We called to inquire about getting a new key fob for my truck and they were very nice and extremely helpful. They were able to have a technician come out within the hour of calling which I was so grateful for. The technician was very nice & let me know what he was going to be doing & had everything done within less than 15 min. He showed me that the new key fob worked with no problems and showed me that my remote start worked also. The key fob did also come with a warranty which was great. Highly recommend. I bought my Jeep with only one key, and that simply won't do. I lost my only key. Losing my only key was frustrating. I got a second key with with personalized "to my door" service and payed half of what a dealer would charge me for ONE key. I could have spent twice as much at the dealer. I would have had ALSO to pay for towing. Instead I spent half as much and they came to my door. I talked to a human. The process was easy. They were on time. They were fast. They were great people who did a fantastic job with personalized service. Matt and Brandon treated me like a friend. Refreshing.

Fast service, great price! The dispatcher said about 90 minutes. The tech said about 25. He was here in about 10 and had me in my house in 5 minutes or less! You can’t beat that for fast service! Also, the reasonable price quoted was less than anyone else’s and it was the price charged, unlike several others I called who said the price was a trip charge plus a service fee ($110 to start in one case) with hourly labor added on.

Jeff is definitely the kind of locksmith you want to save to your contacts. Very responsive, personable, and knowledgeable. Most of the other locksmith groups in the area run via call centers and use free-lance smiths who may or may not know what they're doing. Jeff runs his own business and it shows. He helped me re-key my gen 10 honda civic and the replacement key works like a treat. 10/10 service and quality.

Jeff SAVED ME when my dog, phone, and keys got auto-locked in my car after using one of those portable jumping machines. Every place I dialed was a call center with runarounds and false promises for 2 hours, I was about to bust my window out. When I called Jeff, it was an actual real persons phone number so I left a VM and txt and he replied promptly and SHOWED UP WITHIN 20 minutes! Not only was he quick, but he was so KIND AND SOOTHING TO MY DISTRAUGHT PITTIE who was yapping at him from inside the car. Jeff is truly one of the good guys, and I plan on using his services again in the future.

Took my daughters 2012 Ford Edge to get a new key fob. They were the only place to have the key fob in stock. Their price was $15 more than others, but I did not have to wait 5-7 days to get the key fob. While it was programming, the window was rolled down a little in case it didn't program correctly and the doors locked. The window didn't go up as it should have. They gave me a ride home, fixed the issue with the window and came back to pick me up. The staff was friendly, helpful, explained what happened after they fixed it and due to the inconvenience of what happened. A 30 minute stop took 4 hours, they gave me the key fob at no cost. Completely surprised me. I have used them multiple times of the years and will certainly do so for my next key need.

Chris, Thomas and Leanna were very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me with new keys and a remote for my F350. Even after Car Keys Express couldn't get the key code or successfully pick it, they got the correct key code, programmed the keys and remote in less than an hour. Was happy with the price and service. Highly recommend.

Nate and Chris did an awesome job of getting me two programmed key fobs for my vehicle. My old fob the buttons were messed up on and they were the most reasonable in town and had it done in no time flat. The service was good the only thing I didn't like they want to charge you a $1.99 for them to deburr the key, that's ridiculous that should all be in with the price will you have to pay extra to upgrade to remove the sharp edges.

I copied two keys and got one free. The concern is two of the keys are the same and neither work . It’s like they are too thick to get into the slot. They are locker keys . The garage door key is fine though .

Price has doubled since they started popping up. Now that stores have stopped providing key cutting services they are free to raise their prices with no other way to get it done. Use a local ace hardware for a couple bucks

When the keys came out of the machine, they were very sharp on one side, like the machine did not take time to file or brush off the sharp edges left over when the key was made, so I had to go buy a brush to debur them before I could use them, otherwise, the filings would end up inside my lock tumbler. Poor quality work in my opinion. I definitely miss the hardware store worker who would always use a brush and clean the keys up before he handed them to me

If I could post a lower star I would. Long story short, locked my keys in my car and per their site, gave them a call to assist. I was transferred to a 3rd party and did not get a call back until 4 hours later… by someone CLEARLY not local. Good thing I called a more reputable locksmith for help after waiting too long. I wouldn't go to a KeyMe for any service ever.

