of the equipment is brand new and very clean. Class sizes are also very small so you never are waiting around for weights. Earl is also super flexible around scheduling/timing which is very helpful when life gets busy!

I’ve been a part of Mack’s bootcamp for almost 3 years. There are 6 HiiT boot camps every week. I try to go 3 x a week. It’s a great workout. I love this place- the community, hard workouts (you can definitely modify it for your own needs)and vibe there keep me coming back. And you can’t beat parking your car right outside and walking straight in – no check in, no huge facility where you take 10 minutes to get to your workout. Booking is easy- Mack uses Booksy where you can make your reservation for bootcamp, private and semi private training AND pay for your services.
