He provided the fastest response time, the least expensive estimate, and he opened my overhead garage door in less than 5 minutes after the opener stopped working. Jeff was open and honest about the cost of getting a replacement key for my Subaru and when it could be completed. Many others kept on asking for my address to send someone out and Jeff just told me what he could do, how much it would cost and then got the service done on time and on budget without an hassle at all. Jeff SAVED ME when my dog, phone, and keys got auto-locked in my car after using one of those portable jumping machines. Every place I dialed was a call center with runarounds and false promises for 2 hours, I was about to bust my window out. When I called Jeff, it was an actual real persons phone number so I left a VM and txt and he replied promptly and SHOWED UP WITHIN 20 minutes! Not only was he quick, but he was so KIND AND SOOTHING TO MY DISTRAUGHT PITTIE who was yapping at him from inside the car. Jeff is truly one of the good guys, and I plan on using his services again in the future.
