Choosing Village Caregiving for our dad’s care was the best decision our family could have made. From the very beginning, we were incredibly fortunate to feel as though the caregivers became loving members of our own family. They all hit the ground running. They consistently went above and beyond—always attentive, compassionate, and professional—especially while helping our dad with physical therapy exercises following his second-degree burn. Their dedication greatly boosted his confidence and strength. Because of their exceptional care, our dad’s quality of life has improved tremendously, including his nutrition, emotional well-being, and overall sense of safety. The agency staff were equally outstanding—responsive, communicative, and seamless with scheduling, even when last-minute changes were needed. We always felt informed and supported. Knowing our dad was safe, respected, and genuinely cared for by people who treated him with such tenderness brought our entire family incredible peace of mind and significantly reduced our stress. Village Caregivers didn’t just provide care—they gave us a second family. We are deeply grateful for their dedication and compassionate hearts.

As a caregiver that's worked for Village Careging & the lovely ladies in the office for quite some time now..they GENUINELY care about providing the best care for not just the clients, but us caregivers as well! They thrive & succeed on work/personal life balance & so much more! Could say so many positives, but honestly not 1 bad & I'm not 1 to sugarcoat & am leaving this review of my own desire. This place is pure compassion to care for patients. Patients highly recommend their staff to friends and to others who many need care. I had a patient to tell me, we love our cna, she is like family to us. Another patient told me, my cna brightens up our day everytime she comes. Because of the details of my father's needs we didn't have a lot of time with Village caregiving. However, the time we did have with them was amazing. My father's caregiver, Susan, went above and beyond to make a connection with my father who is not always the easiest person to get along with. Not only did she help my father take care of his needs she also helped his family who was trying to give him the care he needed to cope with the struggles they were having and gave us guidance to other resources we would not have known about to help with my father. My only regret is that we didn't have them around sooner to help.

I have a home health care worker with me 19 hours a week and she is fantastic...works great!! Everything about her is great 😃. Thank you !! PS. This is now the end of October and my homecare worker is very nice, and a great companion. She does have the ability to think ahead of my needs. She does all the. Things I used to do when I was younger it's not easy being older but depending on her the way I do makes my life so much brighter and better. Thank you for this young 🌱 person iñ my life. ☺️🙏👍🪽
