My boyfriend and I went into Jared’s looking for engagement rings not knowing much of what goes into a ring and I also didn’t know what style I would like, but working with Allison was SUCH a great experience. She was so patient and passionate when asking for my preferences and had explained everything so thoughtfully! Allison not only taught us what each component of a ring was, but she really made the experience so fun and it was comfortable to express what I liked and disliked in a ring! It felt like a collaborative process and I would highly recommend customers to work with Allison!
Came to Jared to have a custom wedding band created to compliment the engagement ring I had purchased for my fiancee. Josh and Thomas were incredibly helpful from concept, to CAD renderings, and all the way to the final product. We were very happy with the service we received and we look forward to our next exciting purchase!

My fiance and I bought our wedding bands here. I picked them up, and a few days later they called us to say they gave me another woman's ring and to bring it back asap! This was very upsetting and really took away from my experience of getting our bands together. We also do not live close to the store and are getting married in a few weeks and do not have time to trapeze around town due to someone else's mistake. No one apologized to us either or tried to make this situation right in any way. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.
Came here last year and they treated us so well. Surprised my daughter with a necklace to start family heirlooms. Stopped in today and was immediately greeted and taken care of by Linda. Linda is a . I told her I couldn't spend a lot and was looking at clearance online and she immediately took me to the case. I didn't find what I was looking for and she took me through all the cases and didn't push me outside my budget. We shared stories of family and coming to the US. They just treat you so well here. You are not treated like just another transaction. They celebrate with you! Another consultant came over and wanted to see a Pic of my daughters prom dress and was just as enthusiastic as Linda. I was treated just the same as someone coming in to drop thousands. Thank you all so much for making this fun for me, too! We will keep coming back!
To make a long story very short: bought a custom ring. Took it back 6 weeks later when it lost a semiprecious stone... Took it back AGAIN 4 weeks after that for another loose fitting resulting in a lost stone... Customer service in store was not helpful at all in resolving the situation, even tried to upsell me on an upgraded item. I'll be shopping elsewhere.
I had one of the most frustrating retail experiences of my life at Jared Jewelers, thanks largely to Assistant General Manager Thomas Gudat and his ill-informed staff. I walked into the store ready to spend real money—I wasn’t browsing, I wasn’t window shopping, I was a serious customer. Unfortunately, the service I received was anything but serious. To begin with, I was given false information not once, but twice by staff members who clearly lacked either proper training or basic communication skills. Expecting a simple fix—I was met with complete indifference. Instead of owning the mistake or offering any form of solution, Thomas Gudat, the assistant general manager, made it clear that my presence was the inconvenience. Apparently, walking into the store at 6:15 PM—well before closing—was just too much for him to handle. Rather than assisting a paying customer, he seemed more concerned with clocking out than addressing the misinformation his team provided. His attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly, insulting. It’s one thing to deal with an undertrained staff—it happens—but it’s another thing entirely when leadership sets the tone for poor service and doesn’t even pretend to care. Needless to say, I won’t be spending a dime at this location—or any Jared store—after this experience. I took my business elsewhere, where I was treated with the respect and professionalism any customer deserves. If you value your time, money, or sanity, I suggest you do the same. There are plenty of jewelers out there who know how to treat customers right. This team, sadly, isn’t one of them.
