Dennis was great. Very informative and genuinely concerned. I would liked the process to be a bit more expeditious. I felt their equipment was maybe a bit antiquated. I walked out of their wit a $6800 pair of hearing aides. I felt their equipment multiple visits could have been streamlined into a more condensed version. But like I said Dennis was great

I am Robert’s son-in-law and took him to this appointment. Mary was great like always. Knows her stuff and knows Bob. Enjoy working with her. Always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is working right.

First off, presentation is everything. The office was nice and neat. My initial encounter with the office staff was warm and friendly. When it was time for me to begin my hearing assessment, the audiologist asked detailed questions regarding my overall health and explained how my yes or no answers to certain questions could have an affect on my ability or inability to hear adequately. After my tests were completed, again the audiologist explained what each procedure was for and what it revealed. In my case, I was congratulated for having good hearing health and was scheduled for a follow up visit next year to stay on top of healthy hearing. This was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this company and location.

Went to hearing life in speedway, one hour per day walk in assistance. Very inconvenient. Hearing aids not working. Was told it would be $550 to send in could be more that is diagnosis fee. Said they would not let you know what the repair would be. You would owe the fee when sent back. Said would clean there for $60. I agreed to that then informed that wire needed replacement. Didn't know how to do it looked it up on Google. Never gave me a cost just did the replacement. Told me that I owed $160. Asked if I wanted to set an appointment with audiologist. I declined I purchased the hearing aids there, will never buy anything there again.

If you’re suffering from hearing loss, please do yourself a favor and let the staff here take care of you! I could write a novel trying to explain how amazing the staff and Mary are! They are some of the most kind, patient , knowledgeable, and just caring people I’ve ever met!! Mary couldn’t be more accommodating, she has taken her personal time to meet me in the office on weekends twice , knowing my career includes travel. You will never find more beautiful people in this industry, I’m sure of it! Please let them help you , it will absolutely change your life 👍
