Disc Replay South Indy

I called ahead to see if they had some Disney Infinity characters my kids and I had been trying to find for quite some time. They had exactly what we wanted and pulled them aside until we got there. My kids were so excited and Justin recognized that and treated them with the same excitement! I've always appreciated the helpful customer interactions with every employee at this store!

First time selling to Disc Replay, good experience overall (although Marion County’s rules can seem a bit extreme if you’re not ready for them). The staff, especially Andrew, was courteous and helpful even though I came in at a busy time. Your mileage may vary, but I thought the amount offered for what I was selling was fair. Will be back.

Disc Replay is the place to go. The market for DVDs isn’t what it used to be and the gave me what the market would bare. I can’t fault them for that. It was a fair offer. They didn’t take all I had be that was based on the stores inventory and condition of my offer. So again not the staffs fault. All in all fair transaction. They explained it to me honestly and fairly.

I went in looking for usb adapters for a few controllers I wanted to play my emulated games on. Jonah helped me find exactly what I needed, and super fast! He was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very professional. 12/10 that guy deserves a raise!

I stopped in and bought a few movies today. They have a great selection of used DVDs at reasonable prices. Savanah was very helpful and took very good care of me. Highly recommend this place.

I had bought a Nintendo Switch V2 earlier today. After I opened it and turned it on at home, it wouldn’t read the game cards. So I took it back and requested an exchange and to see if they could test it to make sure the new one. Shane was working with us and so nice to test it and not only did he help us with that, he suggested to switch out the joy cons for free as well since the new ones were sticking. He was a great help!

They usually do pretty fair prices considering it's a retail store, the folks behind the counter are very nice, and they usually have good selection! Only downside is that they seem a little understaffed and so trade-ins can get a little slow, but that's not the fault of the folks behind the counter, they're trying their best. A store I do business with pretty regularly, and haven't had any real regrets about it.