Horrible customer dispatch service. Lady keeps saying that you guys cant program my 2001 mustang. -10/10 would not reccomend for any older ford vehicles as they dont have the equipment to program those cars. Rude lady wont let me talk to a tech or a manager at that. I dont understand how you guys are still in business

Website indicates they can make residential house key duplicates, but when my husband called to ask how much it costs they said they don't make residential keys.

After searching for my car key all day and night, I decided to find out how to get a replacement without having a spare. Luckily, I found Chief of Locks at 12:15 in the morning. I gave them a call and the phone was picked up immediately. I was assured they could help fix my problem and we scheduled a locksmith to come out later that morning. Leading up to the appointment, I received a call from Larry to confirm some info and let me know his eta. Larry was punctual arriving two minutes before the set time. He was friendly and explained my options clearly. After about 30 minutes, I had a new car key that I vow to not lose again! I am happy with the customer service I received today from Larry and the Chief of Locks business.

The company sent a Rep to my location pretty fast. Service Rep. Larry was nice and was able to get me in my vehicle very quick. I will definitely use the service again if needed.

Driver & employee shows strong signs of road rage. The vehicle’s plate number is TK135LCT. Someone who cannot control their emotions toward a person they will likely never see again may not be reliable or professional. I would advise CAUTION when considering their services.

i had a broken key in the lock of my security door. i called another locksmith who was unsuccessful removing the broken key and suggested that i have the whole lock replaced. I called Broad Ripple Lock Service and the key was removed in about 10 minutes. Robert was punctual, friendly and thoroughly checked the lock to make sure it worked properly with my new key.

A+ service. Latch on my front door was broken and the door wouldn't open. Reasonably straightforward repair, but they came on time, the tech gave extra time and attention to making sure the door closed better than before, and the charge was absolutely reasonable. Great service, thanks guys!

I installed a console vault in my vehicle, reset the combination from the default to a personal choice. Somehow I was locked out! The manufacturer suggested a few things including trying permutations of the last two digits of the combination. I called a few locksmiths and Broad Ripple agreed to take a look. I considered drilling it out but I'm glad I didn't. A guy at BR Locks took a look and managed to get in by using permutations of the first two digits. He even refused to take payment! I hope never to get locked out of anything but if I do, I know who I'm calling! Thank you kind sir for helping this goober out!

Was emailed that I owed a bill and when I asked for details and why I was being notified months after service, have not received a response back again.

Had to get car key blank cut. Went to dealership, they wouldn’t cut it and said $400 for their OEM blank and cut. PopOLock down the road said $150 just to cut the blank…. Walked in and out of here in 5 mins with a cut blank for $2 perfect fix 10/10!!!

I was wanting to be able to get a new key for my car without having to go to the dealer. I tried places like the Minute Key inside of Home Depot and Walmart. The machine could not duplicate the key and the customer service I got was horrible. Looking for another answer I found this place. The building on the outside may not be that impressive but the customer service and the expertise on the inside is fantastic. They took care of getting me new car keys. I also had been trying multiple times at different places to get an old key duplicated. No problem here. For any future lock needs, I will be coming here. They have things I had not even considered like safes, key accessories, old style locks to the newest possible. Even tools and other supplies for installing locks. You were friendly and very open about the service that they can provide. Prices were upfront and very reasonable. I don’t think you’ll find a better place in town.

The team at Ace lock and key is awesome! Don’t waste your time with other companies. I tried to save a few bucks by calling popalock, I was told the locksmith would be there in 40 minutes. I waited over four hours and then called the guys at Ace. They were on site in less than 30 minutes!
