Came in looking for a starter camera, left with the perfect one and more knowledge of cameras than I walked in with. Jake was fantastic in helping me find what I needed. Was very patient with all my questions as a complete beginner, and found what I NEEDED, me personally as an individual. I've researched for days after my purchase to see if there were any upgrades and downgrades to what I'd gotten but nope. I told him what I was photographing and he understood what I needed. This camera has upped my game significantly from my phone and I've been so happy about it. So this is a personal thanks from me man, I appreciate the help.

I purchased a NIKON MB-D18 multipower battery pack for my camera. The condition was better than the rating, the shipping was fast, and the price was fair. My only complaint was that the battery trays needed to make the battery pack work were not included, which wasn't mentioned in the description. I was able to locate the two I needed on another site.

UPP did a great job - UPS, not so much. 2nd day Air delivery was sorted to the wrong city, then no updates for days, then the package arrived 1 day into our vacation which was delayed by a day. I would have been better off driving to Illinois from South Florida, and flying back in time for my vacation start.

I bought my very first body and lens from UPP, and after subsequently dealing with my local brick and mortar I won't buy anywhere else.

It came nicely & neatly packed. There weren’t any instructions or what size battery to use. Upon research, discovered the batteries are no longer available & had to find something else that would work. But I got my order quickly

My "new" Leica M4 arrived safely packaged and quickly! The camera is as shown and I'm very happy with it and look forward to getting some film through it. Another happy transaction with UPP! Highly recommended site!!

I received the camera as promised in good condition. However, having to be home at an exact time to sign is very, very hard. You really need to work around for those who I can’t easily arrange that.
