Blake was very pleasant and approachable. He explained things well. He was very courteous and appreciative of my timeline. He recommended some adjustments to our system and provided options. I will definitely be asking for Blake next time my system needs servicing.

Jeff and Dave knocked it out of the ball park of expectation. I had a very poor HVAC experience with this company. And Jeff n Dave completely regained my trust. My unease began to solidify into trust once the BIG BLACK TRUCK parked. Their beacon and trademark showed up and the two professional began to work. They listened to the main goal required. Analyzing the situation for barriers and other unknown issues. Even asked about other future plumbing needs while in the crawl space. These two were a solid, efficient, productive team. They even had a mini very meeting agreeing and what to expect and request material and tool wide before entering the crawl space. They literally nailed the time of work window. Work highly satisfied. Max was efficient, prompt, and courteous. He installed the pop-up drain, replaced the old rusty metal trap and pipe, and installed a new shut-off valve, replacing the old broken twist knob. Always great service with B&W!

Making the appointment online was easy and confirmed very quickly. Randy and Chris arrived on time and talked us through exactly what we needed to do. After providing a fair and reasonable quote and getting parts, they completed the work the same day. Professional, friendly, and with no surprise extras. We would use B&W Plumbing again.

Recently had an electrical evaluation of a house with the help of Bruce. He could not have been more pleasant, helpful, and genuinely a nice human. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood the ins and outs of the electricity system throughout the house, as well as suggestions for improvement. He was functional, courteous, and a consummate professional. Looking forward to working with him in the future again.

While out of town my sump pump failed causing my basement to flood. Dave worked through the night until early morning to replace the pump. Quick to respond in the middle of the night to my emergency needs. Throughout the process Dave thoroughly communicated with me as well as provided information for the future to prevent this from happening again. 5 stars are not enough to represent how pleased I am with their services.

We had a slow drip in our basement ceiling that we hadn't noticed all summer. Half the ceiling panel was coming down by the time we did. B & W was able to get to us quickly and our pressure reducer valve had a slow drip. They were able to replace it quickly and were very respectful of our home. They were friendly and courteous and we will definitely use them again!
